Pretty sad when you buy 2 big furnaces 9 years ago from them, and now they won't even service them because they only have 1 commercial technician. Is that my problem, guess you should hire more. Really frustrated you're fast to take all the money to buy and install the furnaces, but sure don't want to follow up on their performance and problems. Sure wouldn't recommend you to anyone after this BS.

I had an air conditioning unit purchased and installed by Boehmers/Cronin Emery and the technicians that performed the installation did a great job with the installation.

I recently had my air conditioner unit serviced by Brandon Inch and I was extremely pleased with the overall maintenance service - I particularly appreciated his attention to detail and his willingness to explain to me the tests he was conducting.

We have been with Boehmers/Cronin Emery since we first moved to Guelph in 1973. Russ Cunningham has been doing the service on our Furnace/AC equipment for many years. He is always prompt, friendly efficient and has a good sense of humour. In fact, Russ' advice is one of the reasons we purchased the Lennox furnace and air conditioning unit we have now. I highly recommend this company.

I set up an appointment for and HVAC inspection through Erica over the phone. She was very helpful and professional. Chris was the technician that showed up for the inspection; he was very thorough and professional. We switched from Aire One, and couldn't be happier with the service we received from Boehmers.

SERVICE EXPERTS ARE CROOKS!!!

I have to give one star to post this but they deserve no stars!!
I had an air conditioning unit installed in 2012 for $2700 and never had a single issue with it until this past month. When the service experts technician looked at my AC they charged us $100 for the service call, didn t do any trouble shooting he simply told my wife that it would cost $1500 to replace the evaporator coil, or $3500-$5000 for a new AC. Service Experts then sent a sales representative later that evening to offer us a brand new air conditioner at $65 per month with a lifetime warranty as long as we re paying the $65 per month. If you do the math at $65/mth for 8yrs, you re paying $6240 for a $3500 AC. We decided to take the next few days of heat without our AC working and get a second opinion.
Pat Poser Mechanical Solutions came to look at our unit and told us all we needed to do was simply clean the coil inside the unit inside the house (something that the service experts technician didn t even look at)...we have 2 German shepherds that shed constantly and over the years have accumulated a fair amount of hair into the ducts. Although we ve cleaned our ducts regularly over the years, hair made its way under the evaporator coil and prevented the temperature to cool in the house.

$200 for a thorough cleaning of our outside unit and the inside A-coil and our AC is running as good as new thanks to Pat Poser!!

Stay away from these crooks at Service Experts! They will charge you for a service call and not even do what you re asking them to do! Then they will tell you your unit is broken or needs replacing just to suck you into a monthly plan that will have you paying double or triple the cost of a new unit!!

Call Pat Poser, he s an honest technician that won t rip you off and will help you out of a jam!

Service Technician Luke T was prompt, courteous and competent. He diagnosed my air conditioner problem quickly and fixed it. He even put on foot covers when in my house. He is the kind trustworthy professional anyone who has work done should appreciate. I did not feel gouged on the bill either. Have nothing negative to say. Good job.

I had a new furnace installed and I was extremely happy with the service. The two men (Jon and Braedon) were very polite and pleasant. The work was done very quickly and with no mess left behind. I would also like to express my appreciation to the sales person (Brady L.) who came out to the house and explain all the aspects of the new furnace. He answered all my questions and explained everything to me. I felt very comfortable putting my trust in him.

We had a great experience with them, from the quick same day responses from Luke who came out to see if the old furnace could be saved to Yuri who came out and sold us a new unit. Rob and John did a great job putting in our new furnace and air conditioner. They kept the area clean and neat. all debris was removed. When it came to explanations on the units they were very helpful. I would recommend the company to anyone. do not hesitate to call them.

Awesome experience from start to finish. The sales person Yuri was on time, polite, informative and is good at getting back to you quickly. The installers Rob & Brock were on time as well, polite, cleaned up after the install and put down runners to protect the carpet. They went through how to use the AC, furnace and touch pad, showed me everything that they did and how to maintain the systems. I would definitely recommend using this company.

We had Rob, Jon & Brock come take out our old A/C and replace it with a much more energy efficient one. They were polite, worked hard and left the space they worked in cleaner than it was when they started (it was quite impressive). The unit itself is fantastic, doesn t struggle to keep up and is almost whisper quiet! The value of their service along with the unit exceeds a 5 star review.

The technicians did a clean and high quality job. They took the time and fixed the existing gas line and venting pipes that weren't properly done before by the builder of the house. I finally has a furnace room that is pleasant to walk in. Couldn't be happier. Lennox furnace is super quite, during idle mode, even the fan is set to be on all the time, I cannot hear anything. Good job Jon and Rob.

Our furnace quit in the wee hours of Dec 31st. A call to the 24 hour service got us a service appointment for for 8:30 that morning. The service Technician (Riley) showed us the burned circuit board and the damage that had been done. Since our furnace was old a Sales Consultant (Brady) was called and he arrived at 10:30 that morning. We purchased a new furnace and an appointment for installation was arranged for 8:30 am Jan 2. The team of Alex and Brock were very proficient and professional in all aspects of the installation. We're very happy with our quiet and efficient furnace. Thanks Boehmers/Cronin Emery for taking care of us at such a busy time of year!

We just had a high efficiency furnace, A/C and water heater installed today (May 27/17), by Rob and Jon. It was the slickest installation we have ever encountered. Arrived at 8am, removed the old system, installed the new, and were finished by 3pm. Everything professionally done, including vent piping and wiring. They even changed the gas pipe that was incorrectly installed on our previous furnace. Extremely pleased!

Our a/c unit failed to start up so we looked on line for service company. Read some reviews and decide to go with this company. Great decision! The office staff explained how things work in regards to the service call. Dave Long the service tech called us within 2 hrs. He explained what the problem was and got us up and running very quickly. We now have a reliable company to service our heating and cooling needs. We will recommend them to anyone.

Lisa, Jon and Rob did a great job from selling us the air conditioner to installing it. They sold us the unit on Monday night and it was installed and all cleaned up by Tuesday at lunch. We are pleased with our service from start to finish. Thanks!

Really great service - couldn't recommend enough for both new installs and service if you live in the KWC area.

New AC Install: Jon and Braedon were professional, courteous and went above and beyond, cleaning up wires and pipes from a since long gone oil furnace and humidifier. Lisa was great when she came to assess and quote the job - she was knowledgeable and understanding of our circumstances.

Service on older Furnace: Jon replaced the old circuit/mother board for almost half the price as quoted by Aire One. Job was done quickly but with fine attention to detail.

I recently had a new furnace and air conditioner installed at our home by Beohmers /Cronin and wanted to share how great my experience was. It is not often that my expectations are exceeded but this was certainly one. The whole experience was great lead by a polite, experienced crew (Jon, Rob & Brock). They showed up on time, respected my home by putting on booties and laying mats from entrance to furnace area. When the job was complete I could not tell that they were even there! We are now customers for life.

We have used this company since 2013, I am pleased with the service and I appreciate the yearly maintenance plan for furnace and A/C, that way we begin the cold or hot season knowing that the units are working well. This year I met Chris for the first time and was pleased with his service. The lady I talked to to book the appointment was also kind and really helpful. I highly recommend this company.

Our furnace failed a couple of days ago and they sent a technician immediately to look at it. After determining that we'd need to replace it they were able to do so the next day. This was in the winter so time was of the essence. The installers (Alex and Brock) were polite and professional and took time to explain all of the features and maintenance options. Really great experience all around.

My experience with Boehmers/Cronin Emery Service Experts was superior right from initial contact to end of installation of my new furnace and air conditioner. Less an hour after I called them on New Years Day, Mark Zimmerman, Residential Service Tech, showed up and assessed the problem. When it became clear that repair was not an option, Yuri Coval, Residential Sales Rep, came to review my replacement options. The next morning, Alex and Jon, Service Technicians, came the next morning to do the installation. Everyone was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. My husband had just left for a week of hunting and the home went from a comfortable 71 cool - to a 79/82 hot just all of a sudden. One call to Boehmers and I had Ken out to tell me it would be an expensive fix and maybe I should think about a new unit...one hour and a half later, Al salesman was out and thoroughly explained all of my options. A new conditioner is the way I went. 2 days later, first thing in the morning, Jon and Shawn were here to install the new unit. They were the most polite and friendly young men and they took time to explain everything they were doing and what / if anything, I would have to address at any time. I would so totally recommend this reputable company !!

I had a zoom meeting with Lisa, the residential sale consultant from B/C Emery, to walk me through HVAC equipment and available Costco benefit. I am pleased by her patient and professional conduct and understand more how the system works from her informative presentation. She also did a great job of explaining the quotes, rather than just throwing model and cost to me which I had experienced with other consultants before.

We decided only a month ago that we wanted to take the step to ductless heating/cooling. After one bad experience with a local HVAC provider who pretended he knew what he was talking about... I called Boehmers and was pleased that Yuri was knowledgeable and experienced with respect to this relatively new technology for North America. He proposed a solution for us and the price was right. And, bonus...he pointed out that we were eligible for a provincial rebate! The install crew, Jon and Rob, were friendly and flexible, as we made a small change to the outdoor unit location. They lay down floor mats throughout the house to keep from tracking and went to work. In less than a day all was complete and we had a system that we will enjoy for years to come.

Very pleased. The entire process was very timely and efficient. We worked with Al (sales consultant) who was very helpful. The technicians (Rob and Jon) came on time and were very kind and professional. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that they unplugged our water heater (presumably to plug in their tools) and did not plug it back in. We had very cold showers the next day before realizing what had happened!

This company is exceptional. Lisa was very professional. She explained all the options that were available, came up with novel solutions at a fair price and outlined what to expect on construction day. Jon, Rob, Brock, Alex and more assistants than I can name arrived exactly at 8:30am as planned and finished at 4pm. Day two: 8:30 to 10am. In that time they replaced and repositioned the old furnace and air conditioner. Removed the old Reliance hot water tank (good riddance with that company) and installed a new high efficiency water tank in a new location. All the new ducting intake and exhaust and extra ducting as part of this basement Reno. They attacked this in less than a day and a half.
Because of their punctuality, problem solving, doing exactly what they said they d do, attention to detail, answering questions at every step and fair price I would have no problem recommending them to friends and family.

We have always been very satisfied with the service that Russ has provided.

Just Recently bought a house, rent to own furnace was overlooked in agreement. I can t let the elderly man pay it all. This company won t even negotiate with me on a reasonable buy out price for furnace. I looked it up a $4000 furnace installed has a buy out price of almost $7,000 furnace price when financed is over $12,000. Be careful the contract you sign with them will end up costing you many times what the furnace and installation are worth.
Wayne the manager wont even return my call.

After a year of trying to resolve my AC issues with another company, Boehmers diagnosed the problem within 60 minutes. Had a sales rep out with all the financials etc so that I could make an informed decision about replace or repair and had the new machine installed. All within 24 hours. Need I say more? Oh yes, office staff, repair staff, and sales staff all very pleasant, knowledgable and efficient

Curtis and Brock installed our new furnace today. They were efficient, professional, and took the time to explain all of the new bits and pieces in layperson-friendly language. If you're looking for a new furnace/HVAC and fantastic technicians, these are the guys you want.

I had service done for my furnace (maintenance). Kurtis was very polite and did not hesitate to show me how to remove the filter for the humidifier when and if needing replaced. Kurtis also told me not to hesitate to call if there are any problems.

I have found Beohmers/Cronin Emery has been a good company to deal with any time there have been problems in the past.

I have kids and when I called and told them furnace wasn't working they said they were all booked up. They still scheduled me in though and a tech came and fixed everything. My kids are warm at night thanks to these guys.

On the day that my furnace stopped working, I was freezing at home and despite making several calls to several companies - no one would come to look at it until the following week. Boehmers arrived about 20 minutes after I made the call and it turned out a needed a new furnace. They set me up with a great and affordable rental plan and Rob, John, and Alex arrived just a couple days later to install and set it all up. They showed me everything they did and made sure I knew how everything worked. I couldn't be happier with the service and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Yesterday, my air conditioner failed, just a few hours before I had 25 people coming for dinner. I called Boehmers who scheduled a technician within the hour. Within 30 minutes of arriving, the technician had diagnosed my problem and replaced a part. My air conditioner was fixed! The service call staff were very understanding and the technician was terrific- totally professional. Thanks Boehmers!

We bought a new AC this month from Boehmers/Cronin Emery through Costco. The sales representative Iurie (Yuri) did a great job in explaining and helping us choose the right AC. The AC was installed by two technicians Wayne and Andrew, who also did an awesome work. Thank you gentlemen for excellent work.

We've renewed our annual service contract for 30 years, and both furnace and AC worked well with annual inspections and maintenance, so the recent diagnosis of a weak capacitor and $$ to locate the cause for a low coolant level (after spending $2k with them several years ago to replace the cooling coil) didn't seem credible given how well the unit is running this summer. I spent a nominal amount for a second inspection from a another long-time firm to confirm that both coolant level and capacitor are normal. Second opinions are prudent.

I received same day service when I noticed that my electric furnace was not putting out the appropriate amount of heat. Russ assessed the problem & was able to apply a temporary repair. Within a few days, Luke was able to access the parts required & Russ was back to complete the job. Your timely service & jovial demeanour made for a pleasant experience at the Christmas season. Alex, Curtis, and Julian installed our new furnace and A/C. They were courteous, walked us thru steps to change filter etc. after they were done, and removed all traces of their visit such as old furnace parts and swept the room.

Boehmers/Cronin was in today to inspect the boiler. Their technician Russ, besides being a friendly personable guy, not only did a great job answering all my questions for this boiler but gave me lots of advice on what to look for for a replacement boiler for my cottage property. Thanks Russ!
