Had my car serviced there recently and Shelley was most helpful. Kept me updated with how everything was going and provided me with a loan car when the garage had to order in a part. Plus she makes a mean coffee!

I had my eyes set on a G20 330i after a test drive...

I had my eyes set on a G20 330i after a test drive at another BMW dealership. I was about to sign up there when my mate said he dealt with Ben Erceg from Melbourne BMW before and suggested I get a pricing from them. Visited the showroom and met up with Ben, told him my requirements and he got on to finding the 330 with the options and colour that I was after. He was professional and courteous throughout the entire process and wasn't pushy at all. He talked to his manager and was able to match the same deal that I was getting at the other dealership. His attitude to go the extra mile to value and win your business is something that I didn't get from 2 other dealerships that I visited. Most sales people forget you as soon as you driveaway from the showroom but not Ben. His after sales service is on par with his pre sales service. Michelle from Finance and Sarah were equally helpful and answered all my questions and handled the finance side of things efficiently.

Overall, my first foray into the BMW ecosystem is resoundingly positive and the buying experience at Melbourne BMW is top notch. I will go back to them in a heartbeat when it's time for an upgrade. We'll done to Ben, Michelle, Sarah and the entire Melb BMW crew for providing a Premium service from start to finish! Keep it up.

My family and I had the pleasure of purchasing our new X5 (which we picked up today) from the wonderful team at BMW Melbourne Kings Way. The buying experience from start to finish exceeded our expectations with a very relaxed and welcoming 'no pressure' atmosphere, friendly professional staff, prompt service and excellent communication. Thanks to Tim and Michelle for all their help and an extra special callout to Ben who is an absolute superstar! Ben was amazing from the beginning, an outstanding professional who consistently went well above and beyond to ensure my family had a pleasurable purchasing experience. Ben ensured that all our questions were answered and that the car we chose had all the features necessary to meet my family s needs. Ben looked after our kids very well, always making them feel welcome and content with 'hot chocolates' and cookies! Ben consistently went out of his way to look after our every need, clearly explaining all the features of the car and he ensured we got competitive pricing for the accessories we needed. Ben was a joy to deal with, I m confident he will own his own dealership one day! Big thanks to Ben and the team at BMW Melbourne Kings Way for making a truly memorable experience that my family will remember for many years to come.

I wouldn t buy a paddle pop from this place let alone an $85k car. Service was an absolute joke. Sales guy was half asleep and took them 4 days to send me an email with financing options having worked it all out on the spot? Ended up buying elsewhere, wouldn t go back to this place if you paid me.

The service provided from Melbourne BMW was like no other dealership, As soon my wife and I walked through the door we were greeted by a staff member who offered us some water and coffee.

We spoke to Mr Tommy Chen about trading in our old family car for a brand new BMW, Tommy walked us through the latest BMWs within our budget in high detail.

Ofcourse we shopped around other dealerships looking for the best prices but Tommy pulled us back through when he notified us of a Sale after just a few days! We got an amazing deal and we couldn't be happier with our automotive investment!

Big Thanks to Paul Di Giovine and Tommy Chen for looking after our family. We will definitely be reffering all our friends, family and neighbours.

Got a brand new car with scratches and marks, not ...

Got a brand new car with scratches and marks, not properly put on mini bonnet stripes with bubbles and peeled of edges, window seal not properly put back on after window tinting. The salesperson was responsible enough to offer a service to fix all the items yet with no timing on the service schedule. I waited patiently, no news I kept following up until 3 weeks and finally I have their attention to schedule me in. Brought the car down to dealership for a service. The service guy put me on a loan car with battery warning light on and advised me to keep driving the car. A day after, the car has another service overdue light warning and then another warning of low pressure tire. I called in mini road assistance as I was out in Yarra valley for my birthday lunch. The call centre sent a technician for ETA in an hour and advise that the car might need to be towed away. I called the dealer to check on what to do, the receptionist just mentioned to try pump in the tire and jump on the tow truck to go back to city. Then after waited for 30 mins, the "Technician" called in without introduction and with rude and racist manners. He kept yelling at me to open up the booth and kept saying that he can not help, asked me if the car warning is in English and what my nationality is as well mentioned that who own this kind of car normally is a Chinese. He mentioned that he was going to come by in an hour. Waited for two hours, I called back and he now said that he will not come. I ended up drove the car back to the city as the road assistance was not helpful. Long story short, my well-planned relaxing winery birthday lunch and massage appointment day became very stressful and wasted due to this incident. After almost a week now, my car is still not fixed, and I have to wait for longer period of time who knows when... They promise me on last Friday then pushed back to Monday then pushed back again to Wed/Thurs and now Thursday yet it is still not finish. To sum up my experience of road assistance is as per the attached image. It was HORRIBLE. The salesperson was actually trying to help the situation but overall, I am DISAPPOINTED with the dealership service, service team definitely doesn't stick up to their own words, doesn't pay attention or maybe care enough for their customer. I am not sure if a BMW/Mini brand is a premium product with this kind of dealership representative, service team and horrible road assistance.

Been urged by many friends to share my TWO absolut...

Been urged by many friends to share my TWO absolutely appalling experiences here.

First time was back in late 2016, when I went in looking to upgrade from my 118i I got back in 2012, to the new M140i that was due to release in 2017. My experience with the sales rep (Nick):

- showed me the last show M1 in stock they had and proceeded to tell me that I could not test drive it because they had "too many test drive accidents on this model already", implying that he thought I wouldn't know how to drive it
- then told me I couldn't test drive the M2 either, which had basically the same engine as the M1
- told me he couldn't even give me a "rough" estimate of how much the starting price of the new M1 would be
- told me it was "impossible" to give me a rough estimate of how high a custom-made M1 would cost as "the model is not out yet

Basically the sales representative looked at me and thought I was kidding about buying the car and gave me no helpful information at all. I was utterly disappointed that a SALES representative could not even give me an ESTIMATE price range for a new model that was due to come out soon, that is literally your job to know such things.

I ended up going back to Adelaide BMW, where I got my previous car, and was served by an absolutely perfect salesman who answered all my questions, offered to let me test drive any and all models I wanted to, gave me proper documentation with the figures I wanted for references and everything. Safe to say I happily bought my custom M140 from them.

Fast forward to 19/02, picking up my car from a mandatory recall service. After 55 minutes of waiting, watching at LEAST 7 other customers get served first, and 3 visits to the receptionist to remind them I've been waiting just for a simple PICK UP, I realize the service person (Peter) I was waiting for had seen an older couple 30 minutes ago who had come in AFTER me.

At 50 minute mark, Peter calls me over, happily ignorant and shows me to my car. He asks "do anything interesting this morning?" to which I reply "not great as I've been waiting for you for the past hour and I have class in 5minutes" at which he laughs and says "oh we have a bus stop just outside that goes to Melbourne Uni, you could leave your car and take it there if you need to make it!" As if I was going to LEAVE the car I've been waiting an HOUR for just to come back and waste more time?

It would seem to me that the staff here care more about taking care of 'older' clients (who they probably think can "afford" their cars) rather than EVERYONE (I noticed only older customers being asked about coffee/tea and those around my age ignored).

The best thing was that during my entire 55 minute wait in the lounge, I was sitting right across a sign on their coffee area which stated "we promise not to make you wait unnecessarily long as we understand how valuable your time is". What a disgrace. I'd leave 0 stars if I could.

Our recent experience buying an X2 was great. Throughout the process our contact and salesperson was Ben Erceg. He was friendly but not insistent, capable and professional, and helpful and supportive. My wife, who bought the car, says Ben was very sweet .

Recently I had an issue with my lights but my car was a couple of weeks out of warranty, and the issue was intermittent, sometimes it would show up as an error and other times, not at all. I felt uneasy bringing my car in to have it fixed, I was however delighted to learn that Harley had found the issue and fixed it within warranty. I found Harley very personable and explained the issue matter of factly which I appreciated not really being a 'car guy'. Would recommend these guys highly.

What a absolutely joke. I feel like I don t even want to drive passed the place. Makes me feel sick. I purchased my Vehicle which took about 18 days to process. Between Rob and Sadek I feel like I would of made more progress taking to the kids at kinder... after I purchased the vehicle I was told to come in so they could give me a first aid kit, which was missing from the car.... Which I did. The salesmen does not work there anymore and reception did their best to find out who could help me. I was standing there like a lost fart in a Perfume parlour while everyone walked passed and did not even offer to help. Was told to wait 10 mins after 10 mins was told to wait another 10 mins. recently purchased a X5 from south Yarra Oakleigh and made them look like novices. What a pity.
