EILEEN YOU ROCK! I had delivery issues and waited on the phone with customer service for a very long time, finally just decided to call the store I ordered from. Eileen answered and put me on the line with a customer service representative who also didn t help me, and had no interest in doing so. I ended my call with him and called Eileen back. She was upset i didn t receive the proper help and fixed my issue, located my merchandise and it s on it s way.

Eileen, thank you for your fantastic customer service skills and insane level of patience. It may not seem like a big deal to you but it is to me! I appreciate you helping me more than I can say. You ve changed my day from bad to great and I am very thankful for your professional help. You rock! Tell your boss to give you a raise. You deserve it.
