Boyd Wilson Association Management Division manages my HOA. They provide us with good guidance and have been a huge help in navigating developer transition. I would recommend this group for your HOA or Condominium.

Property management for our Development. Very responsive, good or bad, but fair.

I worked for Boyd Wilson a couple of years ago and due to extenuating circumstances, I had to leave. However, because they were such a great company, when I moved back to the area, I immediately sought out employment with them again! I can t say enough great things about the culture that they nurture amongst their employees and how much they care about their tenants and homeowners!

Biggest rip-off ever. Old nasty appliances and carpets which are never replaced and are infested with ants. Management is horrible!!!

After living at a Boyd Wilson property for a little over a year, it has become apparent that rules only apply to certain people especially those with pets. I think the pet policy needs revised and ENFORCED. Some of my family has tried to keep this community looking nice but it doesn'the seem to be very appreciated. You voice a complaint with management and you are told you complain too much. And I hope nobody ever has the terrible move in experience we had.

Great company! They have contributed to Lady Bucks soccer for many years. We appreciate their support of our team.

I currently live at mill creek manor and it is nothing, but upstanding, apartment is impeccable.

After leaving the company to relocate back home, I was later presented with the opportunity to return to work for them when they had a position open up in my area. I couldn't be more happy to be back and part of such a great team!

I started with Boyd Wilson in January 2018. I was very nervous starting a new job after being with my previous employer for over 20 years. I immediately felt like I was part of an amazing team. I obtained my real estate license and have furthered my knowledge in the apartment housing industry. Boyd Wilson is a great place to work. I m looking forward to many more years with this company.

I have been on the Board of Oakridge Commons HOA for 6 plus years. I have to say that Boyd Wilson was the worst management company I worked with. Lisa and Jen were the worst mangers. They show no respect for out development and took fees when they never did the work. Made big promises and dropped the ball. My recommendation is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I have worked for several apartment companies and have always heard nothing but good about Boyd Wilson after I was offered a position in the company I couldn t have been more excited to get started I have now been here for over a year and everything I heard was true this is a great company to work for they treat you more like family then just a employee benefits are great time off is especially nice and everyone I have had the pleasure of meeting have been helpful and nice thank you for the opportunity to be part of this ever growing company

Management is rude and uncaring, they create the most incoherent and obnoxious rules and selectively enforce them.

I've been an employee with Boyd Wilson for 6+ years. As a family owned business, Boyd Wilson has become a leader in the industry in multi housing residential and commercial real estate. Our attention to our residents in SECOND TO NONE. We pride ourselves in managing our properties with professionalism, care, and attention to detail! Boyd Wilson is the reason why I would never ever and never buy another house in an HOA. They are not transparent. They are not responsive. They are not respectful. Terrible Terrible service. Total rip off in my opinion. Did I say they are not transparent ? I have paid THOUSANDS of dollars and Who knows for what ! Why in the world do they charge you 12 TIMES your ridicilous monthly fees when you buy the house is beyond me.

As a director on an HOA Board who made the recommendation to my own board to switch to this company, I give you the opposite recommendation. Please, for your own sake, do not utilize this company for HOA Management. Unless, that is, all of your homeowners pay their dues, all houses are in compliance, and you are only looking for someone to handle the accounting. I believe they did that right (maybe - we are still two months behind in receiving financial reports). They didn t do anything for delinquent accounts, it took them two months to send coupon books, they didn t pick up records from our previous management company until we were well into the first month of our contract, the online portal that was the selling point for us wasn t set up until 7 months into the contract, we couldn t get ahold of anyone, we had four different community managers in nine months...it was a nightmare. They cancelled on us because hopefully they have realized they took too much business on. Now we start this process again. Frustrating. Disappointing. Trying to figure out why I signed up for this.

I started with Boyd Wilson, LLC in March 2019. I was very eager to start a CAREER that provided opportunity and gave me fulfillment. I have been nothing but welcomed by those at corporate as well as property managers and their team at several locations. They pick some of the best people in this industry to work for them. I am thankful for everything they do to ensure their employees are successful and happy.
I can't tell you all how thankful I am, I have had so many bad bosses and it's been a complete breath of fresh air to work around so many bright and amazing people.
They really do care about their clients/residence and that is something that keeps me around too. Knowing I work for honest people who treat everyone fairly. Thanks again, keep up the great work everyone!

We recently had an issue with a Boyd Wilson property that was quickly and fairly resolved
By calling the main office of Boyd Wilson.
Lisa took my call the first time without having to be placed on hold forever, listened to my concern and handled the issue very professionally and our issue was resolved in 3 hours.
I just wanted to say thanks for being fair and thanks for your help.
People that live in rentals would give great reviews and be much more happy if they were treated fairly by the property managers that work for Boyd Wilson because some of them try to wring every single cent they can out of their residents.

I m writing reviews wherever I can about my experiences at Newport Commons in Lititz. Pa. I have truthfully only written maybe 2 other and one was praise and the other was about a defective product.
I was deceived into thinking I was moving into a unit with a nature view and when I went back to see the actual unit after the tenant moved it was facing the beautiful PARKING LOT. I had already put a $300 deposit a few weeks before and I asked if I could come back after it was empty to see it. Lucky I did. The unit that Jason and Michelle gave me the keys to was not what I was promised. Even the floor plan was reversed. Not good folks . I respectfully asked for my deposit to be returned and Michelle told me it was not refundable as advertised. However this was not me backing out of a unit for no reason this was a deceptive act that should allow return of the deposit . I m a retired man who loves nature and I was so looking forward to moving there and read peacefully on my balcony and not smell car exhaust . I still believe that a handshake is a man or women s word to keep a promise or seal a deal. I admit I was taken. I hope that my hard earned $ helps them out. I do have to say that Jason was willing to move us over whatever that meant I don t move with only a toothbrush, if a unit like I was promised became available. I am so disappointed that I was taken that I will never move into a unit that is owned or operated by Boyd Wilson. Even though he himself probably will be shielded from this review I still hold him responsible for the unethical business practices I ve been subject to. If you do read this Mr, Wilson, and if you do decide to return my deposit I will amend this review but in reality we all know money talks. AMENDED 2/25/2020 Google just informed me that 3 other folks liked my assessment and at least I know I m not alone. Also , notice that 9 of the reviews? Are from employees raving about their boss. Damage control? I like to think that my review will make a difference in your decision but fast talking and empty promises sometimes wins out. And notice Mr Willson only replayed to one review.

There is holes in siding from landscape company and weed wacking damage they never handled wrote them numerous amount of e mails very clicky who they do work for unprofessional and rude village Grande is like communist and bullys certain rules only apply for certain people

I have worked at Boyd Wilson for over a year and have loved every single day of it. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The company cares about its employees and wants them to grow along with it. I have never felt more at home at work or felt like every employee was part of a family. I have been with Boyd Wilson for almost 5 years and am so excited to work for a company that appreciates their employees. They are also hugely supportive if you want to grow and develop in your career. Coming from another property management company, I can tell you that isn't always the case.
