My agency has been an ApexChat client for nearly 3 years and we remain a happy customer. We vetted a number of other chat providers and chose ApexChat because of the skill their chat agents displayed in engaging with users in an effective manner without it seeming they were working from a forced script.

We were so impressed with ApexChat that we became a reseller, which says a lot because their performance influences our reputation with our clients.Their corporate team has earned our trust as they respond immediately and effectively whenever we have a need. Everyone we've encountered is very quality customer service focused.

Apex Chat is where you want to be if you're looking to capture those leads that have been slipping through the cracks both during and after business hours. If you can you should request Jon Scott as your point of contact / account manager. This guy is the reason good customer service exists! We've been texting when email and phone was not an option, this guy answers the phone on the weekends and after hours! Jon really made us feel like he was on payroll here @ our company. We simply loves how he takes business serious and makes sure every email is answered! Yes! Good services and companies with great people still exist! Thanks again Jon Scott and Apex!!!

No matter how good your website is for lead generation it can always be improved by adding live chat, and not just any live chat, but ApexChat. My agency has over a dozen active clients using ApexChat and collectively it has helped them to generate thousands of additional leads that would have otherwise dropped off the website without making contact. I cannot recommend ApexChat enough as a service.

I am a customer of one of their client company's. I used the ApexChat service through the company's website.

I do not believe that they were using a real person as they advertise. I kept getting responses as to how many windows I wanted to install. I told them that I thought I had a broken window and was explaining what the problem is.

If there had been a real person, they would have read my message. They could have texted me and said that they could not help me with that and told me to call the company in the morning. I was very disappointed and very upset with their service. I did call the client company the next day and complained about the ApexChat Service!!!

Thus far my experience with ApexChat has been excellent. Our sales representative, Vernon Diggs (and support person Joseph Perez) have delivered on the promises made. We pay only for qualified leads based on the criteria we outlined up front, which was a real fight with our previous chat vendor to whom we paid twice as much per lead and many were not quality and wasted our time having to respond to them. I am very pleased with the service and customer support ApexChat has provided and feel like it's a great value and am very happy we made the switch.
