My 1st visit to BMW SA Service advisor Rhaudell Cordova was the best. The entire experience was excellent, from drop off to pick up. I would go out of my way to only use this BMW and certainly ask Rhaudell Cordova!

At the beginning we wanted to purchase a non certified BMW. Jorge listen to our needs and goals and we purchased a certified pre owned vehicle with all the benefits. We never felt rushed or pressured to buy. Jorge made a difference in our car shopping experience.

If you don't want to finance with BMW FS then this dealer doesn't want your business! Completely atrocious business practices and they are very unwilling to try and sell a car. Maybe having a monopoly over the San Antonio market isn't a good thing? Definitely taking my business to Austin instead.

Victor took time to listen to me, he answered questions, made suggestions, and really helped educate me about the cars as well as their warranty & service programs. He is personable, pleasant, and professional - BMW is fortunate to have experienced advisors like Victor to represent their company.

Brough my car 2018 535I for an inspection as the vehicle started making a noise on the front wheels braking pads....the 3rd. time the I brought it, technician Marthy Farmer simply replied that it was a normal sound that I needed to deal with.....instead of presenting me with options to fix it....can you imagine buying a 30 to 40 K USD car to get this silly response .....you have to deal with it.....

Probably I was just a lucky one to receive this kind of service, nevertheless I just wont bring my car to this dealer anymore...I thought this was a world class service dealer but...I found out otherwise......

My name is Bond, I had my car BMW Z4 for last 6 years n I have no a single problem with it... it's drivable n everything r fine...about 3 weeks ago I just found out that my convertible doesn't work.

So I brought my car to the San Antonio dealer to fix it n testing about water leaking. And Tony who work on my car told me that my car need replacing battery n water leaking testing n other stuff. Finally we agreed on the price with $4000. Then 1 week later they told me my car all fix up n pick up on Monday June 5th, 2017

I pick it up n drove back to work n suddenly my car completely shutdown while I'm on highway 410. Luckily I didn't hit by a trailer or truck. It is terrifying when ya car suddenly didn't response or do anything in a middle highway... just let everyone know that my car was drivable n i all want is fix the convertible top. Thanks GOD I still ALIVE.

People can kill because of poor mechanical technician who do not do good job, especially BMW brand. I and other people trust BMW people n realize on them... what if they irresponsible on what ya doing about mechanical skill. I paid $4000, look what i got. Almost kill my self for it.

I call them back on next Day(Tuesday) June 6th, they pick my car n until now 1 week later they can not even tell me what wrong ?

Purchasing a new X-5 from Tim Navarrete at BMW of San Antonio was the most pleasant vehicle buying experience I have had in the past 20 years. Tim promptly provided information to me about the vehicles I was interested in purchasing. We set up an appointment and the X-5 I had chosen was waiting for me to take a test drive. During and after the test drive he explained all the features in great detail. The deal was sealed a short time later and after a quick wash the vehicle was ready for me to take home. Since the purchase he has been a wealth of knowledge for any further questions. I will definitely be looking him up for my next BMW purchase and I suggest you do the same!

Mr. Ricky Barrow was so helpful when I came in for service on my new car. Because it was my first time ever having to take care of business he was patient and explained everything to me. I'm sure my Mom would like to write a review about his service also because she also owns a BMW but this site will only publish a review under my name. From the Gardner family were are definitely impressed with Mr Ricky's knowledge and keeping us informed about what's going on with our vehicles. He is #1 out of all the service representatives, we have dealt with at the center.

This is my 3rd Bimmer I've purchased from BMW of San Antonio. Jarded Coronado was very helpful and has been taking care of me after the sale to make things perfect. He was very responsive and called me back right away anytime I had questions even when he was away for a family emergency. He made the delivery as worry free as can be and was eager to help and complete things quickly. These vehicles are not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for and it is certainly true with the folks at this dealership. I'll be back in a few months since I need cars for a couple of my teens. Thanks again Jared for taking care things.

I purchased a new BMW i8 from BMW of San Antonio. I started talking to Tim Navarrete a year ago to put me on the waiting list as I knew it's going to be a long shot getting into one of these cars. Tim did a great job keeping me updated on my status all the time and called me right away when someone else backed out of their deal to see if I wanted to take the car right away. I know the demand is way higher than supply on these type of cars but Tim pulled through)

Overall excellent treatment by all staff members. 100% of their attention is devoted to you and a demonstration of all the car features is provided. Tim Navarrete is very good at what he does. He gave us a loaner for few hours so we can run some errands while transaction was processing, that way we wouldn't have to waste our time waiting at the dealership. Make sure to ask for Tim, if you want to work with the best.

The BMW i8 has been my dream car since it was announced as a concept car years ago, and my dreams have finally come true thanks to Katherine Philp and Brad Lilley over here at BMW San Antonio. Brad was a magician at working out the numbers for me and taking care of me as far as everything payment related goes, and Katherine was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. She answered all of my hundreds of annoying questions that I would ask of her in regards to the car and the process, and found answers for anything that she didn't know in a prompt manner. Katherine made the trade-in process very simple, kept up great communication from start to finish, was very transparent and honest about everything, and took wonderful care of me when I made the drive down to San Antonio to pick up the car. She even stuck the enormous ribbon on the car for me; you can't beat that! In all seriousness, though, if you're in the market for a BMW, you should definitely talk to Katherine Philp here. She'll treat you very well while being very upfront with you, and I promise you'll walk away happy. Sorry again for bringing cash!!! Haha...

Mr. Pedro Davila is extremely helpful and attentive in my first BMW 320i search. Consistent follow up communications and courteous!! I just wish other dealers were as good as Pedro. Some are plain rude. This is my first BMW experience but Pedro has been the best nationwide. Customer-centered! Throughout the month, I have contacted BMW dealers from San jose, Sacramento, Colorado, other Texas areas, Tennessee, New York, New Jersey, Florida to name a few but Pedro was THE BEST in customer service and THE BEST BMW buying experience and by the way I am from Tennessee.

This was my first visit for service. I love my new X3 but the service experience was not good.
Waited in a cold garage area for over 20 minutes for my advisor.
He took my car for oil change and walked me to the waiting area. I had asked whether I could also get the car detailed. Waited 90 minutes. No word. Texted him. ( He had given me contact info.) After 20 more minutes, called and left voicemail. He finally showed up. Would have appreciated more attention. Didn t feel valued as a customer at all!

The new center is gorgeous and offers manicures for my wife while you wait. San Antonio is lucky to have such a gorgeous new center which will also include certified repairs soon. This is my sixth BMW and this was the best experience purchasing!

I had a 10:30 appointment for an oil change. When I arrived it would take 2.5 to 3 hours. Not sure what the point of an appointment is? They gave me a loaner car. I returned 4 hours later and they said it would still be another 45 mins. Then the rep came over and told me that they spilled oil all over the inside of my engine and it had to be cleaned. They gave me a loaner car and returned my car to me at my home the next day. What an ordeal for a simple oil change. I think if you have an appointment it shouldn t take 3-4 hours for an oil change.

He listened to what I wanted and helped me in deciding on options that I was not familiar with. After some discussion and a couple of test drives I decided on what I wanted. Worst service I have received while buying a new car. The Sales Director Michael (i believe that was his name) probably the worst manager I've come across, unprofessional and rude. I thanked him after purchasing my new car, didn't even bother replying back to me.

I have been a loyal BMW purchaser for over 25 years. When you purchase a BMW you know what you are getting. The tight ride and drive. A high quality product, and most importantly a the service that no other brand offers. At this particular dealership I have received the worst possible service that any customer could imagine. Lets start by saying that I purchased a car that needed work done to it in which the dealership said that the car was inspected and everything was in working order. When i drove off the lot the check engine light was on and began to run very rough. When I was driving the car fell dead and that's when I contacted my sales rep. i was told that a manager would be calling me back regarding the issue. 5 months later still no call. Come to find out the service department passed this vehicle through inspection when it shouldn't have. The reports from BMW of San Antonio said that they replaced tires on the car. When we looked at the tires they were dry rotted and was informed by another BMW facility that this vehicle should not have passed inspection. What make matters worse is that i reached out to the GM several weeks ago and i finally received a call back. Not from the GM but from the used car director. This shows the lack of care that the GM has regarding his clients. Since there has been no resolution I have had to file many cases regarding the transaction of my purchase. If you purchase a car from here make sure that you check it out completely because apparently their service department will not. And you will likely not receive a returned call regarding the issue that you have. When I look at several of the negative post on google there seems to be a trend of having the same response from the dealership. It all seems generic and fake. I recommend going to Austin to purchase your new or used BMW it is well worth the short drive. The response back from the GM is Bogus. i have never spoken to him at all. He not spoken to me once. In his response it says that he offered to purchase the car back. This is partly true. They did not explain that i had the hail damaged fixed and they were unwilling to pay for the damages.This car shouldn't have passed inspection and now the TPPS has gotten involved and just opened an investigation. In the process of filing a lawsuit against this dealership. I would advice anyone to stay away from this dealership! This place use to have great staff members. I do not know what happen. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR IT. The GM Vanerdpool did not reach out to regarding a buy back as he claimed on his last response. The used car manager called and actually offered less that was was put into the car. Not only did this dealership not buy the car back as stated they asked me to get it looked at by BMW and to pay the diagnosis on the car and that they would reimburse. They still have not paid for that. When I spoke to the service adviser he informed me that the used car director told him to not really fix the problem but just to do whatever it takes to make the check engine light go off. Talking about digging your own grave. Now that everything is documented i will follow up with photos and responses from the TPPS and all other agencies as this deal progresses. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE AND TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!

I was interested in buying a CPO X3 and had the best car buying experience ever from BMW of San Antonio. My sales advisor was Jay Cruz and he made the whole process very pleasant and comfortable. There was never any pressure from him and he took his time and helped me select the best CPO X3 available and at a great price. I would highly recommend asking for Jay Cruz when you walk in! He still maintains contact with me to insure the car buying experience does not just stop when the sale is finished but makes sure I am still satisfied with everything well after the sale as well.

This was my first experience with BMW and Lisa Rob...

This was my first experience with BMW and Lisa Robinson was my client advisor. She was awesome and made it a great first experience! I traded in my 2016 Chevy Colorado crew cab for a 2017 i3 with range extender about a week ago. I was having a hard time with the fact that I was trading in a truck I loved and Lisa was super sweet about it, making absolutely sure I wanted to trade it in and was understanding about my emotional attachment to it. She worked hard to get a good value for my trade and to get the payment to where I wanted it to be. The other staff my husband and I had interaction with (Josh in sales and Brad in finance) were really nice, too. I've already recommended Lisa to some friends who are also interested in the i3. As a side note: the i3 is a lot more fun to drive than I expected!

The only negative thing I can say is that the BMW connected software needs a LOT of work. I have been trying to get my first name corrected for a week now with no luck. Joshua in the genius department has also been very helpful in trying to help me get it fixed. There is a problem on the back end with the software that isn't allowing it to be fixed. I know this has nothing to do with the dealership directly, but wanted to mention that Joshua is awesome!

BMW of San Antonio has exceeded my expectations for what excellent customer service is all about.

Frank Jiang expertly guided me through the selection and purchase of my most recent vehicle. Frank intently listened to what I wanted and was able to lead me to exactly what I needed and desired. Frank also communicated with me regularly while my vehicle was being constructed and shipped to the States. Service after the sale is important to me and Frank along with the dealership met my every expectation.

I would be remiss in not mentioning Albert Zapata in Service as well. Albert has provided me with years of excellent service.

I highly recommend BMW of San Antonio to anybody who is looking for an exciting new vehicle that comes with excellent customer service before, during and after the sale.

The location is horrible! That's clearly a moot point however as I'm sure they know due to a new location being built so they can relocate but that being said a true point I would like to make is how can the service advisors be so different in proficiency and professionalism from employee to employee? They all work at the same place and I'm sure had the same training and all answer to the same management team yet some are terrible while others are ok and then 2 are excellent. Ryan is the only service technician of the bunch I can say instills honesty, knowledge and communication abilities that I put any relevance and respect into. I highly recommend that whatever it is you need under warranty or not Ryan will handle you with care, compassion and his treatment of you and your problem will satisfy you. Thank you Ryan for your help.

I'm not sure what has happened to MINI/BMW of San ...

I'm not sure what has happened to MINI/BMW of San Antonio but once you leave their Service Center there is absolutely no follow through with their service. My wife recently brought in her X1 after a complete battery failure at a stop light. The Service Center was supposed to follow up with an estimate on getting the windshield fixed. That's been over a month now and haven't heard a pep.
This month I took my MINI in for some repairs and as I picked up my car the engine light was on so it went right back to the technician and it was discovered that a temperature sensor was not plugged in. Which begs the question how was that not noticeable when they completed the work and moved the car out of the service bay. But the lack of follow through comes with a promised estimate on getting a tail light fixed. Still no word from the lady who helped me through that experience. What makes this second situation even worse is when I filled out the review of my experience that was almost immediately followed up by an email from the Service Manager Mohammad who promised to get me the estimate last week. NOTHING. I emailed to ask him why he failed to get me the estimate and he promised me the estimate this past Monday. It's now Wednesday.
Long Story Short, In person their Service Center has great customer service. After you leave, expect no follow through.

My Advisor not only took the time to get to know us and our needs behind the needs with service but he frequently goes above and beyond to ensure the details of the Service provided is premier! Being away from home over the last 10 years, the communication and service is Streamlined with a simple call from another state or country when something needs attention. Many times I ve called with an urgent request and he s never failed. He puts us at ease and simply states

Overall the experience at the BMW was great. When we walked in we were greeted by Biju Pillai the client advisor who was professional and carrying. Everyone we've encountered at the BMW was accommodating and kind. We did not feel we were being pushed into the purchase and we know we got a great deal.

There were no 2018 X5 40e's to be found anywhere n...

There were no 2018 X5 40e's to be found anywhere near me, so I expanded my search and found several new 2018's for sale at BMW of San Antonio. I asked for details on a particular model in stock via the BMW of SA website. Within a few hours, I received a detailed response from Adam Castillo with the best price/offer I requested. Unlike another dealership I had contacted, BMW of SA was completely transparent and did not try to add any hidden fees or jack up the interest rate, and they disclosed the BMW manufacturer's rebates from the start. For the first time ever I did not even need to negotiate a lower price/rate. I got a new 2018 X5 for less than my 2015 i3!! All the paperwork was sent via FedEx and the entire process from initial info request to actual delivery took less than 5 business days, mostly b/c of having to overnight paperwork and arranging transport. I could not have imagined a simpler hassle-free vehicle purchase, especially considering I live 750 miles away. I highly recommend Adam Castillo and BMW of San Antonio!

After visiting the BMW dealership in Austin I decided to reach out to the one in San Antonio just to see what my options were. I'll save my experience for the Austin location and just speak to how well I was treated down south.

Not only was the selection greater than what I was shown in Austin, the staff was accomodating, friendly and genuinely cared about how I felt. I ended up with the car that I purchased without the hassle of what I'd experienced in Austin.

We had an incredibly easy time w/our recent purchase. However, it started well prior to this transaction. It started w/Ivan, Mike and all the others in the Service Department which translated long-term into our loyalty and decision to continue w/BMW of San Antonio. The on-line application process and joint sales efforts by Tim and Jerry made our experience simple, seamless, and pressure-free.
