The room, pool and fitness center were all great and they even had 3 HBO channels available. There was no elevator, so if you have a problem with that, you may not like the place even though they were friendly, professional and would help with bags without problem.

The room was nice but the building is old. No elevator so we had to use the stairs. Poor ventilation so it smells like old people who died from measles. Plenty parking spaces, big room, small tv, has microwave and fridge

Stayed there 3 nights and took a cold shower every single morning. My family tried to shower in the afternoon and was still cold. Housekeepers moved our personal stuff around in the room. Bar/restaurant was out of everything!! Wouldn't even give them 1 star if I didn't have to. Will not be staying there again.

If you enjoy bathrooms that are so small there is barely room to stand, if you enjoy do-it-yourself toilet repairs at 5:30 in the morning and if you enjoy carrying your luggage through the muddy rock steps at the recommended Entrance 3, then this is the place for you!! Ugh.... worst Holiday Inn ever!

Everyone I encountered here was friendly and attentive. Our breakfast waiter Josh was excellent. It was only a ten minute ride to and from the airport. Call the hotel and they have a shuttle to pick you up. The rooms were clean but not great circulation. I would stay again.

Holiday Inn in Bozeman, they're great with pets. They have an awesome continental breakfast in the morning. The pool is awesome. They also have a nice Courtyard for pets to play in. The price is surprisingly reasonable. Be sure and check online before you check in

Nice comfortable hotel that is close to downtown Bozeman and the airport. Stunning views of the mountains. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Zach, our shuttle driver, is great. He gave us some great info about the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Glad I stayed here, great experience!!

I only went in to the tavern there to eat a little good and have some drinks with a few friends, but it was a nice environment where I felt comfortable and could enjoy that time well. Going there is a consistent thing among our friend group, so it serves very well as a place to enjoy a few drinks and socialize.

First of all I want to start off with the good points. This will be brief. The staff were very kind and very efficient. I did not want to bother them with some of these complaints because a lot of them were out of their control. I was More

It was nice, clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I used the shuttle service to the airport and the young man was very kind, intelligent and helped me with my bags. I did miss the complimentary breakfast I'd received everywhere else we stayed...

Pretty nice place! Good location, sets you up on the main drag. Definitely busy - but with a bar/restaurant in there you kind of expect it to be. Beautiful lobby, great pool area, and the pub/bar has great wings! The rooms are pretty nice; nothing spectacular. The walls are thick, but the doors are paper thin. You can hear everything out in the hall, and it always sounds like someone's trying to open your door. The bathroom doesn't have a fan, which is super odd to me.

Yes its pet friendly as long as they don't make a noise. There is dog poop all over the lawn and sidewalks. The rooms smell like pee and the carpets are stained. They don't take pride in the appearance with the inside and out. The grass hasn't been watered or cut in a while. Just wanted a nice family vacation and this hotel has ruined it.

The Holiday Inn was nice and quiet. The room had a nice bathroom, microwave, mini-refrigerator, and TV. The lobby had complimentary coffee. There is an on-site bar and restaurant that I did not try. The only issue that I had was getting my key to work in Entrance 4. It took a couple of tries each time, but I always got in eventually!

Close to stuff to, do but not "that" close. Right off the freeway, but far from town as it were. And a bit close to the train tracks which see heavy traffic at night. Other wise perfectly comfortable and a great indoor pool that is perfectly clear and at a great temp. On sight restaurant has decent food. The bar pours great drinks, I just wish they didn't shut down whenever it is convenient for them instead of when they advertise closing

The hotel lobby area is very nice. The rooms could use an update. This hotel has a decent pool. It is also dog friendly. It's close to the interstate. There are Keurig machines in the room and free coffee and tea in the lobby. Some rooms have fridges and some also have microwaves.

Very rude staff and very over priced for the way the hotel looks. Its in a not so nice area of Bozeman. For 179.00 you might as well stay at a newer, well kept hotel. Very unprofessional customer service staff and unwilling to give AAA or any other type of discount. Dont be fooled by this establishment you might as well stay somewhere else for the cost.

Rooms are spacious and equipped with mini fridges and mine also had a microwave. Staff is very nice. The bar downstairs has some good beers on tap. My only issue is there's no elevator, so if you are on floor 2 you have to lug your stuff upstairs, but even then, the staff is willing to give you a hand. I also heard there's a bus that picks up there for Yellowstone, which is pretty cool. Haven't tried it yet, but may next time I'm there!

So, my friend and I are driving from Seattle to Indianapolis and we need a place to stop for the night. This place was the cheapest available and since Holiday Inn is a known name, we figured it'd be okay. That is just what it was, okay. Honestly, we were so tired that we barely noticed the room or any of the amenities, so it wouldn't be fair to comment on them. However, the front desk staff was very friendly and had great poker faces.

I say this because we must've looked ridiculous coming in from the outside covered in moths. Since I'm from the west coast and have never been to Montana, maybe I'm commenting on something normal here, but there were thousands, if not millions, of moths outside! It was insane. Before checking into the hotel we decided to gas up so we could just leave at first light and we were pumping gas in the middle of a swirling storm of moths at the gas pumps. As I looked across the street at the Holiday Inn, it didn't even occur to me that the fluttering almost fluid-like effect happening to the lights on the outside of the hotel were moths, I thought it was just a cool effect the hotel had installed.

When we got to the hotel the moths were everywhere! There were literally so many of them that they were falling off of each other trying to get to the light fixtures. They were on the sidewalk, the walls and the ceiling. When we entered I thought that we had managed to get by them without having any attach to us, but nope. We were brushing them off in the hotel lobby and when we got to the room, they were literally falling out of our clothes. It was like being in a bad 50's horror film that would've fit in on MST 3000.

Great mountain view, nice and helpful staff, and the restaurant and bar have nice options. It deed seem like the hotel could use a bit of an update, or just some new carpet and fresh paint throughout the inside, but I enjoyed my stay.

Great location to stores, restaurants, and ski lodge. Nice big rooms with lots of space. Front desk guy Zach was very friendly and helpful. Very nice indoor pool and fitness center are both great extras. Loved the idea of having a bar/restaurant inside the hotel. The bartender was very nice and informative of the area. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend this place to everyone. Only downfall I have is that the hotel doesn't have breakfast.

Pet friendly and no fee!! Beautiful Lobby! My king bed was AMAZING, so comfortable and the room felt very clean. The bathroom was super small but everything worked well. There is a bar and restaurant but breakfast is not included.. last time I stayed here I swear it was but not this time so maybe check beforehand if that's important to you. Hallways and parking lot look a little dated, some freshening up could do good. Overall it's a great place to stay. I wish I'd had more time to try the pool, looks nice.

The outside doesn't look all that great but once you get inside it really steps it up with a nice west feel to it. Rooms were not bad at all but also nothing to be amazed by. The hallways were really narrow, making it really difficult to take and unload stuff in the room without getting in someone's way or vice versa. Overall pleasantly surprised.

We came in late and received a warm welcome from Jo at the desk. Our room was in the back and on the second floor, no elevator. We are able to walk up stairs so it wasn't an issue. The room was clean and updated. 4 soft and fluffy pillows per bed. The bathroom looked like it just had a face lift. We were satisfied with this place and would definitely return again.

Currently sitting in my room. I expect more from the Holiday Inn chain. The staff was friendly, but the building is in obvious need of repair, the rooms were not very clean, rooms smelled of smoke and mildew, and the spackling of the roof was coming apart in the bathroom.

I always default to the Holiday Inn chain, but this experience my make me second think that. Not sure why it has 3.8 stars on Google unless everyone else's experiences have been subpar to mine with the IGH chain in the past.

Good thing it was only a brief overnight stay.

This place cares as well as it can, but lacks funding for major projects to enhance the appearance. The building was designed weirdly, and the parking lot really needs to be re-paved. There were a lot of little things too.

Very well kept up ballrooms and friendly staff! The The ballrooms were a comfortable distance away from the actual hotel rooms so the thought of being conscious of noise was non-existent. Overall good experience!

The hotel is used for conferences and meetings and public events and does an admirable job hosting such events at a reasonable cost. They provide excellent service and amenities. They have clean rooms and a nice pool and spa area. They also have a restaurant on site. It isn't great food but decent food at reasonable prices. Service at the hotel is good as well. The property is aging a bit but I have to say I would still recommend it to potentially interested guests.

This is one of the crappy holiday inn. It s more like an old and outdated dorm that u lived in your college. The Hallway looks crappy. Btw, there is no elevator. I have to take the stairs. The wall paint is messy. My room isn t clean. My carpet has a stain. My table is gross. I found hairs on my pillow. I end up to buy towels and soaps. I thought this is a standard hotel but its more like a crappy motel to me.

Free night from Delta as plane had mechanical issues. Bed was very thin and hard. Room had a weird smell to it. Hotel definitely looked very dated and not well maintained. Staff were nice and friendly. Not much around it but more hotels, a gas station, and a famous Dave's restaurant.

Clean, if a bit old, hotel of the chain. Exclusively ground floor rooms, therefore long corridors with similar paths. In the house restaurant and bar with breakfast option and friendly staff (bartender John!). NO free breakfast.
