Our furnace quit in the wee hours of Dec 31st. A call to the 24 hour service got us a service appointment for for 8:30 that morning. The service Technician (Riley) showed us the burned circuit board and the damage that had been done. Since our furnace was old a Sales Consultant (Brady) was called and he arrived at 10:30 that morning. We purchased a new furnace and an appointment for installation was arranged for 8:30 am Jan 2. The team of Alex and Brock were very proficient and professional in all aspects of the installation. We're very happy with our quiet and efficient furnace. Thanks Boehmers/Cronin Emery for taking care of us at such a busy time of year!
