This is a very nice place, the staff are very helpful and have a great attitude, they also seem to enjoy the work they do. They have sections for more than just books too, such as a whole section for children, also for software and tabletop games if that is your thing. One thing of note, however, I did not notice any ADA accessibility to the second floor, just two escalators.

Barnes and noble always has a good selection. Book stores are the best

I don't really love the idea of rating a chain 5 star but I really enjoyed this B&N. I could get trapped there. I wish there was more sitting places. However, I can see how that would hurt there sales. I'm more likely to buy a book to avoid reading it on an isle floor.

This Barnes & Noble is quite large. I found the store disorganized and the shelves were a mess. We were looking for gifts and games and found it hard to locate anything. I also asked for help in finding a book and was told by the help desk to just check the end caps upstairs which I didn't find super helpful.

The selection is pretty good and lots of gifts, fidgets, and toys too. Freeway close, U of M close, and near the hospital approach should you be needing a distraction for someone there.

Not as many selections as they used to have. Less books and more kids toys.

I love to go browse books at Barnes & Noble. There's just no substitute for picking up the paper in your hand, turning the pages, and reading. On this visit I was keeping my tradition of buying a children's Christmas story every year. I found several gems and couldn't just get one...

Was very disappointed how enormous this place is, but how limited its stock of things are.

2x in less that 5 minutes, a college aged, extremely obese employee walked within a foot, last time brushed against me in an aisle of games/puzzles. When I confronted him on his lack of social DISTANCING he acted violent and aggressive...
First time there, last time there. I hope they reprimand/fire that rude and aggressive individual.

Useless for what I needed but looked like a great book store

too big of a store, but endless supplies of book. I wish they offered coupon deals, but I have never found one. This day and age it is very important to do so, or else amazon will cause them to go bankrupt. :(

Clean, well organized B&N. As expected from the closest location to UofM and Eastern.

They have actual paper books. I was having a hard time finding paper books. They have a nice selection of books. I wanted to find a place close to me that I can continue to come back to.

Great store for vinyl shopping. I go there to buy the Barnes and Noble Exclusive Editions. Customer service is great, they always have the records I want held for me. Great to know they have what I want waiting for me. PEACE

Went there today and the manager Caitlin went out of her way to help me get a record shipped from another store. She made my shopping experience absolutely awesome. Parking is not accommodating & is always crowded. The selection could be a little more broad in my opinion. Not bad at all.

It's been so long since I got to hang out in a book store on a Friday night.

It almost shocks me that this place still exists, until you enter the store. It has everything from the obvious book selection, to games, toys, puzzles and more. There's a whole kids area upstairs with all the mainstream books and More

There is not a lot of these places left. Need a book, come here. They have lots in stock. Price seemed mostly reasonable though you could definitely find some of these books online for as cheaper price.

Spent an hour looking for a new book that seemed to be missing. But as the employee who was helping me was walking out off shift, he found it and found me.

Great bookstore. I go regularly to check the children's section and my kids play with the train set and browse few books. It's quite cool there are good books in the bargain area, even cheaper than Amazon. I wish the Spanish are were a little more selective since they just sell books from typical publishers like Scholastics. I'll buy more if they bring books from other countries like Edelvives, Santillana, Norma or Editorial Zigzag.

Fabulous selection of books as usual, but I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the huge selection of toys available as well! They were very reasonably priced, and I spotted some playsets that I had not seen at other retailers. Just in time for Christmas shopping!

Book store + Cafe = favorite way to kill time while grabbing a new read!

We have now been here three times and each time we are completely satisfied with service. It is a great place to find that book you been searching for, Or just to come and hang out with a coffee and muffin while using there free Wi-Fi.

I love bookstores! Barnes and Noble holds its own in a digital era. I would like to see it hang on a few more generations.

One of the rarer nerd hangouts. Large enough selection on various enough topics that it's a fairly rare event when there isn't something that will spark your interest.
And hurt your wallet.

Pretty nice store! Well stocked and usually pretty clean. The Starbucks staff are a little chatty if you're trying to work in peace.

Always a great place to visit. With new stock on what appears to be a weekly basis, always worth it as well.
