Ehh food was ok. Nothing to write home about lots of the things on the menu were basic run the mill type stuff, items I make better at home. Got apple crisp for dessert with ice cream. Apple crisp was cold and the apples appeared to be canned. Prices seemed kind of high for the quality of the food. Service was fast and friendly.

Expensive and lame food is mediocre and they won't serve hard alcohol after 12 which is just strait up bizarre. Deffinately a rip off place to avoid. Edit gave the place a second chance... Ordered a draft miller and a cheese burger to go... Finished my beer waited another thirty minutes still no burger. The bar is terribly understaffed and I felt bad for the bar tender but I mean c'mon this place is a joke. Ps if your wearing work clothes when you go here expect to be ignored. a Wal-Mart khaki and I'm ghetto but trying to find a hook up outfit is the only way you get served.

Former employer who is absolutely devastated over the way I was treated as an employee.
I was basically told in a round about way that I was basically stupid.
Regular staff are very unwelcoming and are bully s basically. Always negative comments about other staff members.
Managers are unprofessional and like to belittle employees in front of customers and other staff members.
I lost a family member and managers had no compassion for me at all. I was in the hospital basically devastated over the lost of my loved one and I was told to find my own coverage .
I have worked in the medical field for over 20 yrs and I have not ever been treated or belittled the way I was when working for Barrettes Alehouse in Fall River, Mass.

I like the food and concept of the games and entertainment, but supervisors and management discriminates against minority' staff. I am the mother of a waitress at the bridge water location and it breaks my heart to see and hear my daughter emotionally broken because of the racism that goes on there.

The waitress was very nice and accommodating. The food was great and so was the atmosphere. We were just passing through on a motorcycle trip but the game room they have looks like alot of fun! I wish we could've stayed longer!
This is the first place I put 5 stars on so far. This is my favorite restaurant by far. They have very nice staff, the food is amazing, and the quantities are huge! They also have an amazing game room inside for the kids and a bar for the adults. The one thing is the price, yes it's a little pricey, but on a day you have some time and money to spend i recommend this place for sure. (I am upset about getting rid of the wing challenge though). But overall great and fun place.

God food served by polite staff. Tons of TVs means your never in a bad spot to catch a game and there is an pretty big arcade as well.

Absolutely disgusted, meal was great service was ok , an hour after I left I was extremely sick throwing up and sick to my stomach this lasted for 4 days I had my friend speak to the manger cause I was bed ridden in so much pain and the way it was handled was AWFUL saying that I didn t get sick from there food , three people three different walks of life met at the same place ate the same cheesecake and all ended up sick with food poisoning something was up with there cheesecake idc what they say the manager was HORRIBLE never even An apology !! Then post something and find out another friend of mine that want there the same day ended up sick also I will be contacting the higher up very Very Un professional !!!

A little disappointed this time...the bar tender female was not very attentive and was quite unfriendly. They forgot the onions on our pizza. Came from out of town specifically for Barret's but kind of rethinking our choice.
Not great. Very heavy with pepper. I stopped getting sirloin tips but the new meatloaf was also heavy with pepper. Summer squash tons of garlic.
We ate here for the first time and enjoyed the Smith and Forge cider, and especially the chorizo ravioli with shrimp and chicken in a Mozambique spiced sauce. Too bad we live 72 miles away. Our waitress was very attentive, too. We will recommend, and come back if we can.
Food is pretty good. They change up the menu a lot. There is a large game room inside for kids and adults alike. Large bar. Very spacious. Wait times can be long and the food can take quite a while to come out, especially on busy nights. Don t come here if you are in a rush or don t have patience. Drinks are good and they offer a wide selection of beer, wine, and mixers. Portions are pretty big. Can t go wrong with their rattlesnake pizza.
Regardless of what's going on they're very accommodating will be going back

Usually they r good but tonight was horrible we went there because they have a game room says they are open until 2 a.m. and kitchen hours were til midnight. We showed up at 11 and were told they had only a late night menu of a burger, chicken tenders , fried pickles and mozzarella sticks which is seriously LAME we said screw it and got some tenders that were ok figuring we'd eat have a few drinks and play some games fair to say we were done by 11:45 and asked for a box and said we would go in the game room which we have done multiple times in the past until 2 a.m. a few minutes before we saw some kids come out of the game room and we didn't even finish eating so we could get in there and have a good time on a sat. Night that was something different instead of the usual club seen or what not the waiter brought the bill and the box and sat at the table across from us after informing us that they closed the game room because no one was I'm there and they sent the girl home I decided to finish my 8 dollar drink. That I was going to bring in there with me as I have several times in the past he sat there and just stated at us while the bus boy cleaned the other 2 tables from the other customers that had just left ... Very uncomfortable now our section was empty he actually came over and asked us if we needed anything else or if we were ready to go. I explained I was finishing my drink. He proceeding staring then started sweeping the carpet right next to us which is really rude he obviously wanted us to leave... They really need to step it up have a better night menu, less rude employees and be open as advertised I won't be going back there anytime soon. Safe to say I paid my bill and as for a tip I wrote him a message full of tips he and the resturant could improve on ... Maybe next time he won't be so rude
Went to BA Fall River on 7/15/18 at 7PM. Sat at the outdoor deck to watch the Sunset. Waited almost 20 mins and finally had to find a waitress to take our drink order. Waited another 15 mins for drinks to arrive. I ordered the Ipswich Blueberry Ale, no blueberries. Ordered the Calamari. Waited 15 mins it finally came, but lacked flavor, rubbery, obviously previously frozen. Waited, waited and waited for our waitress to come so we could get another round of drinks , but once again had to go find a waitress to take our order. Got another Ipswich Blueberry ale, this time it had blueberries in it (3). Horrible service. Will NOT go back.
Food was good cooked ok. Presentation of Portuguese steak was just a pile, couldn't distinguish what was what, except the meat and fries. Will not order again.

5 small chunks of chicken and 6 small shrimp severed with the mozambique plates. The order for both was $38... Maybe a whole chicken breast and some extra shrimp - or maybe a little less plastic...

We usually get takeout, because it s so busy. If you go on a weekend there will definitely be a wait. Accommodating for large groups. Arcade is fun for the little ones. Seasonal drinks are delicious and food is tasty.

Visited from Seattle and had a wonderful meal with my daughters family, the server was fabulous and attentive. The food was ABSOLUTELY the best steak tips I've ever eaten and the green beans were delicious! Next year we'll be back for more.

Food was cold twice.. from start to finish poor service and the manager was asked to come to my table and didn't show up sent a gift card over and a diffeerent waitress but after 1hr and 45 minutes of trying to get it right we decided to leave and left the gift card there! Ordered steak tips and chowder
A cheese burger with cold fries, and the baked codfish which was cold and old had to ask for the soup and then the meal if we didn't ask we would still be there. Avoid this place.

I just started working here about a week and a half ago, before starting my job here I had not been in before. Everyone that I work with are great people, and the food is soooo good! I ordered the shrimp Mozambique Buddha bowl and it was one of the best Mozambique I've gotten in the city! They also have a chicken Mozambique pizza that I got one night and that also was Soo good! I highly recommend coming in, they have a great selection of food, beer, and mixed drinks. Every Friday night they have karaoke, they play all the games and have flat screen TV's everywhere thru out the resteraunt as well as an big arcade room! I'm not just giving this review because I work here, I just want everyone to know that if they come in that they are going to love it here! It's a great place to go on a date, or take the whole family for dinner drinks and game night in the arcade!

I've had many a lunch here with clients in the area and have never been disappointed.
Overpriced hit or miss chain restaurant style food with glacial paced service. Go to Chili's or the 99 instead. The only draw I see for the public is an arcade game room to occupy restless kids while parents eat.

Went on a Monday night, it was easy to seat our party of twelve. Great different menu choices. Food served hot and was very good. Everyone in our group enjoyed their food.

This place is awesome like always I had the shrimp Bowl which is very big, has shrimps in it it has onions and peppers and snap peas and a very special delicious Asian sauce with noodles my husband had the Chorise Pizza which he enjoys tremendously I give this place an A+.
