It's your average corporate/chain bookstore. Expensive, some good titles, okay if you're just "in the mood for a book"...but nothing worth making a special trip to get there. They're pushy about their club card program.

Very nice place if you are a book lover. Have a coffee place inside and lots of spaces where you can sit and enjoy reading with a cup of coffee. They have toys for children as well. The staff is very helpful. Only downside is their elevators, I have been there multiple times and found one of their elevators not working, it maybe either the upwards or downwards...lol. They also got cheaper collections of books in one section. Overall good place.

After going on vacation and visiting two stores back in Indiana I appreciate this store even more. It's clean, well organized, and from my experience the workers aren't looming over your shoulder. Maybe it's the space difference... the others were one level.

And since they are so big, my favorite section (the bargain books) is way bigger.

Take your earplugs when you shop here. This store tends to play music and at times it's too loud to allow browsers to read comfortably. A few times it's been so annoying I've asked the staff to turn the music down, and have got different responses on different days. Most recently I've been told that they have the music volume set according to corporate standards, so they can't/won't decrease the volume. Otherwise it's an okay store.

This B&N is a great location with a wide selection of books. On my most recent trip here, I waited in line for at least 15 minutes until I got service. I also very much dislike the system of organization used in the young adult/teen book area (very disorderly, lots of gaps, and not alphabetical). I prefer other locations to this one, but if this is my only option I guess I'll take it for now.
