ClickPoint Software Review

We have been using ClickPoint for a year now. During the past few years we have used multiple softwares, and ClickPoint is definitely the best option. It is very user friendly, and we save a lot of time using it. Even training new people is very quick. Our internal support team gets a lot of tips and help from ClickPoint's project managers. They are always there for us. That is one of many things we really appreciate, because we would usually have to wait for days to get some help. If you are looking for a clean and fast software to help your team make the most of their time and manage leads in the most effective way - this is it.

Clickpoint has saved us lots of money over the last year. We were caught up in big contracts that had opt out clauses so tight that you almost could not ever cancel the service. Gabe and his team changed that... I highly recommend working with Clickpoint!

This is the best designed CRM for the Mortgage industry that we reviewed. It has a simple, clean interface that is laid out in a functional way for our business. A lot of thought went into the layout and design of this CRM. I highly recommend giving this software a look if you're in the mortgage industry.

We use SaleExec for all of our lead management of leads that come from both our website and landing pages. I have to say that not only is the support and on-board process awesome the solution is just easy to use. I have used so many CRM's that were not simple and for my guys that are out in the field, there was no way I was going to make them use another CRM. SalesExec gives us awesome reporting, lead delivered instantly, and best of all automated email marketing that has helped us close about 35% more of our leads this year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So happy with the solution and team. The sales team even helped me with finding lead sources and tuning Home Advisor for me. AWESOME....

We started using LeadExec about a year ago and since than we have been loving the way this software works. We have learned so much about the industry standards and how to work around different lead delivery methods. LeadExec delivers what they promise and the support is awesome. Its easy to use and have tons of features. It is definitely one of the top leads distribution system out there if not the best.

We would love to see more upgrades especially in Call Tracking side of the lead gen but overall its 10 out of 10 from us.

This is the best lead management software on market. It is easy to use while also being sophisticated enough to handle complex requirements. ClickPoint Software is VERY customer focused. They are quick to respond, will bend over backwards and they follow-up to make sure you are completely satisfied with their support.

I did extensive research before I went with them. Their software and support has far exceeded my expectations. It also the best value on the market.

We are a $300M travel business - Montrose Travel, which is based in Montrose, CA (about 2 miles north of Glendale).
