Do not take your car here for service. They have no idea what they are doing. My Corvette sat for 7 months while I was on the other side fo the country. I put it in for a new battery and transmission problem. Even thouhg I explained the transmission problem to them in detail they could not figure it out. I had to diagnose the issue myself and send them pictures of their own service manual. After I diagnosed the issue they told me they couldn't get the part for 5 days. I instantly called BS on that and told them I could get the part in less than 24 hours. At this point I spoke to the GM who was not concerned that his techs had no idea how to work on the cars they were paid to be experts on. He also didn't care that I was able to produce the exact part they needed to fix the vehicle in less than 24 hours when their suppliers could only produce it in 5 days. After delivering the part the next morning they told me it would be ready that day...and nobody ever touched the car. The dealership was closed the next day and the day after that they didn't work on the car because they needed a "transmission specialist". The part that needed to be replace was a simple plug and play cable. No specialist needed. So after my car sat there for 5 days, I diagnosed the issue, delivered the part to fix the issue and talked to the GM who had no concern that his team was a mess it's no wonder why this dealership operates so poorly. The problem starts at the top and they desperately need to cut the head off the snake. Zero accountability, zero work ethic, zero critical thinking skills. I'm left wondering why I even had to pay for this.
