I will only take my car here for servicing. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I would not go anywhere else!
I will only take my car here for servicing. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I would not go anywhere else!
My purchase was handled so easily and well with no pressure at all. I can't imagine the process going smoother. Just excellent overall.
Amazing customer service. I went, talked, looked at the car and bought it.
Salvador S. in the Boardwalk Chevy Service Department is great to work with. I was planning on getting my 2019 Bolt repaired at a third party, assuming it would be less expensive, but I thought I'd get a quote from Boardwalk Chevy as well. After meeting with Salvador, and working with their Parts Department, I decided to schedule the repair with Boardwalk. Salvador is honest and straight forward and that is the type of person I want working on my car.
Fun did the Bolt deal with the help of Al so happy with the car. Likely in the top three of cars which would be 1 international scout 2 Honda crx (the first one) and the Bolt (named Luna)
This place is a disaster of a car dealership. We walked in ready to by, and were told they didn t have any of the car we wanted and didn t know when they would get one, and weren t willing to take our name and call us when they did. I thought maybe it was a very popular car, but then went to Fremont Chevrolet, were treated with excellent courtesy, drove the car of which they had 5 in stock, and not pressured at all.
This place is terrible at returning calls. I will not be renewing my lease here.
Went in with my mom Sunday 01/24/2021. Al helped us out and the finance manager Shon. They were so amazing from beginning to end. They helped us get the exact vehicle we came in for, with an amazing package. Please go here if you re considering it they truly work with you and everyone is friendly. You won t be disappointed!
I am disappointed with the dealership for the following reasons:
1. Upon picking up vehicle for the first time, it was not clean to my satisfaction. It had water stains all over the rear.
2. After four wheels locks were installed, only two of the original four wheel lug nuts were in the glove compartment. I requested the remaining two from the dealer and am still waiting for mail delivery as they promised.
3. Sales persons are not sufficiently familiar with the EV and could not answer basic questions. At one point I desperately called the dealership regarding charging modes. They could not answer my question and said they would call me back. They never did.
We purchased a used truck from Boardwalk Chevrolet and we love it. The purchase experience was one of the best I have had with a car dealership. If you need a vehicle , new or used I would highly recommend this dealership!! Chris and the team were very helpful and very courteous.
Extremely rude on the phone when trying to schedule an appointment; online system for booking an appointment does not work; online chat system is useless, they take your information and there is no follow up. I wish there was someplace else to bring my CHEVY VOLT for service because these guys SUCK.
My wife and I had a fabulous experience at Boardwalk Chevy! We leased a 2019 Chevy Bolt and closed the deal on October 7. Our salesperson was Mariah Ortega, and she was outstanding from start to finish. She was extremely competent, attentive, and was not pushy at all. She listened patiently while I explained the deal I wanted, answered all my questions to my satisfaction, and presented the proposal to the Sales Manager, Benjamin Kaupp. Ben was also fantastic during the whole transaction. He worked with me to change parameters to help me get the deal that I was most comfortable with. Like Mariah, he was not pushy at all, and was always polite, professional, and extremely competent. Between the two of them, it was a low-stress, highly successful transaction. I highly recommend them and Boardwalk Chevrolet for a job well done!
Al was great to work with, dealership staff was amazing and the process was very smooth and seamless. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a vehicle to check them out!
Great service and experience, Juan, Ian & Mike in front of house to Eddie in finance. Got us a great deal and paperwork wrapped up quickly.
This is where 0 stars would come handy.
Had a "Service High Voltage Charging Station" light on on our Volt, set up an appointment.
Had this in the past, so I have an idea what it takes to at least read diagnostics (it takes 5 minutes, you plug a wire and read what it says, it's Volt). The guy quoted $350 for that. I asked if it takes 4-5 hours of labor (at generous rate) to diagnose ? He kept repeating "these cars are very complicated".
Asked about oil change. Was quoted 79 for "oil change with tire rotation". I said -" I do not need tire rotation". - Answer: Still $79.
Got my keys and walked away. Stay away from these people.
Excellent service, even including help to get two vehicles home.
Easiest new car experience I ve ever had. Thank you, Ben and Ian!
*UPDATE 4/5/19*
After contacting this dealership and the corporate office of Chevrolet, my rating still stands. In fact, I would give it an even lower rating if I could. When their corporate office contacted me, one of their "investigators" simply asked me what was going on. After hearing my story, all they had to offer was a $100 voucher towards repairs. This isn't even close to the 11k mile warranty that I was initially promised by Arty, the salesman. The "investigator" didn't bother to ask me for proof of documentation, which I can show that Arty initialed and signed saying that I still have basic coverage. They didn't really put in any effort into investigating my case. When I called the dealership, all they saw was another opportunity to make money off of me. I spoke to Edward, the finance manager, and he offered me a fairly average extended warranty. I told him I would consider the offer and ask him to email me the details. Not only does he ignore my email, but he also ignores the multiple phone calls that I've attempted. With the way how this establishment and corporate office operate, it is not wonder that Arty can freely lie to his customer and get away with it. I see no effort put into customer satisfaction.

I really wished I read the negative reviews first because they're mostly true. As a new car buyer, I had no idea how warranties work. When Arty, the salesman, told me how the vehicle I bought still has basic coverage, I believed every word he said. He looked me straight in the eye and lied through his teeth as he showed me an old CARFAX report of November 2018 on the vehicle showing a mileage of 25k. Yet, he tells me how there's still some left-over basic coverage. The basic coverage only covers up to 36k miles, yet he was selling me a car that already has a mileage of 39k miles. Still, I believed him because he even wrote down his own initials on that CARFAX report, convincing me that there's still coverage. To my horror, I was only able to discover the truth when I brought the vehicle to a Ford dealership for maintenance. The car I bought was already developing a rattling noise on the passenger side in less than a month. Had he told me there's no basic coverage, that would have affected my decision-making in purchasing the car. When I contacted Arty about my dilemma, the only thing he was good at was disputing my claim, saying how he had said things differently at the time. Disregarding all the trouble I went through, he doesn't have a care in the world since I have already bought the vehicle from his dealership.
These are bad people who will rip you off if they can. If there are issues they won't do what is right. They will lie and you will have to fight them tooth and nail. GM does not care. I'd advise staying very far away from them.
GMC part not available (ABS module for 1995 Safari mini-van V-6), this is a BIG problem. But, Ramon Torres helped me find a wrecker outlet that I could buy a used unit from out of town.
Location and being too spread out makes things difficult, also tough to get through directly to your representative.
This is for the service department. I've been bringing my car her for service for about a year. Overall I'm pretty satisfied. The work has been done in a reasonable amount of time and the service reps are efficient and courteous. The only frustration I've experienced is trying to get a person on the phone to answer a question not related to an appointment.
You know what I can't stand? When someone demeans me and speaks down to me. I am not dumb. I was having trouble with the liquid not clearing from the windshield when it rained or just got wet in general. So I take it in to get checked. We'll, the person who checked us in comes to me after awhile and says. "The warranty will not cover a new set of wiper blades because someone put some other blades on that did not come with the car". So I say, I changed them because this very thing was happening. I know it's not the blades. He insists that it pretty much has to be the blades and I'd have to pay 25 dollars for new ones. Despite the fact I told him it was not the blades. I ask him to check the tightness of the arm of the wipers and the windshield to see if there is a film or something else we cannot see. He straight up told me that either the windshield is either wet or dry. There was nothing to check. Then, he began to ask me where I had gotten the oil changed before? I told him. He told me they had changed a screw and it was not supposed to be changed. Then he says, "I don't know why you would take it somewhere else". At this point I was already pretty upset, but, that was just too much. I didn't want to make a scene so I just let it all go. I know as long as I get the oil changed on time it does not effect the warranty so whatever. Anyway, when they were done he told me they ran the wipers and it cleared the glass, nothing wrong. Of course when I tried them they were exactly the same. I swear, I felt like they thought they could just do a half assed job and I would just be fine with it. I'm not. I will be taking it somewhere else and I will not be back.
The Staff at Boardwalk Chevrolet are the Best! Jason Manown is the GURU of Corvettes! He took care of my baby and I APPRECIATED it! Thank You Jason!
Visited Boardwalk Chevrolet to look at a used volt. I have searched both the Tesla dealership and the Toyota dealership and this was by far the best experience. Juan the Product Specialist was so helpful. He walked with my wife and I for over an hour showing us each car that may fit our needs and their options. He was thorough and patient. I have been to a used car lot before and that is not what this place feels like. Our experience with Juan is what I wish for any car buyer. No pitching us and no aggressive sales tactics. It was truly just Juan educating my wife and I about the cars on his lot. We came to LOOK at the volt but after our interaction with Juan we did not want to go anywhere else. I am grateful to Boardwalk Chevrolet and Juan for getting me into my new Chevy Volt hassle free. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
Mike kept me informed on my car status and met the timeline he committed to completion.
I just bought a 2020 Chevrolet Bolt, and I couldn't be happier with the way I was treated in the agency. Nancy Hoag was my salesperson, and she was great. Ben (Sales Manager) and Twan (FM) were easy to deal with. It was a great transaction, and I'm very pleased. (And the car is amazing!)
We worked with Angelo Salas on leasing a new Bolt EV. He explained all the finance options and advantages of leasing vs buying very clearly and I never felt pressure from him to go one way or the other.
I had an overall very positive experience working with Angelo.
Mike Little, Ian Anderson, and their colleagues Ben and Eddie at Boardwalk Chevrolet did a nice job of helping us efficiently buy a used vehicle. This is our fourth purchase through Boardwalk -- each one has been an easy and smooth process.
I had a wonderful time with the service here! Quick in and out in 20 minutes, no hassle.
Please avoid this place at all costs. They would not honor an offer they made on a Camaro just 24hrs before (they added $60 to the monthly payment). Capitol Chevrolet is a great alternative!
EDIT: Great experience with Reese so bumping this up to 4 stars, the salesperson makes all the difference!
July 2018: I heard of a good experience for someone who worked with Reese Zecchin so I gave it another shot and Reese was great! No haggling, no sales gimmicks, he was considerate of my time and helped me buy a new vehicle in just a couple hours. Definitely recommended :-)
Feb 2018: I had a very poor customer experience with a salesperson named Oliver. I reached out via the web and the salesperson started texting me. I was up front with my interests and needs only to be ignored several times offering me quotes on models I didn't specify. Furthermore, after several attempts to be direct and express my interests I was saddened to have been met with the usual time wasting sales tactics. Several attempts to get me to "come on over" and get me in the dealership to continue the sales haggling. It's 2018 and I would expect the stereotypical car salesmen bit would be less common, too bad. I would have loved to go through a local dealership.
I should've checked Yelp first as I now see other people have had poor experiences with Oliver too.
Everybody was friendly, and courteous. This was my second Corvette purchase and will not be the last time. I have referred two other friends, and they have ordered as well.
I have owned a total of 5 GM cars, some other then Chevy....but I always choose Boardwalk Chevy for all my GM needs. The staff is easy to deal with , always accommodating to my schedule. They should be able to get more the a 5 star rating....keep the good work up
Was trying to buy a Silverado 1500. Very poor selection and the one they had was not great. Way overpriced. Very poor sales people. I had to make the sale for them but because they were so bad I went to Stewart Chevrolet and got a better truck for a better price and a great experience. Don't shop at Boardwalk for any kind of car.
my service was handled well and promptly - thank you
Do not take your car here for service. They have no idea what they are doing. My Corvette sat for 7 months while I was on the other side fo the country. I put it in for a new battery and transmission problem. Even thouhg I explained the transmission problem to them in detail they could not figure it out. I had to diagnose the issue myself and send them pictures of their own service manual. After I diagnosed the issue they told me they couldn't get the part for 5 days. I instantly called BS on that and told them I could get the part in less than 24 hours. At this point I spoke to the GM who was not concerned that his techs had no idea how to work on the cars they were paid to be experts on. He also didn't care that I was able to produce the exact part they needed to fix the vehicle in less than 24 hours when their suppliers could only produce it in 5 days. After delivering the part the next morning they told me it would be ready that day...and nobody ever touched the car. The dealership was closed the next day and the day after that they didn't work on the car because they needed a "transmission specialist". The part that needed to be replace was a simple plug and play cable. No specialist needed. So after my car sat there for 5 days, I diagnosed the issue, delivered the part to fix the issue and talked to the GM who had no concern that his team was a mess it's no wonder why this dealership operates so poorly. The problem starts at the top and they desperately need to cut the head off the snake. Zero accountability, zero work ethic, zero critical thinking skills. I'm left wondering why I even had to pay for this.
It s just unfortunate to not offer shuttle or loaner car for customers
Bought my SS here, and I ve serviced it here since. The service team is fantastic.
As always, such a great experience dealing with the people at Boardwalk Chevrolet.
So impressed with the help that I received from Ben today. After getting the runaround from GM Financial and spending 20+ minutes on hold with them, Ben offered quick and friendly help via text and probably saved me another 30 minutes on hold. THANK YOU!
2nd time in 3 years I ve purchased a car from Boardwalk Chevrolet and it s been better each time. 3 years ago I worked with Ben to get a volt, this time I went back and he was the dealership manager. The place had a noticeable difference in feel, in a good way. There was nothing about buying this car that was difficult, from Ian talking my wife and I on a test drive, working on the price and getting all the paperwork done with finance.
If you re looking at Chevrolets go here, you won t be disappointed.
Emilio, shop manager, is incompetent, dishonest and rude. A total waste of time.
Avoid this place.
Paid over $2.5k over kerbeck corvette prices out of generosity support for local business.
Upon delivery, didn't get the decals quoted. After a phone call saying they got the part, I visited their parts department and they wanted more money and they didn't have the part ready!?
Upon selling the car, they won't pay me as agreed. Have to drag the authorities and lawyers to get my money.
I wouldn't be surprised if services department try to rip people off too.
Buy from kerbeck or some other place. Plan to ditch the car after your free service is used or go somewhere else
I visited Boardwalk Chevrolet because I was curious about electric cars. A Nissan salesman had raised a lot of doubts in my mind, but David countered all of them when he took me out in my first test drive in a Chevy Bolt.
I returned to Boardwalk Chevrolet about a week later with more questions. Juan took me out for a longer test drive and was able to answer every single question as well as addressing my range anxiety. By the end of the test drive, I was almost persuaded... the only sticking point was the colour - I wasn't a fan of the grey cars that Juan had in stock. Instead of pressuring me to accept one of the most common colours on the road, Juan and his manager Ben found a blue Bolt that was en route to their dealership from the factory. Two weeks later, Juan called with the good news that my new Bolt had arrived! Then we had to look at loans... and the first loan option that came up was a bank that I'd had multiple bad experiences a few years ago. No problem, said Ben, and he went back to the system to find a less-objectionable bank offering almost the same terms.
I'm enjoying my new car, and really appreciate both Juan and Ben's generous attention in making sure that I got exactly what I wanted. :-)
Recently leased a Chevy Bolt. Great experience with the sales team! Started out with Ben, the sales manager. He answered all my questions, was patient and transparent about all the numbers. His quirky sense of humor made it all the more enjoyable. David walked me through the rest of the process. He's very new to the job but I can tell he'll grow into it. He's a car enthusiast and was polite and found the answers to any questions I had. I chose the right dealership.
When calling the service department they are always there to answer my questions and are very courteous. Also, they are very helpful when it comes to my needs.
The Boardwalk Chevrolet dealership has been absolutely amazing to us for the entire time we owned our beloved Bolt. The quality of service is remarkable. We have been using their services for all of the technical services for the car, and it has always done super smoothly. Never any surprisea, always excellent service. One such demonstration is excellence happened on the day we returned the vehicle as it has reached it's end of lease period. On that day, the official manager, Ben, in charge of lease returns was not in, and Ian voluntered to process the lease return for me although it was not originally supposed to. It was incredibly nice of him to do it, as I was going to stuck, since I was going to be out of town afterwards. Thank you Ian!
Boardwalk continues to be a very responsive dealership
Unhelpful staff. Lots of bureaucracy when returning a leased car. Thank goodness I'm buying a Tesla to replace it. Much better service with them.
Serviced my recall and completed by the promised time. Kept me informed of its status. When I called services, the transfers were dropped twice. The lot is so small that they have to walk to 2,3 blocks down to get my car.
Got an awesome deal with all the discounts available. 2020 Chevy Bolt OTD for nearly half price of MSRP. They made this transition easy.
Probably like many people, I was dreading the purchasing process of a new car, especially since my past experiences with car salesmen were painful and not enjoyable. Having narrowed down the specs of the car I wanted, I contacted Boardwalk Chevrolet for a quote. Ian Anderson from that dealership very promptly got back to me, asked the right questions to understand my requirements, never pressured me and made me aware of available discounts and expiring offers. He then tendered a very competitive offer and we decided to visit the dealership the same day and Ian was there to greet us, walk us through the car and answer all of our questions patiently. He was very attentive to our needs, stayed late to complete the purchase and by the end of the evening, my daughters couldn't stay away from him, asking a million questions and chit-chatting with him while he was readying the vehicle for us.
I am very happy with this experience and truly appreciate Boardwalk Chevrolet approach to business, putting customers needs first rather than sleazy tactics and tricks to just sell sell sell. We know Boardwalk Chevrolet will be the 1st place we'll check if we buy a Chevrolet again and Ian will be the person we'll ask for.
Service Manager and Service Associate were very nice and professional. They listened to me and what I had to say about my vehicle when I came in with my 2020 Trail Boss. C8 is still in my future and hopefully will be buying from Boardwalk. Thanks again. Top Notch service. -CB
I am impressed with how professional Mike Aulicino was during the intake process. I knew I was in good hands leaving my vehicle there.
I do not usually write reviews however I purchased both my vehicles
from Boardwalk and they deserve 5 stars
Super chill ! Actually pretty quick experience! AL WAS GREAT! he made the experience fun and is knowledgeable! When I come back for oil change he better have that corvette !
We had a wonderful experience at Boardwalk Chevy. Everyone who worked there was nice, easy going and it was a no-pressure car buying experience. They took us on a test drive, explained the functionality of the car, answered our questions and gave us a fair price immediately - no start high and haggle hours. We felt no pressure as we left to sleep on our decision. Great car buying experience and much appreciated.
I would like the world to read this review. I drove 2.5 hours to purchase a Corvette Z06. Mr. Michael Little, a sales associate at Boardwalk Chevrolet in Redwood City, is the true example of what a phenomenal car salesperson should be. Mr. Little, changed my negative view on past car shopping experiences with an amazing one. He treated like family, he handled the entire sales of a Chevy Corvette Z06 with class and respect towards me. He took the time to show me around their facility, and did not pressure me at all to buy a car. His only goal was my happines with my purchase I made. Mike, I would like to pesonally thank you for bringing back the excitement of buying car. I would like to also thank Ben Sales Manager for delivering an outstanding service, I couldn't be happier. I will definitely come back there to purchase my future car needs. One last thing, their showroom is jaw-dropping full of BEAUTIFUL Corvettes.
I have been a customer for three years and Joe and Oscar have provided great service. They always take great care of my car.
Explained clearly what work would be done, did the work, then charged me less when it took less time to do it. Clearly a professionally run, honest and up-front group!
Hello Friends, this place is the best. Great people, great deals and great vehicles.
Ask for Juan Dominguez - Se habla Espanol
This review is specific to the service department. My Malibu broke down while under warranty such that it was not drivable. They paid for me to have a rental car while waiting almost a month for the part to come in. They also informed me that could simultaneously fix a part that had been recalled and did so while the car was waiting. The part being fixed required both keys (I had lost the spare) so they personally paid for a replacement of my spare key (Chevrolet refused to pay for this). They also washed my car and even filled my tank of gas. I also forgot a purse of mine in the car and recovered it with cash and gift cards still inside. While Chevrolet as a car company seems to be struggling, Boardwalk was very apologetic (for an issue that wasn t their fault) and bent over backwards to compensate and go above and beyond. Will go there again. Sal was great.
I made an advance appointment for an oil change and mentioned on the phone before the oil change that I needed a drain plug and mentioned this when I got to the dealership. They said they would need to check if they had the part. It took them an hour to tell me that they didn't have the part and during my wait I called another dealership that was able to tell me within 2 minutes that they had the part in stock. A frustrating experience. I won't be back.
Completely impressed! I purchased my new Corvette from Peter Owens. Peter and the entire staff were professional and easy to work with. My Corvette was detailed and ready to go. You must see Boardwalk's Corvette Showroom. I've never seen so many new Corvettes in one place. Look no further, Boardwalk Chevy is the place to shop!
I got great attention and service at Boardwalk Chevrolet. Will definitely do business again next time.
Very professional. Both Ray and Ben made my experience easy and pleasant.
My experience with Boardwalk s service department was excellent. The staff is very professional and they went above and beyond my expectations and needs. It s such a relief to know my vehicle will be great hands if I ever need to bring it in for service again. These guys do great business and take care of their customers.
Joe and his team are awesome bought 2016 silverado from dublin chevy was having transmission and rear end issues the truck barely had 25k on it brought it to dublin chevy they had it for 2 weeks and could not figure out what was going on. Took to Boardwalk.. diagnosed and fixed within 3 days!
Great experience buying a used 2017 Volt. Peter was my salesman and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Quick turn around. Helpful with questions and concerns. Delivered to my door when I couldn't drive it home. Additional questions answered after purchase. Very courteous and professional. No pressure.
Excellent, no pressure customer service provided by Al Rezaee. We performed a test drive on a couple of cars. Al explained the features and benefits of each choice along with comparison to other manufacturer options available in the marketplace. I also met with Ben, sales manager, and he also was very informative in explaining the pricing and options for a new car purchase. I have been to other dealerships and this was a very friendly and pleasant experience.
Called to get some parts for my car. Parts guys was in such a hurry and talked like the micro machine man. I couldn t understand a single thing he asked me. I had to have him repeat 3 times what he said. When I asked about the part number he just quickly said I don t know the part number I just went by the vin. Ughhh ok thanks. No wonder people hate dealers.
Super friendly staff. Great experience. Price is unbeatable.
Any other question??? How do you say things like this and expect business from people of color???
Great place to buy a car, Al was knowledgable and professional and got me a great deal on a Bolt. Will come here again in the future!
You would think that spending so much money would make you feel stressed which it did at first but salesman Michael Little made the entire experience so easy and most important fun. Mike was so patient with me and my ten thousand questions and I can say I completely trust him. The entire staff was warm and extremely nice to my entire family. I will continue to be a Boardwalk Chevy customer. Also I researched a ton to find the best deals and this place easily had the best deals on Corvettes.
Couldn't help me because auto parts department was closed
Just doing a lease return today. Super friendly and easy process. Thanks Ben!
I had a great experience buying a used car from Nancy. We were able to leave with a like-new used car at a reasonable price.
Pretty easy starting off with going online and scheduling my oil change/filter appt. I was able to select time and date. Very easy and fast process. My service was done within the timeline. Ramon was professional and fast acting. I'm pleased with the service and will certainly come back again. Thank you.
I got the best service at boardwalk from Joe Cabral , he was respectful, kind and even went out of his way to help me when he didn't have too.
Hands down and by far the BEST car buying experience EVER! We had quite a posse in tow when buying a 2019 Chevrolet Suburban a couple of weeks ago: 2 kids and 2 dogs. The entire team at Boardwalk Chevrolet was so accommodating and kind:
1.) Reese was our sales person and he is the very best at what he does. He is extremely knowledgeable, funny and overall just a very kind person who was patient with our kids, our dogs and us! He *actually* made the experience fun.
2.) Alice was nice enough to watch our dogs (and take them for a bathroom break!) while we test drove the car. Thank you!
3.) Ian, another sales person, graciously entertained our kids while Reese was going over all of the car buying details. There was some free schwag given to the kiddos and he certainly taught the kids some negotiating skills too!
4.) Ben, the sales manager, made sure we got the best possible deal for our trade in and for the new vehicle. Ben ensures that Boardwalk Chevrolet is run with the highest integrity. The entire team is wonderful and Ben is a great leader.
5.) Eddie, the finance manager, wrapped up our time there making sure that we got through all of the paperwork and has a great sense of humor.
The team that Boardwalk Chevrolet has assembled is absolute magic. You can tell everyone likes to come to work and supports each other. It really shows and is quite unlike any other car buying experience we've ever had. Thank you all so much for making this happen! You're the best and we love our new 2019 Chevy Suburban!
Waste of time, with high markups even on reserved cars. Ensure you call and get details on the price BEFORE you go there.
Car service quite slow and too pricey. Some employees quite rude.
Great experience, highly recommend Boardwalk for your service needs. Staff was very professional and had my truck back to me on time.
Mike in service department was very helpful and help put my mind at ease. We have a 2019 GMC Acadia that we purchased slightly used from another dealership and we also purchased an extended warranty through Zurich on the vehicle. They were very helpful on getting the Zurich claim processed so I would have to pay nothing out of pocket except for the $100 deductible. he also informed me of the 60,000 mi powertrain warranty which I was unaware of.
Not only did I lease a new car, I also learned a couple things about cars from my sales person! Thank You and keep up the great work!
David and Ian made my Bolt lease an easy and smooth transaction. Definitely exceeded my expectations!!! I would go back and refer my friends and family to Boardwalk. Thanks again, I love my new Bolt!!!
Customer service were not very friendly to the customers. Over prices on the maintenance services. The front desk guy were not very helpful either on questions and answers. They yell at me and others behind the line instead of letting us know the appointment times needs to following his order on the computer. They could use some nicer voice to let customers feel more comfortable.
Bad place to take you car for service. For anything period
