Nooit nog een auto van de A&M groep.

Ik heb een Audi E-tron van de A&M groep.
Telkens als deze defect is duurt de reparatie meer dan een maand, bovendien is er nooit communicatie over de duurtijd van de reparatie.
Ik beslis dan om niet meer met de Audi te rijden en een BMW X5 50e te kopen en vraag een offerte bij Van Osch.
De offerte was snel klaar geen korting enkel salonvoordeel € 3.000.
Volgens de salesafdeling was de prijs correct, ik zou elders ook geen korting krijgen en vraag dan een proefrit.
Er was geen wagen beschikbaar maar ze zouden mij verwittigen zodra ik de proefrit kon maken.
Na 14 dagen geen antwoord.
Ik zocht dan naar een andere dealer in Limburg maar bijna alle BMW garages zijn van de A&M groep en heb dan gezocht buiten de provincie.
Bij Louyet in Charleroi kan ik de dag erna een proefrit maken en doe dit dan.
Ter plaatse krijg ik een offerte met een korting van 10% bovenop de salonkorting en heb mijn nieuwe BMW daar onmiddellijk gekocht.
Ik heb 20 wagens in mijn vennootschap maar zal nooit nog bij de A&M groep gaan.

Car brought for maintenance ... would be ready the same day. In the evening it appears that they have 'forgotten' him.
Fuel tank of replacement car appears to be only half full. So fully fueled when returning. Consumed about 3 liters yourself ... but goes for more than 20 euros in gasoline. Would be settled on the invoice. Not so.
They don't see me again, what a worthless service.
Look for a garage where they do honor agreements!

VAN osch Hasselt, such a dull company. Too expensive for a start. They already charge twenty euros to drive your car from their parking to their workshop!
So for me that is no longer necessary, but then they have your number plate and your email address so they bombard your email box with advertisements that are simply not advertisements, but far too expensive. So you can unsubscribe from those rip-offs, but that does not work, even after a third phone call to Van Osch Hasselt. So I will have to go to the privacy committee to get rid of these emails. I am happy with my BMW, but go to Auto5 for maintenance, and if it really has to be a BMW garage, go to Beckers in Genk.

after years of being a customer of garage van osch I still feel a bit put in my pocket to make a diagnosis in which a few panels had to be removed I have to pay an invoice of 163 I thought that a diagnosis was made at the service heard about the customer intelichten what is wrong with the car this is more expensive than the hourly wage of a doctor, now I am self-employed roofer and must go on displacement with the car to diagnose the homes thereby we are not even asked for a fee to offer the best possible service with this I will therefore no longer be a customer at the osch garage and from now on I will have my cars repaired and bought somewhere else

I recently bought my new BMW here. The case itself is very pleasant and you have plenty of choice. The sales people are very friendly and helped me to put my car together so that I had the options and color I wanted. Certainly recommended to visit Van Osch once.

0 stars is unfortunately not possible !! We brought in a subframe (rear axle) of a 320 at Van Osch to have the rubbers pressed out. They succeeded after many fives and sixes. After powder coating we brought the frame back into garage Van Osch to have the new rubbers we bought from them pressed back into them, they were all in stock, so our question was not that exotic. After 2 weeks of waiting it was time to pick up the frame again but unfortunately, we cannot do that, go to a truck garage was the dry advice. If people cannot handle such simple jobs at Van Osch in Hasselt, I ask serious questions about the more serious work. Dear BMW drivers, think twice before you let people come to your car with tools. I know that good technicians are hard to find but this really hits everything. We squeezed the buses there ourselves on a simple workshop press, was beep in a few hours (with special thanks to garage Schuermans in Wellen). My advice: go to a real BMW garage like Davo, where they have a heart for their brand, or a garage like Schuermans where real craftsmen work.

After a phone call they said the cutlery cost is 150 , today I called back to ask if an appointment should be made, they said they only do repairs and don't make any quotes for repairs, after as many years as a customer I said that the serviced will also go to another garage, they said that it is not a problem, they have earned enough here they have destroyed everything so they do not need money anymore. From now on I will go to Davo in Tongeren !!!

When I had to show through Internet that this car really existed (but was indeed no longer produced) they dropped out. After being treated well and fairly for years by the BMW garage in Hasselt, I have had very disappointing experiences with this garage in recent months.
On 15 February our car was rejected for a leaking shock absorber. I call the garage, but there is no way to help me get ahead within 14 days. That is nevertheless important, because otherwise I am no longer allowed on the public road ... For the first time in 8 years I go to another garage to have my car repaired. This garage mechanic tells me that the brake pads are almost empty (not the discs) and asks if he should repair them. I don't let them replace this garage (unfortunately), but make an appointment with the official Van Osch Hasselt dealer as soon as the car indicates this.
My wife brings the car to Van Osch Hasselt on Monday 6 May 2019 in the morning. Afterwards, my wife tells me that the windscreen wipers were asked to be replaced. She then replied that they were still good. (I rarely drive the BMW myself)
Sometime in the morning I get a call from a certain Hannelore from Van Osch Hasselt stating that the discs must be replaced and also says that the wipers are worn out (I do not know at that moment what my wife told me when I brought them in). I ask what the price of the repair will be and she lets me know a price somewhere around 600 . I give my approval. When my wife picks up the car in the evening, the bill turns out to be about double.
I call Van Osch Hasselt to tell my story, but because the "Hannelore" is not there, I should call back when she is back in the office. I try again the next day around 3:45 PM, but that is too late. I'll just give it up.
If on 8 May I receive a text message of '3455' or if everything went according to plan, I send the following message: "No. Absolutely not. The invoice was twice as high as stated by telephone. not threaded until now ... "
To this I get the following answer from 3455: "Dear Mr. Vanvelk, our colleague Annelore will contact you tomorrow to clarify the situation. Mvg van Osch Hasselt"
To date, I have not received a single message and I honestly don't expect this anymore .
I now heard from friends who also changed garage that this garage was taken over by a VW dealer ... that makes a lot clear.

On March 3, I offered myself a 520D tour with my car, the right air bellow of which was defective behind. When I asked if this was covered by the guarantee, I received the answer that this was not the case and that I also had to know from the Premium Selection guarantee policy.
When inquiring afterwards at another BMW dealer, I am assured that a guarantee was indeed applicable to this part. There was also an improvement action going on on this car from the exhaust gas recirculation cooler. No mention was made of this at Van Osch. My next BMW will in no case be ordered through Van Osch.

A few months later, when I wanted to remove the wheel myself, the wheel was still stuck after removing the wheel bolts. Using such prices and not using copper grease (or a similar product) to prevent your wheel from rusting to the wheel hub is not very serious. To be sure, I also tried to release two other wheels later, but none of the wheels came off. I don't always have a sledgehammer in my car to get the wheels off the hub. Not happy with the service. First of all, it takes almost 3 weeks before you can make an appointment at the earliest. This will then be moved just a few days in advance due to crowds, 2 weeks after the original date. Ultimately, after a phone call, the car can still arrive on the first agreed date. The car had already been serviced and had to go back to a BMW garage for 2 small repairs. We get a long list of repairs, almost all of which should be done urgently. This with a total amount of 2,200 euros. Since the car had just been in for maintenance and we did not expect this, we ended up only having the things repaired for which the car had to be returned. This alone was a large amount. Afterwards he went back to the garage owner and the other costs turned out to be totally unnecessary. Also the leak for which a complete part was replaced was probably not necessary, but could be repaired locally. The first time we have been here since we got the car but also the last unfortunately.

I am a very satisfied customer. Very friendly sellers who you find that they do their job with a lot of passion. I quickly got a warm welcome! Everything was also well and clearly explained. Negotiations for my car went very smoothly and all my wishes were carried out without any problem. The delivery of my car went just as smoothly, in a warm atmosphere! My next car will also be bought 9 out of 10 here!

Too bad we can't give 0 stars because this is really not professional .. My father brought in his BMW 1 series a few months ago after an accident. The entire right flank including the 18 "rims were damaged. The car came back" half "made, and 640km were added to the counter? I think they drove it elsewhere to have them repaired cheaply .... The flank was repaired, but the rims not completely, still visible damage, and the inside was not vacuumed (unlike for example Garage Beckers in Genk!) We have since been a customer of Beckers! Second-hand sales service could be much better.
