Bojangles' Restaurants, Inc.

Myself and about twelve of my friends meet at Bojangle s, Frankfort, Ky each day. We as a group have been happy with the service and food quality. We have notice a sharp decline in the service in resent weeks. Today(Friday) I find the lobby doors locked at 8:am. I approach the drive to report the locked doors just to be told they only have a few people today, so they are not open to walk-ins. Yesterday we witnessed six people stand and wait at the before leaving with no service. Very unhappy customer!
