One thing I had an issue with is ~ I filled out the information on the web about what service I wanted done on my car and even said what car I wanted the service on. Imagine how confused I was when I received a call telling me they received my request for service and then proceeded to ask what did I want to have done and what car did I want the service done on. So it was a waste of my time filling out the questionnaire giving all of that information or I wasted my time when speaking with the customer service representative. Either way, you need to get your online process and the return call to work better together. I would have understood if the customer service agent was calling to confirm that information with me or just give me the time my appointment was.
