My experience with Boehmers/Cronin Emery Service Experts was superior right from initial contact to end of installation of my new furnace and air conditioner. Less an hour after I called them on New Years Day, Mark Zimmerman, Residential Service Tech, showed up and assessed the problem. When it became clear that repair was not an option, Yuri Coval, Residential Sales Rep, came to review my replacement options. The next morning, Alex and Jon, Service Technicians, came the next morning to do the installation. Everyone was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. These service professionals should be very proud of the excellent service they provide especially during a very stressful time.....Gayle Rogan
