This is the poorest Holiday Inn I have ever visited. The rooms are a flashback to the 1980's. They didn't even have cover sheets for the beds. As an IHG Platinum Elite member I was embarrased that I booked the hotel for the night. Somebody needs to take this owner to the Missoula Holiday Inn to get an understanding of how to rennovate, maintain, and manage a hotel.

Booked this room on hotwire. Saved about 60$. Room and bathroom was very clean. Bed was really comfortable ( the 2 most important things about a room to me personally). Checkout is at noon. I'd stay here again.

Rooms are extremely dated with nasty carpet pet stains throughout the room. Bathroom has horribly done patched holes in the walls and water leak spots in the ceiling throughout the room. Rooms are darkly lighted and feels nasty... Front desk stated that I could not get a refund for this or my next night because we booked through Expedia. Horrible Stay

Low cost, somewhat comfortable. Was not happy with the overall experience. Booked online through Priceline, after booking I called the hotel directly to confirm a double bed. The nice women confirmed the double bed. Once we arrived to check in they had sold out of double rooms and we had to use the very uncomfortable pullout. Very disappointing.

My uncle and 8 of his friends missed the flight at the Bozeman airport. Since he doesn't speak good English, he called me and I started to search for his options.

Since they need a shuttle to come back airport 4:30 in the morning, their options were very limited.

I contacted a few hotels and finally found the Holiday Inn.

It wasn't the best price for sure, but the confidence level for foreign traveler can get is priceless. They know the value of they are getting and also the front desk agent JD helped us with very gentle manner.

Thank you JD and holiday Inn!

It was clean and nice. The only reason why this isn't five stars is that the bar was mediocre and over priced. Wayyy over priced. The area was nice and an easy drive into town. I love Bozeman and was glad i got to spend the night!

I got what I thought was a good deal for pricing, we received a "deal" $169 ( after taxes) instead of a $209 a night. I've heard good things about this hotel, but my experience was very different. Got off my plane back to Bozeman around 1030 and was looking forward to not having to drive all the way back however in hindsight probably should have went to a cheaper motel near by. The pool was enticing and enjoyable however the room was not impressive, seems as tho all the money goes to the main lobby and bar/restaurant. Fell asleep quickly as per usual but I had a hard time staying asleep, maybe from the plane ride back I don't know. We were abruptly woken by housekeeping about 8 o'clock in the morning by them trying to walk into the room luckily I had latched the sliding lock not the best way to wake up. We got dressed and packed up to head downstairs for breakfast in which we found out that they do not serve a breakfast, which is a joke for a big hotel nowadays. All in all I over paid for a room that belonged in a motel. I advise you check other places before sinking low and getting a room here.

While I was at work, the staff opened my room for some weirdo who drank my rum, had himself a snack and stole Money. Thank God I didn t leave any sensitive items in my room. The staff gave me two free drinks and a dinner ticket. I feel disrespected. They need better trained staff. This place is garbage

I could not believe that my Airline used this hotel as a layover hotel. They have no elevator, no luggage lift only a dingy metal steep staircase. The rooms are old and smelly, mattresses and pillows feel just as old. When I complained I was told the owners aren't going to put money into a building that will be torn down next year. wow.

I would not recommend this hotel. It's not what you typically experience staying at a Holiday Inn. The staff is friendly, but cleanliness and maintenance are not good. Throughout the hotel, expect trash, dust, grime, fingerprints and smudges. The parking spaces were not plowed. The pool area carpeting was discolored with stains, and there's black mold on the baseboards and crown molding. In your room, expect burn marks on the lampshades, light bulbs out, a few bits of candy wrapper here and there, perhaps a faint whiff of cigarette smoke. I mean, it works as a place to sleep, and the bed and sink areas were clean, but it's not aesthetically pleasing in the least.

Old hotel in Bozeman. I've stayed here twice. Each time the rooms are really old and starting to decay a bit. They smell like mildew and moisture. The breakfast is made to order, but I think they forgot to season the gravy the last time I was there. It tasted like paste. Overall, not a great place to stay and in need of updates.

Other than the staff who were friendly on check in, this place is outdated and kind of gross. The buildings must be from the 1960s and haven't been updated since - the room blocks are confusing. The rooms smell of smoke and when I opened the window for fresh air, I realized more smoke was coming in from the smokers congregated around the entrance area. It was so depressing, I forfeited my payment and went somewhere else for our second night. An embarrassment to the Holiday Inn name. I'll be more careful in reading reviews next time.

Friendly staff, good service, great location. They have ground hogs infestation and use too much chlorine in the pool, clean, nice bedding. Could use new beds... but overall it was a good trip

The bed in the room is the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. The bathroom is very small; 2 people can't fit in it to get ready at the same time. The lobby does have a nice seating area and fireplace, and the service in the bar was good.

For an older hotel it was clean and comfortable. Staff was great and bartenders/servers in restaurant were attentive and friendly. Huge heated pool and decent fitness center. Rooms tiny, but if you can live with that it's worth the price.

I was put into a room with weak Wi-Fi signal. After calling a few times and getting a bit of a runaround, I was finally able to switch rooms to one with a stronger signal. Unfortunately, it was a downgrade -- I lost the refrigerator and microwave. The service was good, but that felt a bit shady.

Definitely not what I expected from the Holiday Inn brand. For the price I paid I could have gone to the motel down the street in a much better condition. No continental breakfast either. Just a restaurant attached.

The front lobby was nice. The pool area was also decent. I didn't use it but had to walk through. The room was kinda gross. Stains on the floor were off-putting. The beds and bathroom were clean though.

3 stars because the staff is incredibly friendly and there's a fridge and microwave in every room. They lost 2 stars because the wifi is horribly frustrating and there's no elevator so you have to haul your bags up!

Nice place. There's a pool and whirlpool, as well as a restaurant and small gym. The staff is very friendly and considerate when you loose 10 room keys over the course of your stay. My biggest issue was that there wasn't a free breakfast included. If you want breakfast at the hotel you have to pay at the restaurant.

The pool was huge (and busy due to a soccer tourney in town no complaints on that). The bathroom was tiny in our room but clean. I'd stay here again but I'd rather find a place with a fridge to keep some of the food we travel with safe. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks Holiday Inn.
