Boyd Wilson is the reason why I would never ever and never buy another house in an HOA. They are not transparent. They are not responsive. They are not respectful. Terrible Terrible service. Total rip off in my opinion. Did I say they are not transparent ? I have paid THOUSANDS of dollars and Who knows for what ! Why in the world do they charge you 12 TIMES your ridicilous monthly fees when you buy the house is beyond me.
