Bojangles has gone down hill there's never any chicken ready fries are always cold or burned at one point in time I love Bo but not anymore you guys are the worst Charleston Sc

I was severed a biscuit I didn't take the bite or put jelly on it.. but had both. they offered me another one. Never eating there again.. they did refund me

Third time during dinner hours that no chicken was available. First two times we were informed that it would be 20-25 min before ready. We left. Third time we were not informed and 40 min later we had our chicken. Will not patronize that business again. Poor management and planning especially around the dinner hours when the chicken should be ready. Definitely not a fast food restaurant.

I want to know how my friend has to work early in the morning like 6:30 or 7:00 and most days she doesn't get off when she's scheduled to and she never hardly gets a break
Today Jan.7th she worked from 6:30 to almost 4:00 and the manager says for her to stay until she got from the bank
And she didn't get a break all day
This bojangles is in shallotte North Carolina and this lady is very devoted to her job and is 60 yrs of age and yet taken advantage of like that .
Someone needs to step up and look into this place and see what's the matter ..they will end up losing a devoted employee if something isn't done asap

The employees put laxatives in the tea they serve to the customers, it has been done to me. This very dangerous because I or anyone could have been allergic to these substances, and could have cause significant damage or even death. Bojangles corporate I suggest that you take action against each and every location that you have leverage over. These employees could put your establishments into court ligation and you CAN be sued.

Was in line to go to the drive thru for over an 1 1/2 got to the board to place order, & was told there was no white meat available!! That is very, very unacceptable !!

My family and I came through the Bojangles on Edgefield Rd in North Augusta, SC. drive they at 11:05am Thursday 3/19/20 and the speaker was staticky so we sat at the speaker waiting for someone to attempt to say something else but no one did. We drove around to the front window and politely said that we couldn t hear him clearly but we were met with attitude from about 4-5 workers. While my husband was explaining why we drove around one of the employees stated Verbatim in a flamboyant tone I told him to wait then walked off. Everyone else is just starting and standing far off from the drive thru Another guy with the headset told my husband that he was trying to take his order but he drove off which was a lie! Mind you neither person had the decency to walk up to the window so we could actually hear them. They weren t busy be of the social distancing so there was a lack of decency, respect & Customer Service for what???

Bojangles in Greensboro North Carolina, highly suggest never to visit any of those locations, those locations are very dangerous for the average American, my suggestion is to visit KFC or Popeyes chicken, Bojangles there again, extremely dangerous for the average customer.....

Greenwood sc bojangles... Never again...anyone ever went thru a drive thru and got cussed at by the lady on the speaker for taking to long to order because you have 3 kids that change their minds.. Never in my 34 years have I until just now... And the climate we are in today I really tho

Bad customer service. Staff can't even direct you to the correct drive thru window! I have complained before. Nothing changes.

St Augustine Florida! I have given this place too many chances! This last one was the worst. They could give me free food for the rest of my life but will never go back.
Went in with my 2 young grand daughters. Not a busy time. The guy taking orders seemed nice and helpful until he rang up 40.00! 12 pcs tenderd. I told him only wanted chicken nothing else, he said he could do that for 10.00. Ok I had ordered 3 drinks,but he had uncharged to larg . Which I did not as for. I had ordered a 2 pc dinner but had that taken off. So after fixing all of his up charges etc, it was 30.00. So when I get to the table he had charged me 18.99for the chicken he said was 10.00.
Management comes over and said he meant 10 min. Nobody asked or said a word about time!!! I filed a complaint and no one contacted me! I filed on the site for the store and a part owner said they tried to contact me! Nope not once! Done with this place!!

Grovetown Georgia bojangles is tue worst! They never get our orders right! I mean never. Ever since they opened up they have been this way. We have given them chance after chance and they still cant do their job right. Somebody needs to look into this bc its very aggravating when you get all the way home And you never have the things you originally ordered.

Myself and about twelve of my friends meet at Bojangle s, Frankfort, Ky each day. We as a group have been happy with the service and food quality.
We have notice a sharp decline in the service in resent weeks. Today(Friday) I find the lobby doors locked at 8:am. I approach the drive to report the locked doors just to be told they only have a few people today, so they are not open to walk-ins.
Yesterday we witnessed six people stand and wait at the before leaving with no service.
Very unhappy customer!

Paramedics was just refused service NC their vehicle could not drive up to window!! They should get more respect than that! This was at the Stanley NC store!

DO NOT EAT AT BOJANGLES, THEIR EMPLOYEE IS HARASSING THE VIRGINIA WILDLIFE CENTER AND THEY ARE DOING NOTHING!! SHAME ON THEM FOR ENABLING THE HARASSMENT TO CONTINUE!!

Ordered a tailgate special and was sent to a parking spot to wait. No worries. Young girl brought out food and said nothing. Like we were bothering her. They forgot tea so I called inside. Same girl came back out with the tea. Her comment was "UH" when she handed me the tea as she rolled her eyes. If I were the manager, she would have been fired on the spot. Makes me long for Chick Fil-A
Got home. The chicken looked as if was half grown. The unseasoned fries I ordered were seasoned. The biscuits were 3/4" thick.
It may be awhile before I go back to Bojangles.

This is about the one on White Horse Road in Greenville SC. That is the worst store around. They get your order wrong,they are rude to you. When you go back to try to correct your order they don't do anything about it.I will never go back to this one you need to do something about your employees

Me and my husband are here at the bojangles in forest city, n.c. and we have been waiting on our food for over 32 minutes. And we went through the drive thru. This is crazy I have never waited on food this long!! I will never be back!!!

I went to bojangles at 1239 US Highway 127 in Frankfort, KY on May 16, 2020 at 4:40 pm. I ordered a 12 piece meal and did not receive all my order and I got no receipt. I noticed after I left the window and went back around to ask for the rest of what I paid for (over 26.00). The girl that opened the window was rude and the manager was also standing there. He told me they would get the rest and pull up and the rude girl shut the window in my face. She was also the one that brought it out to me and said "there you go". She looked at me and said is that all? I told her I did not appreciate the way I had been treated for asking for what I paid for and didn't get. She informed me that the girl that handed me my order told them that I got it all. I tried to get her to look and she refused believing the other girl so I asked for the manager. I was livid to say the least!! He came out and I told him all I had told her and I asked him to look at the order and he would not . I told him I do not steal and only wanted what I paid for. He said he believed me (but I don't know about that), he was friendly and apologized and said he would talk to them. I left there with one of the worst experiences ever!! Location at Indian Trail, NC (Sun Valley) has THE WORST customer service! They make you repeat everything and they still get your order wrong. They huff and puff "is that it? Is that all? Pull up!" I had a car with four adults and after my first order they were mad I needed more food. They rushed me and there were no cars behind me! One time I went during normal AM hours and the guy said "sorry we're not set up yet". These issues are all recent within the past two months. Management needs to RETRAIN everyone!!!

I am calling Bojangles corporate office about some of their restaurants not wanting to serve Trump supporters,well,I happen to be a HUGE Trump supporter,I guess Im not welcome there anymore,I don't do business with some place Im not welcome,guess I will go elsewhere and I also encourage all fellow Trump supporters to do the same,this is VERY unpatriotic,MAGA TRUMP 2020!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've only eaten at a Bojangles a time or two, and both times the service was absolutely horrible. Foods not really that good anyway. But I definitely won't EVER eat in one of your establishment again. To not serve someone because they support Trump. You for sure won' ever get any of my business. Chick fil a is MUCH better.

I went to a bojangles this morning for breakfast. I was questioned about wearing my mask until I was seated. It caught me off guard and I was a little annoyed but put it on anyway. However, As we were eating I noticed a kitchen staff man continually go from the dining hall to the kitchen with OUT a mask. If your place of business doesn't follow their own rules then what good is it????

Used to love bojangles but it seems like over the past few years this place has fallen on its face... chicken is greasy biscuits are dry and I could break out a armored trucks windshield with no breakage of said biscuit... and the thing they did good they are out of or not selling anymore in my area #savethechickenbites
Dirty rice is basically not cooked and tastes of cardboard box... and bo rounds tastes like 80%grease and 20 percent overcooked hash browns please fix all of this thank you from your concerned patron in winder Ga.

Visited Gadtonia store on Bessemer today at 1pm. None of the employees were masks or gloves. When I asked, the employee said it was a waste of time. Money, cards, boxes, food, everything handled with bare hands. Very irresponsible in the current environment. Employee was flippant and rude as well.

It is time for them to close all their locations. The people they employee are rude and very unprofessional. They have attitude. They serve cold, nasty old food. Why waste your money with a company that doesn't care if you are satisfied or not. They just want your money. We make their pocket book fat while we are served attitudes with a side of nastiness.

What a horrible experience at the Piney Flats, TN location. On lunch and wanted a good chicken sandwich, what I got was a dried up chicken breast on a burnt bun with no sauce or flavor. 2 bites and tossed the sandwich would have complained but was on a time schedule. Will not be going back. kFC is just down the road for next time.

I went to The Piney flats location an was given raw biscuits, twice told the manager on duty that morning she was nasty ,as if it was my fault they were raw !very poor management all the biscuits were raw told me to pull up an wait another 5 minutes for more raw biscuits I said I can t I m on way to work, she got rude said we don t give refunds at this location. So I will never go to bojangles again an hard raw biscuits are not acceptable for $3 a biscuit! I took pictures of the raw biscuits an the store is store #000936 10/16/20 Do better Bojangles ! She could have been nicer( it was their mistake)maybe train your managers good customer service too !
