I actually wanted to buy a Mini VAN. The staff had never heard this type before. Three salesmen were called in, and all claimed that this car would not exist. When I had to show through Internet that this car really existed (but was indeed no longer produced) they dropped out. Sad to see that people who work there have absolutely no feeling with their product, and are only busy with their monthly sales. A reason for me not to buy a car there
