I bought a Bosch GEX 125-150 AVE sanding machine in a plastic box, with 125 and 150 spare soles. I bought a Bosch circular saw, i was taking good care of it but a malfunction occurred a week before it`s warranty expired. Although it was supposed to be a minor problem, the Bosch service asked for more than half the price of a new machine if i wanted the repair. I got no information whatsoever about why the warranty did not apply. Of course the warranty expired totally while waiting.

The bosch company is no longer what it used to be, I bought the bosch washing machine and after 3 months it broke down. The repair is done by another company that comes after 2 working days to find the defect. The defective part does not come quickly, so you buy the washing machine and wash it by hand.

These blue "heavy duty" tools are recommended if you are a tailor and give a hole a month, if you are a builder I recommend another company, just so a product will pass the warranty without major interventions that will have to you pay them that you overcharged an invincible industrial tool, I recommend you to close the division of industrial tools and I wish to increase the mixers and cookers!

And as a complement, to contact them I looked for them on the Bosch website for service, the number is not assigned - says the central office and the email address cannot be found. I had to call Bosch Romania to give me a contact for the service department.
