If you need a part for doors,windows,locks. when you have look everywhere to fine a part you can fine,this is the place you can fine what you are looking for.

I was looking for replacement moulding for our over 30 year old windows. Emailed a picture Ryan got back to me quickly with a suitable match and even offered to send a sample to try. I'm in Ontario and have searched everywhere. My order arrived this week. Thanks again Ryan for the great customer service. Will definitely use your company again for any other needs.

They send me the wrong order at first, but I emailed them about the issue and they responded very quickly and corrected the order immediately. I will definitely use All Glass Parts again.

I needed a replacement window lock, and received great customer service over the phone and in-person. One of the employees gave me a step-by-step description of how to install the lock, and told me to phone her if I had any issues and she would walk me through it over the phone. The product itself looks to be high quality too, and was very reasonably priced ($25 compared to $450 it cost me by using Lock Surgeon to replace a window lock previously). Would highly recommend!

Fast response, help with Canada Post delivery issues, etc. Guys keep that way and we will come back again and again! Thank you!

I walked into their busy shop and was pleasantly greeted by Mel. She took the time for me to explain my tale of woe and showed her what I needed. Upon researching my requirement she emerged with the exact part that I needed. I installed it and it looks great!

This place has obviously been around for a long long time based on the appearance of the store. Quite retro looking. You can tell they know what theyre doing and they seem like a very trustworthy company.
We had a broken window and didnt know quite how to fix it but the woman working there knew exactly what was wrong, how to fix it and sold us the part. It was incredibly easy! Such great customer service!

I'm in Ontario We sent pictures to Ryan at AGP and he knew what parts I needed to replace a broken mortise lock and handle set on sliding glass door. Shipment was really fast to our remote location. Knowledgable helpful company. Very pleased with service.

I ordered a magnet which arrived rusted badly. I sent a photos and asked the replacement. They didn't carry it anymore, but they just gave the credit back and even told me how to find it to other place.

I highly recommend purchasing glass related materials from them.

Had to replace a window operator and thought I had had the right one selected, but as Ryan indicated to me I had not. For those hard to find closet door parts this can be a real resource to be aware of. They are very covid-19 aware too.

The staff was really helpful. I needed some specialized hardware for sliding doors and I was able to email them pictures of what I needed and they found the parts for me and also found a cheaper substitute which saved me a lot of money. We went back and forth with several emails as they patiently explained how to install the parts that I was looking for. My only blunder was when a young lady answered the phone, I asked for someone in parts and she calmly said, yes, I'm in parts, how can I help you.

I went there to get some latches for a few very old fashion windows. Found them there to my surprise. I wasn't able to find them in any of the big box stores. Like wise they stock some of winter /cold insulation spares for doors and windows, which I am sure I am going to checkout when I am ready to fix all the old doors next summer. Interesting because I didn't even know those were available like that till I got to the store. Got an old house with old doors and windows? Good idea to visit this store.

Worked with Allglass to replace some old weather stripping for a sliding glass door. Got tons of follow up and assistance from Ryan and Elissa. They offered to send me samples to try and we found the right fit. This project has been a thorn in my side for years as I m losing so much energy efficiency from this door. To seal it back up properly is immensely satisfying. Can t thank them enough!

Great website. Very easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. I ordered 4 block and tackle window counterbalance rods for my windows, and they arrived on schedule packed in a heavy-duty tubular box. I had a question regarding the delivery method and when I called they were polite and professional. I would order from them again.

I needed to get some parts for a front window that a window crank had broken and needed some other window parts. I am local so went straight to the store to see if they had what I needed. I have known one of the girls there Melanie for years and she was very helpful in finding what I needed and patient as I had no idea what I needed. She went from pictures I had brought in on my phone. She got me what I needed. If I ever need anything in future or know if anyone who needs anything I would recommend this place due to the great customer service and timely matter I received while there.

Yesterday I was looking for a lock for my Dashwood casement window. The Dashwood rep suggested I go to All Glass Parts. I found their website order a bit confusing so I emailed them. Tamara and I had around an 11 email conversation where she gave me the parts information I needed. I then called the 1-800 number and she took my order over the phone.
This is a company that excels in superior customer service. The parts are in the mail!!!! Thank you Tamara.

Very helpful staff. I wish I would have known about this place sooner as they had the parts I needed to repair my 60 year old window. They told me who the manufacturer is and gave me a sample part on a goodwill basis so I could confirm that the part is useable. And of course it was. Now I just have to go back and purchase the remainder of the sealing gasket to fix all of the windows in my home.

WOW. I ordered a product online, picked it up and I ordered it wrong. Called the shop, they fixed me up got me the right stuff I needed. It was awesome. Really great service, really GREAT staff. Super helpful and outgoing. Be back when I need more.
