Great customer service in the SERVICE DEPT the cashier is not friendly AT ALL she never smiles or make you feel welcomed WHILE YOU ARE SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY and a simple thank you would work too, but who am I jus a person spending her money so that Bob rohman can cont to operate and pay the unfriendly cashier for making the last person you interact with feel very unwelcome there thanks guys YOU ROCK!!!!!

Bob Rohrman use to not be a TruCar Dealer. When they were not, I always was able to use TruCar and get the same car or one with more options for about $1800-$2000 less. They even told me multiple times that the TruCar Dealer was going to Bait and Switch me and they could not get within $1800 or my price. Guess what, bought 2 cars for the TruCar Price. Now, good ole Bob is a TruCar Dealer (guess he was losing his grip on Lafayette). I recently bought a van through him/TruCar. Now, their deal is to talk you into a warranty. I got it home and read the fine print. They can basically deny any repair and you have to have it repaired at Bob's. I went in and cancelled it, but they have not filed the paperwork in the last 30 days. You only have 60 days to cancel, so they think they can wait me out. This is a horrible way to treat customers. They have already lost another car sale to me for doing this!

Horrible experience. Loretta was more interested in my financials. Claimed it was 'policy' to get information.
We got fed up and left before test driving. I was upfront and told her I was comparison shopping.
No need to know my credit score at that stage.Totally offputting.
Went down the road to Subaru and talk to Zack. Much better experince. Got to test drive the Ascent no pressure!

Had a coupon, 39.00, for oil change, rotate tires and 12 point inspection. The guy came out and said good news, you don't need new tires so no rotation needed. I thought rotating your tires was what kept your tires good? Paid 37.00 for oil change and that was it. Ripped off

Reasonable $'s for quality work. If they find more stuff that's attention, they're not pushy to add this on your bill until it's needed. Very attentive to follow up with you on your experience.

You know, our visit and dealings started out well. But since the sale transacted their service to meet contract had been lacking. It had been 5 months since we drove our vehicle off the lot and even after several calls and emails they have failed to provide the spare remote start keys and touch up paint they promised. We were so pleased at first, but it is leaving us very discouraged and turning into unfavorable experience.

They did leave some spare parts and an extra window in my trunk though. Nobody understood what I meant when I came back in with the box.

I have never gone out of my way to do a review on ANYTHING. I worked with an older man who was extremely pushy in selling the car to me. He wasn't friendly at all and didn't seem to care about me as the buyer. When I purchased the car, they said they replaced the cabin air filter. I found the smell of the car to be off-putting. I found a RATS NEST AND POOP all over the cabin air filter. I cleaned it out myself and eventually the smell went away. A couple weeks later I start to slow leak air from my two tires on one side that they claimed were fine in the initial inspection. It just sucks to see that coming from a place with an overall decent review and it was my purchase of a first car ever. It took 6 hours for the whole process to buy a car.

Great experience with every person I dealt with, start to finish. David Wilson in internet sales, was great about all the answers to questions I had prior to my visit. When we arrived, it was 2 degrees and David was with another customer, so the Honda manager stepped in to help. I wish I could remember his name, he was fabulous. The car I was interested in was pulled into the garage, cleaned off and warmed up. David took care of us from there. Thank you for your patience with all my questions. I love my new CRV!

Horrible company that wastes your time on purpose. You have to wait 30 minutes every time you want to know the price of a vehicle all while they try to up-sale you. Go elsewhere if you are searching for a vehicle.

Was lied to about needing front brakes. Was even told it was extremely dangerous to drive it.I let them know my husband could put brakes on my car. The man then told me, well your husband will not be able to resurface the rotors. Been driving for many of years and it cost about the same to just get new rotors. Never have had rotors resurfaced.I had enough pad left to drive another 3 months. Only had the CRV there because of the recall on airbag. My husband was so thankful that I do pay attention to what he tells me about cars.
