My family and I came through the Bojangles on Edge...

My family and I came through the Bojangles on Edgefield Rd in North Augusta, SC. drive they at 11:05am Thursday 3/19/20 and the speaker was staticky so we sat at the speaker waiting for someone to attempt to say something else but no one did. We drove around to the front window and politely said that we couldn t hear him clearly but we were met with attitude from about 4-5 workers. While my husband was explaining why we drove around one of the employees stated Verbatim in a flamboyant tone I told him to wait then walked off. Everyone else is just starting and standing far off from the drive thru Another guy with the headset told my husband that he was trying to take his order but he drove off which was a lie! Mind you neither person had the decency to walk up to the window so we could actually hear them. They weren t busy be of the social distancing so there was a lack of decency, respect & Customer Service for what???
