Fast service. Bought tea on sale and used a coupon. I've been a member for quite a few years, too.

The staff was very helpful and everything was very clean. I was surprised all the vinyl records were in order, I appreciated this very much

Prices are high compared to Amazon which makes me amazed that they haven't gone out of business yet. I even asked if they price matched, which they do not. Starbucks inside is owned by B&N so you cannot use your app/gift cards there. Overall, not impressed and I can't imagine this store being around forever since Amazon exists.

I ordered a CD that THEY said would only take 3-4 days. Well it took them over a MONTH and 3 different calls to FINALLY get it, and it cost 7 dollars more than the price they told me when I 1st called.

Huge brick and mortar store, rare to find these days. Good to stop in and pick out a book without waiting for the postal service or lining Amazon's pockets.

Being one of the last big retail book chains around, it's a piller outside of local library's and used book stores. Expensive but worth it

For being a chain bookstore, this was a very pleasant experience. They had very good selections of most types of books, signed copies of several books, and an in store signing off a book I'd never heard of, but got.

Plenty of parking, helpful staff. My only concern was only one person checking people out, but the lines weren't long so that may have been a choice.

We always enjoy visiting Barnes and Noble, always clean and well organized, and always providing a display up front of all of the latest new books so its easy to catch up on what your favorite authors have come out with recently. Multiple areas to just relax and review books or magazines if that's what you are in the mood for. We regularly check out a B and N if we have some free time before an appointment or when we are meeting up with someone. Great way to constructively spend an hour while you are waiting for something else.

Decent book store . If you know what youre looking for it helps. Staff typically isnt very helpful . I only really go here since there are no other book stores so close to me.

Barnes & Noble is one of the greatest places on Earth! They have all the books I need for both personal and professional needs; if they don't have the book(s) I need, they can and will order it and ship it to your house for free. They also have Starbucks coffee, tea and other assorted beverages, knick knacks and snacks without the Starbucks vibe. I love being in a department store nuanced store full of books, magazines, toys and treasures. It tickles my heart to search and explore the store for books and such, and when I can't find it, the store personnel are more than willing to help out this lost soul find the product. Love B& N!!!

While parking can be kind of scary, it's a great store. I'm thankful we still have one in Ann Arbor.

I could be live there! A lot kind of books, collection albums...games. And I like cafe. Bought book and can take a tea or coffee and enjoy your new purchase! Great idea!

I always love to go to B & N!! They have helpful, friendly staff who are extremely knowledgeable regarding the areas they work in. I love that this particular location has such a cozy, cute & comfortable reading space for the kids. It also has games & toys for toddlers who may not be in the mood to sit down for an entire book, but are definitely up to playing with the abacus!

One of the last standing big book stores in this area. The selection is amazing and the staff are great. Skip the music here bc it's way overpriced. Go with Spotify!

This bookstore has a great atmosphere for browsing through the many available books. There is also a Starbucks Coffee cafe included within the store which is a nice touch. The prices are pretty high here, as most books are listed at full retail price but there are some good deals in the Bargain section located to the left of the main level. I enjoy coming here to browse new books but I don't usually purchase books here, but instead find lower prices on Amazon or other retailers.

Nothing like purusing a Book Store.. Barnes and Noble never disappoints..

Enjoyed browsing books again. They ask for normal social distancing and masks to be worn. When I got there, there was no line at checkout. By the time I was ready there was quite a line. But it went fairly quickly.

This store is always busy. Tip : price on b&n online is way cheaper (range between $5-15)than at the store. So i usually browse for the books and buy them online.

Test prep was near toys. I thought that placement was odd.

They have a lot of young adult books and the staff are very helpful and nice.
