Not happy with the service. First of all, it takes almost 3 weeks before you can make an appointment at the earliest. This will then be moved just a few days in advance due to crowds, 2 weeks after the original date. Ultimately, after a phone call, the car can still arrive on the first agreed date. The car had already been serviced and had to go back to a BMW garage for 2 small repairs. We get a long list of repairs, almost all of which should be done urgently. This with a total amount of 2,200 euros. Since the car had just been in for maintenance and we did not expect this, we ended up only having the things repaired for which the car had to be returned. This alone was a large amount. Afterwards he went back to the garage owner and the other costs turned out to be totally unnecessary. Also the leak for which a complete part was replaced was probably not necessary, but could be repaired locally. The first time we have been here since we got the car but also the last unfortunately.
