The "professional", blue power tools break down repetitively (I own at least 5 professional tools, manufactured after 2017 from BOSCH, Heavy DUTY series), when entering service (almost monthly) you are forced to pay about 40-50% of them the total quotation on the grounds that those parts do not come under warranty, such as telling you that we replace the gears (internal) but the oil that lubricates them does not come under warranty and other parts, such as o-rings, gaskets, needed to perform the repair. I hope from the heart either to remedy the problem or to disappear from the market, it is inadmissible to approach the clients and to solve the defects in the guarantee (3 years, but monthly service is needed). tools from the "dead iron" category that have become weaker than counterfeit ones !!! TO AVOID !!
