The shop and the linen is nice, but the service is very average. We are often very poorly served in the chic corner of men. Employees do not want to undo the shirts and they often talk together. We have the impression to disturb them ...

I love this store where I find everything I need for my wardrobe. From head to toe, I can find comfortable and trendy clothes in which I feel good. The staff is courteous, helpful and ensures your satisfaction. This store is up to date and focuses on quality / price.

A wide variety of men's and women's clothing and home goods. There's something for every wallet with low-priced items and high-end items. As many trendy as classic articles. An unbeatable return policy, an interesting reward system, an inviting decor. A must! The big negative is the magnitudes that are based on thin waist mannequins. I would like to have more representative sizes choices. Also, there are so many choices that it's hard to find songs, so I prefer to shop online.

Lack of choice at the level of casual shirts + it is better not to be too square because the cuts are often tight to the bust.

This is a wonderful, huge clothing store, with mostly (but not exclusively) their own brands. All price points are available. Quality is very good. This branch of Simon's is huge.

The most beautiful store in Canada, and without doubt the chain's flagship store. More beautiful designer collection, more choice than MONTREAL and Anjou combined! Incomparable merchandising, everything leads us to buy! Very well designed, you can see several floors of a landing, perfect lighting and staff service worthy of note. All the employees we meet say hello, smile at us. And something rather rare, impossible to find an employee at the cash register who texted! The customer comes first. I am very disappointed with the service received. I called to know the availability of an article and put it aside. When I was confirmed that he was available, I went to pick up the article in question. I then realized that it was not the goodness that had been given to me. On the other hand, the few times that I went, I found that the customer service left a little to be desired. Although there are crates in several departments to avoid endless queues. No employee came to see me to help me in my research.
