I went to bojangles at 1239 US Highway 127 in Frankfort, KY on May 16, 2020 at 4:40 pm. I ordered a 12 piece meal and did not receive all my order and I got no receipt. I noticed after I left the window and went back around to ask for the rest of what I paid for (over 26.00). The girl that opened the window was rude and the manager was also standing there. He told me they would get the rest and pull up and the rude girl shut the window in my face. She was also the one that brought it out to me and said "there you go". She looked at me and said is that all? I told her I did not appreciate the way I had been treated for asking for what I paid for and didn't get. She informed me that the girl that handed me my order told them that I got it all. I tried to get her to look and she refused believing the other girl so I asked for the manager. I was livid to say the least!! He came out and I told him all I had told her and I asked him to look at the order and he would not . I told him I do not steal and only wanted what I paid for. He said he believed me (but I don't know about that), he was friendly and apologized and said he would talk to them. I left there with one of the worst experiences ever!!
