I called Linda Puglisse on Monday evening, gave her our desires/intentions, and asked if we could meet Tuesday at 6 PM as my current lease was running out. She and the dealership were so awesome that by 8 PM we had deals on not one, but two new cars! Our financial expert, Carrie, was just as outstanding as Linda, and we were out the door ASAP! As a follow-up, the service department is the best I've ever used. I've worked almost exclusively with Al, who defines customer service. I ALWAYS trust his recommendations after years of great results and fair pricing. I don't even get second opinions anymore...thanks, Al and Bowditch!

People are very courteous, work was done fast, I really like my experience with them.

Staff very friendly. Prices are extremely reasonable. I take my car there for all repairs needed. The staff makes sure to inform you of any and all repairs needed and makes sure that you leave the location satisfied with the work done.

I went there to look for 2019 escape and talked to linda and Dennis and told them want I was willing to paid and want color I was looking for and they went out of there way find one for me and had it at the lot went they said they would cleaned up and gassed up and ready to go and didn't give me hard time about price and that means a lot I been buying vehicles there for that reason

Had an appt. at 8 am for inspection and oil change, was first in line. Didn t leave until 12:15. They didn t let me know any updates and I had to ask what was taking so long. 5-6 people came in after me and left before me. Never coming back.

One thing I had an issue with is ~ I filled out the information on the web about what service I wanted done on my car and even said what car I wanted the service on. Imagine how confused I was when I received a call telling me they received my request for service and then proceeded to ask what did I want to have done and what car did I want the service done on. So it was a waste of my time filling out the questionnaire giving all of that information or I wasted my time when speaking with the customer service representative. Either way, you need to get your online process and the return call to work better together. I would have understood if the customer service agent was calling to confirm that information with me or just give me the time my appointment was.

My visit to Bowditch Ford was in response to a recall for faulty passenger side airbags. The process from getting the parts required, to scheduling the maintenance was seamless. The receptionist was polite and professional. I was told the car would be ready in two hours, and it was just slightly over that.
I was offered transportation home during the time frame the auto was to be in the shop, but I declined. The waiting period was too long; 30 minutes. However, given the number of people waiting to use the service, I was not surprised. I'm not sure how Bowditch can address that. Regardless, 5 stars overall!

Al And Bowditch Ford have the best Service department on the peninsula. I have multiple makes of cars and I bring them all in to Al for service. When I make an appointment with Al he always makes sure that everything goes smoothly. My car is returned promptly as promised and the service work has always done at a top-notch level. I can say this with confidence too, yes I ve been using their service department for over 30 years. Keep up the good work Al !!! Thank you!!!

Got a airbag recall service done on my girlfriend's ranger sport.... looked like a bomb went off in the cab after. Fuses screws and other small clips and parts all over the floor. Dash not put back together correctly. Vent no longer closes etc and etc. Wouldnt reccomend a service from here. Was purchased almost new from beach ford which is who win my business when I buy my new 2020 superduty.. also any other service needed.

I have had the pleasure of purchasing my 2nd car from Bill Slattery at Bowdich. He also helped a friend of mine but a car last year. He is an awesome sales person and always looks out for you. I've been going here for 7yrs and wouldn't go anywhere else!

Most dealerships try to get every penny they can from you and I alway feel cheated after. This dealership went out of their way to get me into the vehicle I absolutely love, and didn t pressure me at all. They were always available and flexible. I m so happy with my experience.

They are very nice. Went in to see what my options was and they pretty much left me hanging just wanted a straight update answer! Still haven't heard anything I will just go somewhere else.

I just bought a new F150 from Bowditch. The salesman (David Truman) was honest and helpful throughout the process. The whole sales team even stayed past closing to make sure I drove home in my new truck (I came in 1 hour before closing)! This was the best experience in my years of buying!
