Find the necessary spare parts but the relationship with the public is execrable.
For the equipment under repair you receive a quote value on SMS, then you have to call them to ask what the repair involves as parts because on SMS you receive only the total value. Lost time on phones and for the customer and for the reception.
I received such a quote and when I showed up to pick up the product I found another value and they say they notified me by SMS. to my suggestion that SMS does not exist. At my suggestion to send the clients the explicit estimate they replied to me that it has been working like this for 20 years and no one complained. -they explained on the phone what the repair entails- I told them to change certain parts related to the defect for which I brought the product and the reply came that either I repair everything or nothing !!!
So notice and ask twice so that you do not regret and hope that they will also enter this century in terms of work procedures. And as a complement, to contact them I looked for them on the Bosch website for service, the number is not assigned - says the central office and the email address cannot be found. I had to call Bosch Romania to give me a contact for the service department.
