Worse experience ever and I'm a paying customer! We purchased 1 beach chair and 1 umbrella after spending only 20 minutes on the beach we decided to leave and kindly asked for a refund. We were told no refund, fine. I asked a young lady if she would like to take our chair & umbrella since we paid and she happily said yes and proceeded to move her items to the beach chair we rented. Before we could walk more than 5 steps away we were approached by the same rude sales agent yelling out "No Tranfers, No Transfers", my husband asked him to show him that policy and he yelled that's the policy after my husband yelled back he concluded he would send it in email and started to remove the paid ticket from in back of the beach chair. Not only did this companies extremely rude employee get in my husband's face and yelled at him, but he obviously lied about a policy that could not be proven so he could continue to rip people off on the beach for overly priced beach chairs.Bottom line, if you are going to charge those prices to your customers, at least have employees with positive attitudes. Two, have your policies and or rules in email along with the purchase receipt. I DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RECCOMEND RENTING ANYTHING ON LAS OLAS BEACH FROM THIS COMPANY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
