Called for a lease quote and sales person gave me a ridiculous high number that didn't even match up with the price of the car, residual and money factor. When I asked why the lease was so high they said that US Banks leasing rates were high... which wasn't true because I had the numbers in front of me. It is known that 29-34% of cars are leased today and you cut off a lot of your buyers pool by not offering respectable leases. Boardwalk has 45 - 2017 corvette's on their lot and now I know why...

Leased a Chevy Bolt from Boardwalk, helped by Juan Dominguez. Super smooth and easy process with no nonsense and no surprises. I never even set foot in the dealership: he delivered it to my driveway, and we filled out the paperwork in 15 minutes in my garden.

I purchased my Chevy from Redwood City Boardwalk Chevrolet and brought it in for service.. I could not be happier with the prestine customer service I received by all employees .. Jesse from the Service Department gave me a detailed report of what needed to be done and went over and beyond to get my truck back to me and I couldn t be happier how it was returned.... clean .. cared for and all done in a timely fashion ...

I tried for two weeks, calling over 12 times to various people, receiving only voice mail and no returned calls for help with extending my warranty. I tried email and got an email saying someone would call, but no one has called, 4 business days later. Now my warranty is about to expire and there is nothing I can do!

The service staff was very friendly and very helpful with my vehicle. I don t know much about cars and the staff was patient in explaining. Highly reccomend Chevrolet boardwalk if you want trusty service from the staff and on your vehicle!!

Started with a very good experience with sales when looking for a lease. Good communication and friendly. After I was ready to pull the trigger, everything went down hill. My lease was more complicated that usual as I am out of state, and this upset the finance manager who actually called me and told me that I should stick to dealerships in my own state and was quite insulting. This was 1 year ago. I did not post a review at that point, but should have. I provided direct feedback to the dealership and got no response or support.
1 year later, I am now unable to register my vehicle due to an error caused by the dealership with the title and my VIN (per my local tax assessor office). I called and spoke with the new finance manager about my situation and was told I would hear back that same day. It has now been over 2 weeks and I've left 4 voicemails and I have still not heard back... Really frustrating!
I would not recommend this dealership.

I just wanted to thank everyone at the boardwalk Chevrolet service department. They were servicing my 2016 Chevy Silverado. They did a great job. They always kept me updated. And had a great respectful service team.

$1200 Service!!? I originally went in for a manufacturers recall and an Engine light - All of which would have been covered under warranty. I recently bought the car and it needed an oil change and the tires rotated. I asked for a service and the Advisor scheduled me for a maintenance preferred service. The vehicle had 41k miles at the time of the service and they decided to complete the 45k service which is fine. Ramon the advisor completed up sold me and cited the 40k service instead of the 45k service and did a lot of additional work outside the service manual which mind boggled me. This is the meaning of "maintenance preferred" its a premium service you don't need but that is how they make money and prey on the trusting people who walk into their garage. Whats more is when I rang the manager and advisor they cited that because of California's conditions they offer this kind of service to everyone. Its the bay area - temperatures are not extreme and the roads are better than most other states! I am extremely disappointing with the dishonesty of this dealership and their unwillingness to make it right by offering me more than a free oil change. What is worse is that the advisor never gave me details of the service in a quotation when I dropped my car in - very unprofessional and dishonest. I would not recommend anyone bringing their vehicle here for a service! Or if you do get details of the service or just tell them exactly what you need and be firm with them.

Just bought a new 2020 Chevrolet Bolt from Al Rezaee. The whole team there was friendly, fast and efficient. I have bought a lot of cars and I can say this was one of the best experiences I ve ever had. First rate!

The worst place ,the worst costumer services, I was standing in line just me and Erick the only costumer services person there didn't even greet me ,or make eye contact with me completely ignore me as i was not there standing right in front of him, then he sold me the wrong parts ,I won't recommend any one to go there ,for parts .

Had great experience, quick and easy. Everyone was very friendly. They had everything ready for me when I came in. Was the easiest and most pleasant experience I ve ever had buying a car ever. Thank you to sales team and sales manager.

Dishonest people .. say something else on the phone and when you drive there they try to get all they can from you. Falsely saying that only 3 cars remain and they will sell out in a day or so .. when I rushed there one person told me they had nearly 12 in stock and I can choose any one ..

Stay away from a guy called AL . Any other Chevy dealership is better

Not as pushy as Toyota, tinny bit more than Honda, still very helpful. Listen closely to your situation to do the best they can to find something right for you. Most of the showroom is dedicated to the expensive sports cars but they are very nice to look at. They offer to let them drive the car to show you the cool features then let you drive or you can just drive yourself.

Horrible experience with the sales department. I messaged them the day before to get a quote, and they delayed until the next morning to email me the quote. Then the next day we went in, the salesperson was terrible and didn't care about us at all. The sales manager was even worse, very rude, and refused to negotiate at all. He also tried to lowball me on the trade. I went to another dealer and got the car I wanted quickly at a better price, for the car and my trade-in.

I have been to many dealerships (BMW, Audi, Honda, Mazda), purchased and leased multiple cars before, and this is the worst experience I have ever had. If you are trying to get a Chevy, go somewhere and save yourself some time.

Service was not friendly from beginning to end. He seemed irritated and not helpful. There was no shuttle available which I do understand but there is a way to use the shuttle and remain 6ft from the driver when you are in a van/truck/SUV. To be told sorry we don't have anything and I still have to get in an Uber/Lyft which is not 6ft away and pay for that is ridiculous.

Almost impossible to get a hold of someone who can tell me what is covered under my warranty for my leased car. Called over 15 times, they keep transferring me to someone who never picks up and goes to voicemail

Josh and Steven were polite and extremely courteous over the phone. However, Boardwalk Chevrolet's policy on Corvette test drives are rather discouraging. If someone requests a test drive, it means that they're interested in the vehicle even if they don't intend to buy it. From a sales standpoint, the person test driving might fall in love with the vehicle and make means to purchase said vehicle. Moreover, that person can talk to his friends and family about said vehicle or the dealership (free advertising?). All N all Boardwalk Chevrolet seems to be like a good dealership when it comes to cars' in stock & customer service.

I came in with multiple issues with my 2017 Volt (leaking transmission, leaking oil pan, shifter sensor issues, air-bag warnings, check engine light from hybrid battery). My service advisor set me up with a rental car and was able resolve all of my car's issues with consistent communication. I had lost faith in Chevy dealerships after a horrid experience at Momentum Chevrolet in San Jose and Boardwalk Chevrolet fixed that. I will definitely be returning to Boardwalk Chevrolet!

Brought my Corvette in for a LOF service along with my regular AutoButler service. I had to wait for the car today (couldn't leave it and come back later), and Ramon Torres was super understanding of my situation and took great care of me. Got me out in record time, and my car looks brand new again.
Thanks Boardwalk!

Update 5/23/18: I know I said I would update status on 5/19. I couldn't write anything because they didn't have time to work on my car until 5/22....The job was finally done on 5/22 but when picking up I found there is a new damage to the body of the car: paint about size of nail cap was gone. It is obvious that something had dropped on it to cause it. Now I have to bring the car back to get the paint touched up. I'm traveling this week. I will update status again when I have the paint touch-up work done.

Update 5/18/18: I came in today to get the plastic piece replaced. The manager was nice to help me though the process. I didn't get to use my supplier discount as I had hoped because I was told I couldn't stack the discounts. I do get 2 gas cards to make me happier. Alice was very kind and she had me setup for the repair and gave me a loaner while they work on the replacement work. Will post further update when I get the car back tomorrow.

Leased a Chevy Volt from this place. Worest experience ever! After I drove the car home and took a closer look. I found it has crashes on the back of the plastic piece already. I immediately texted the sales person and was told to come back the next day. When I get there the next day I requested for a reduction of price, they said that's up to the manager who is currently in meeting and I won't see him until 3 hours later :( I waited in the lobby. In the meantime, the sales person went to do what he needed to do to "polish" off the scratches. It could not get removed or concealed. Hours later he says they would replace the piece for me if I bring in the next day. I think it is acceptable resolution. But when I got home and opened up the trunk I see a bottle of paint in there and it is open!! As you can see in the pictures, there is paint spill all over the mat! I texted him back and he apologized. But after that, no return of phone calls/texts!!

Juan and Ben went out of their ways to provide some extra service. The car arrived at their dealership rather late in the evening. They called to arrange for me to pick up the car. I said due to the hour, I'd be there in the morning. They said that they could deliver the car and we could do the necessary paperwork at my home, which they did. I've bought many cars in my time and this was the first time I received home delivery. Thanks guys. I'll recommend your dealership to whomever I know is interested in buying a car.

This was a recall service for a 2019 Volt for which I received an estimate of 4:30 completion, and a text message to my cell when it was done. I did not receive a text, and at 4:55 I received a phone call on my land line that the car was ready, but the shop would close at 5:00. Their website shows that the hours are 9am to 8pm on Friday (I had the work done on 7/24), When I went to pick up the car on Saturday morning, the place I had left the car was closed, and I was told to go to the Mazda dealer further down the road. There I requested the car, but the person seemed not to know where it was. After about 20 minutes they found it, and I was able to pick it up.

When I dropped it off I had requested that they look at the driver side rear tire which showed only 30 psi on the dashboard warning. This was noted on the invoice, but apparently was not done since I noticed on the drive home that the tire pressure was still at 30 psi. I pumped it up to 38 psi when I got home, and have had no more indications of low pressure.

I think this was very unprofessional service and treatment, and I do not plan to return.

I have a navigation problem due to incorrectly installing an update. (my fault). I brought the issue to Boardwalk Chevy to resolve the issue. I feel I did not receive superior customer support. The technician communicated the problem with GMNAV (Veronica) Technician stated Veronica stated I would have to call back and we (myself could come to terms. I was charged $210 This is not customer service. My exaction as the customer is for Board walk and GMNAV should have worked together on my behalf to resolve the problem, not tell me to call back GMNAV. I am I am sure I am not the first person to incorrectly install a navigation update. I am sure there is a fix. It's just that no one a Boardwalk Chevy or GMNAV want to make a real effort to help the customer. I am going on 5 months without my Navigation maps. GMNAV . BTW I did speak with Mike at GMNAV He said their engineers need to review the issue with no time line for call back.

As a business owner the most import for anyone is customer service and honesty, something this dealership knows nothing. This is the worst place ever... I was not the only unhappy customer at the time. I bought a $47,000 thousand corvette with only 4,500 miles on June 25th 2016, i was never told that the car had bad tires, i happen to find out when i took it for an oil change last month(September) to a Chevrolet dealership in my area. I could of had a serious accident if i wouldn't of taken it for an oil change, the white lines and threads for all over the 4 tires facing the inside where the only way to know is to pick deep in too. Just 2 1/2 months after buying this expensive car I had to buy 4 brand new tires, when i went to the dealership to talk to them and asked them to at least pay some half of the cost of my tires, I was treated terribly by the manager by the name of Brian Wolf, he was so racist. I wish i could know who is the owner of that place to get this guy fired. Worst manager ever... all the others just wanted my money and there commission, they don't care for customers, they only care to make money... so sad that they have people like that working in a place that us intelligent business people buy cars. They deserve a BIG ZERO RATING.....

Worried about buying/leasing a car? You won't be if you go straight to Boardwalk Chevrolet and ask to talk to Edward. Everyone on the team--especially Edward Harvey (Sales Consultant), Ali Omar (Finance Manager), Brian Wolf (Sales Manager), and Benjamin Kaupp (Internet Sales Director)--is incredibly professional, patient, knowledgable, courteous, and trustworthy. On top of all of that they are selling fantastic cars! I'm leasing a new 2017 Volt LT and feel like I got exactly what I wanted in a car, financially, and from the whole car buying experience. I was in and out quickly and had all of my questions answered. I went from not really knowing what I wanted to leasing the perfect vehicle for my lifestyle in about 24 hours. Do what I did and you won't be disappointed!

It was a straightforward experience. I had to step out to get a cashier's check from the bank (I paid cash, no financing this time). That aside, I was in and out in 1-2 hours.

Ali Rezaee got in touch with me after I inquired online few days prior to the purchase of the Chevy Bolt. We set up an appointment and he guided me through the process of purchasing the vehicle.

I recommend going to Ali "Al" Rezaee at Boardwalk Chevrolet. He told me he specializes in dealing the Corvettes, but is happy to facilitate the purchase/lease of any vehicle on their lot.

When I dropped my car off, I was given no indication on how long the work would take. My car was in for brakes, oil, and two factory recalls. After a few days, I called to get an update as none was provided. I could not get through to a real person and left a message both with my service agent and with the general service voice mail. I never heard back. I called the next day 3 times to my service agent and an additional 3 times to the service line and could not get through to a person. Finally, my service agent called (at this point my car had been in the shop 5 days) stating that they were waiting for a part to come in for the recall and that it could be ready by the end of the day. The part either didn't arrive that day or it wasn't installed by the end of the day -- either way, I did not get any update from the service agent, so this is speculation. I called a few more times to get a status update the next day (now day 6) and was not able to get through to anyone; however, the service agent called me later and said they got the part and that it MIGHT be ready by the end of the day. It was not... I got no call, no update the rest of that day. Finally, a full week later, I got a call the next day and my car was ready. I am very unsatisfied with the level of communication throughout the process and I feel that if I had known I would be without a car for a full 7 days, I could have planned better.

Ramon made me feel important - even though I am not :)

What did I do to deserve this?
About a month ago I went to test drive the 2018 Volt. The car is AMAZING and now is mine!!! I put 865 miles in it with less than a half of tank of gas.
The ride is smooth and quiet, and believe or not it has great pick up. Why would anyone drive a gas car? Why?.... Let me tell you the best part about owning this car. The best part is that I a got to meet the team from boardwalk Chevrolet!!!
These people are spectacular! Every single employee a came a crossed was outstanding.
I specifically want to give a shout out to Mr. U and Donald Mays. These fellas are in a league of their own. If you ever want to meet a car salesman with human compassion (no joke) stop by the dealer and buy a car from them.

My service advisor Ramon was very friendly and nice and really tries to provide good service
However the problem for which I brought in the car was never fully explained (The charging door for my Volt periodically will not open. I have had the car in for this issue numerous times.)
The other issue is that after my car was in for repair, it now smells like cigarettes
I never have smoked and have never had a smoker in my car previously
I do not know why it has that smell

Finally, when I initially brought the car in for drop off, there were so many cars waiting to be received that we had to wait in the busy street before being able to be accommodated

Your service department is poorly organized

Walked in with my husband at 10 am on a Saturday. We were interested in a Bolt. We were the only customers there. There were about 7 salesmen. A couple walked by us. Not a single person stopped to acknowledge our presence!! Not even a "Someone will be right with you" or "Let us know if we can help you with any questions". NADA. There was no obvious receptionist or place to check in and ask for assistance. So we just browsed, sat in a couple of Bolts, read the MSRP labels, etc. We were there a good 15 -20 minutes, looking pretty interested. There was absolutely NO EFFORT made by any sales rep to approach us or even make eye contact. Again, it did not feel like anyone was super busy or even on the phone.

After reading other reviews, I see others also had lousy customer experiences. Seems to be the norm.

Edit: The managers know why it's one star. I've also let them know how they can fix it. They haven't decided to so the one star will stay. I can post a full synopsis of why it gets one star. You probably wouldn't want that.

If I could leave a lower review I would. It s been two years since I purchased my car at boardwalk Chevrolet. It s easily been one of the worst experiences of my life and i still regret purchasing the car from them to this day.

I was a first time buyer and needed a co-signer. so when I brought my grandparents in ,after spending days convincing them I could afford the responsibility of a car payment, we were greeted at the door by the car salesman. My grandparents being the nice church goers they were tried to negotiate to the best of their ability. However being a naive young man with his grandparents we were easily taken advantage of.

This not only occurred during the negotiation of the price,Where we were fed the excuse of market based pricing , but also after the car was sold as well. Before signing the paperwork we noticed that the HUD in the car was very dim in one of the corners. So we said we would sign if it could be fixed . They agreed and created a due bill for us to come back and get it inspected. When we came back to get it fixed they inspected it and said it would need to be replaced but they refused to pay for it. To add insult to injury, the gold level warranty we paid for was given to us by mistake and we had to re-sign the paperwork at the same price but with a warranty that no longer covered the part.

Fast forward to a few months later when I called to cancel the extras , after navigating their ridiculous automated phone system, I was finally told that the most costly of the items couldn t even be refunded!!!!

So the moral of the story is, if you are planning on buying a Chevy, please go anywhere else!!

And if for some horrible reason you must buy a car here, BEWARE of the stuff they try to tell you is included in the payment .

Don t waste your time or effort here. I negotiated...

Don t waste your time or effort here. I negotiated over the phone and emails, and after we came to an agreement to a final price (leasing a car) I went in to close the deal.

Getting there the price negotiated jumped in 50% (200 to 300/month). Suddenly, taxes had been unaccounted for had shown up - even though it was requested a final price and negotiations were done on such basis. Lack of professionalism, to say the least.

Don t waste your time.

I leased vehicle here. The entire lease process enrollment was good. I absolutely hate the lease hand over process of Chevrolet. There isn't good communication between the GM financials and the dealership that cost my credit history.

Requested a quote for a Bolt through GM's form. Edward Harvey at Boardwalk was the second to send me an email, but only by about an hour, and he responded to most of my emails within an hour while the other dealer to email (Putnam) took a day to get back to me and only had one Premier package in stock anyway.

Edward was very responsive, pleasant, and low pressure via email, so I made an appointment to come in and check out what they had and take a test drive. I showed up a half hour early and he was with another customer, so he had Dean Peters help me out. Dean took me out for a test drive (their insurance makes them drive it off the lot so he took me to San Carlos airport and let me drive back). Like Edward, Dean was super pleasant, helpful, and low-pressure. Premiers with the fast charge option were selling so fast he had to check a few of them to find one that hadn't sold that day, but he found me an Arctic Blue one that is going through QC and will be there in a few weeks (vs a few months for ordering from the factory). I put down a deposit today and will update this review when I pick up the car!

Update: I got an email from Eddie & a voicemail from Dean last Friday saying my car had arrived, 5 weeks after I put down the deposit (they had estimated 6). Made an appointment and had to change it because my wife got a migraine, then showed up early with my kids on Sunday. The whole leasing process was fast & professional. Best experience I've had buying or leasing a car from a dealer, and I'm loving my new Bolt!

Mike is one of the best service managers I have ever known. Although online appointment through my Chevy app messed up my appointment, he still take my car in. He even arranged a car rental for me while my car is in the shop. They even wash my car when I went to pick it up. The best service dealership!!! Thank you all!

They give a price far higher than the Chevrolet website and keep cheating. I didn't buy the car. Really terrible experience there. When I was leaving the manager said you're not able to buy a car in the United States. Why so rude. Why the people are so bad here.

Went in for 45K service. Tried to bamboozle me with 1100 dollars of unnecessary "suggested" stuff that the manual doesn't even recommend. I.e. replacing the electric drive coolant. The manual says do that at 150k miles.

10/25 update: before I wrote this they said they were reviewing their "suggested" services to bring them in line with what the manual recommends. Will update my review depending on the results of that.

Laughable "customer service." Don't bother calling. The people who answer the phone are in a different building from those that do the work, can't offer any actual information or assistance, and instead want to get rid of you as fast as possible. There are other dealerships in a 20 minute drive.

I asked for a quote on a Chevy Bolt Premier; Gill sent me an email with a price quote. Alison (Inventory Manager) sent a second email confirming the price quote, and we set up a test drive the following morning. When I arrived, Gill wasn't available (perhaps an online Avatar?), and the Sales Manager who greeted us refused to honor the price quote Gill and Alison sent me in emails. They lured me to their lot with a false price and tried to switch me to a more expensive vehicle. It was a very dishonest series of events. They can't be trusted.

I love my Bolt and had a great experience here in January 2017, but I m honestly not sure I can recommend the car or this dealership at this point (January 2018). They re so swamped with sales and service calls that they simple can t keep up. If you choose to buy from here, be prepared to have to push for service when you need it. I don t think the problem is the people or the management, they just can t keep up with the current volume.

Advised that my battery was an out of warranty repair, as my car had 37,600 miles and the battery only had a 3yr, 36,000 warranty and was just out of warranty based on mileage. Most aftermarket battery have a longer warranty than 3yrs and are usually cheaper than the quoted GM battery at $300. I purchased an aftermarket battery for $175. I asked for consideration for a goodwill repair but still had to pay for the battery and labor.

My car's lease is due to expire by 9/19 and I will not be getting another GM product.

Living in the Pacific Northwest, most Chevrolet dealers don't have a large selection of Corvettes. Started searching the Internet and found Boardwalk Chevrolet. This dealership has a "Corvette room" that you can see in the picture full of Corvettes. This was a scary and wonderful process buying your dream car without ever driving one. The sales people Steven and Ben were wonderful to work with, knowable and flexible working with a buyer that lives in a state that they don't normally work in. With there help, I was able to complete the entire process before flying down to SFO to pick up the car. My wife and I are driving the new Corvette Grand Sport back home through the coast line over the next few days. I will let all my friends in the Corvette Clubs in portland know about this dealership for their next purchase.

I went to this location because I had a problem with my car and my insurance wanted me to go only to the dealership because my car was still under warranty. I checked some other location but they didn t have time.
Since it was Friday and most of dealership service department just do oil change not repair. Anyways this dealership wanted to make extra money while my is still under warranty they asked me to pay for diagnostic!!
I was like really???
Called my insurance and they told there is nothing out of pocket.
I went back and explained to them they said they won t do it very simple..
So stay away from this place!!

Leased a '17 Bolt from here. Purchase experience w...

Leased a '17 Bolt from here. Purchase experience was fine. No tricks on what was advertised versus what was on lot. Sales person was knowledgeable.

However, service afterwards went downhill. 2nd Key was locked away since the car had just come onto the lot. I was told someone would be in touch the next day to bring it to me. That didn't happen.

I also discovered the false bottom for the trunk wasn't standard on the Bolt. When I went in the next day to pick up the key myself, I started asking about it. I was interested in having it installed. Was told by service they would give me a call and gave my information. That call never came. I had previously emailed a sales manager, Benjamin K, a dealer code the day I leased the car. I started to try and follow up with him. Over the next month I kept trying to follow up with him about it. I would get something back, We re looking into it , What s the part number . The end was response was Here s a secondary shop that can do it. I had followed up saying I would rather get it done with Boardwalk, but they never followed up again.

Three months later, someone new there reached out for the dealer code I owed them, which I had given Benjamin the day he had asked for it. It looks like he never entered it. I was forced to get another one for them, since the one I had expired. I did explain my issues with Boardwalk to the new person, Edward L. He did try to fix the issue, and called around to find me a current dealer who could do it where I m at now. I was also promised two gas cards were in the mail. They never came.

It s a bunch of small things, but it didn t give me much faith in having to deal with them on anything outside of the purchase. Maybe it's different a different experience with a Corvette.

I had my ECU repaired at this place because they don't sell new ones anymore. They said it should take 3-4 days
2 weeks went by and nobody called me, when I called they said 1 more week. After a week a called and they would transfer me to different departments or hang up on me.

Very frustrating experience.

Avoid dealing with them at any cost. Their cars are overpriced. We got a 2017 Volt lease from the Fremont location in Dec 2016. Unfortunately, we returned the car at this location. When we returned our lease Chevy decided to buy this car because it was such a good deal. They told us we wouldn't be charged for the scratches. They "forgot" to inform us that we would be charged for over mileage and a disposition fee. 3 weeks later, we were shocked to get a bill for $788 (over mileage and disposition). We were led to believe that the car was being bought, and NOT returned to GM leasing (ie we wouldn't get charged any fees). When I called GM leasing they confirmed that had we bought the car, we would NOT have gotten these fees. When I tried to call Chevy boardwalk, Benjamin Kaupp, hung up on me. My point was, I would have bought the car, and turned around and sold to you, hence no fees. Why didn't anybody explain this to me. When Ben suggested he turn the car back to GM leasing, I said, great idea, let's do it. He didn't like my answer and he basically hung up on me.

Typical, Chevy boardwalk got a great deal on this car (buying it after we returned it), will MARK IT UP and sell to another victim and left us with a $788 bill! I wish they would have been up front and honest about the bill we would be getting. Instead, they led us to believe them buying it would be in our best interest.

This dealership beyond amazed me. Spent many evenings shopping for a Corvette, finding that deal to fit my budget until I came across this listing online that led me to Ben (General Mgr) @ Boardwalk Chevrolet, it was late in the evening speaking to him over the phone not knowing his dealership was already closed. This dint stop him to provide me exceptional customer service. Met him the next day and voila, he was even better in person. All this time I thought he was just a Sales Agent wanting to make a sale but the staff at Boardwalk Chevy are not your typical car sales men. I worked with Chris to finalize a deal that left me very happy, Chris was very knowledgeable, patient and did everything to make sure we were comfortable at their store. I wanted to extend my thanks to them for going above and beyond with me. This type of customer service you guys provide really means a lot. So a BIG KUDOS for a job well done.

PS: You have to check out the room where they keep all their Corvettes, its was breathe taking!!!
