This was my first visit for service. I love my new X3 but the service experience was not good.
Waited in a cold garage area for over 20 minutes for my advisor.
He took my car for oil change and walked me to the waiting area. I had asked whether I could also get the car detailed. Waited 90 minutes. No word. Texted him. ( He had given me contact info.) After 20 more minutes, called and left voicemail. He finally showed up. Would have appreciated more attention. Didn t feel valued as a customer at all!
