Although it was obvious that I was being asked for 500EUR for a service offered by any neighborhood laundry (sometimes even better), the employer made it rain and even upset me instead of proposing to resolve the situation. Edit after the owner's answer: I give feedback depending on the services received and yours, in my case, were sorry for the requested price; You did not offer me the invoice / fiscal note to put the money in your pocket and that says a lot :) above you lie and shamelessly; the car was almost new but with all this you did not have the good sense to do what any neighborhood laundry does anyway without any support; Regarding the stains on the ceiling, you did not even try to clean them (the ceiling had not been cleaned at all) and you did not know that it was or was not cleaned because initially you said yes and after I showed you the aspect you began to lie with shamelessly; Regarding the exterior, I would like to see how you demonstrate that you really do all those treatments and that you do not actually use a polish and a wax; why not put your camcorders to see what all the money is for? Have you ever heard of auto detailing (how not to get rid of stains?) That just for that I asked for your services? Or do you serve customers based on how you woke up in the morning and I found the day worse? Which won't excuse you anyway.
