Great car buying experience. Little disappointed that they don't haggle but their pricing was below Kelly Blue Book and they provided great and fast service. Saw the car on CarGurus in the morning, put in a request for information, received a call by 9:15am; arrived at the dealership at 11am, and was driving home by 2:00pm in my new (used) vehicle.

My experience was absolutely unforgettable and positive. Kiara Powell always have a pleasant demeanor and she s extremely patient. She has gone above and beyond the normal duties in which I believe. She returns phone calls and text promptly and explains the needed repairs in a knowledgeable manner. Ms. Powell reached out to her manager Ana Mejia on my behalf when I had concerns about some repairs. Ms. Mejia assured I would get my repairs done without hardship. I was truly gracious and appreciative of the assistance provided. I have been telling others about BMW Advantage when they need repairs and/or seeking to purchase a BMW as each one of my encounters with any of the staff has been satisfying. Thank you again to Kiara Ana.

We recently traded in our 2017 3-series sedan for a new X4 and could not have been happier with the entire experience. Both Dennis Bilir, our sales advisor, and Younus Nadeem in finance, could not have made it an easier process. We were in and out in hours and feel we made an excellent purchase at a reasonable price. It s our 5th BMW - all of which have been serviced here too.

Joseph goes above and beyond! Thank you to Joseph and the whole service team at BMW Midtown for your courtesy, attentiveness, and prompt manner of doing business. When my BMW needed an oil change they worked around my busy schedule to make sure my car was serviced quickly and efficiently. They even drove me back to work!! I know my car is in great hands at BMW Midtown, they made the entire process painless. I cannot recommend this service department enough. Even though other dealerships are closer to my home, I only want to come back here. Thank you for all you do!

Although the BMW Assist service was a nightmare...the BMW Midtown service dept made it a whole lot better! My car had broken down and I was going out of town that day. I was so relieved that they got me into a loaner that day and on my way. It was definitely a weight lifted! They also fixed my car perfectly and the friendly service of everyone...valet, advisor and managers was really great! This is exactly what I expect when driving a BMW! Thank you so much!!

I have purchased cars from Mercedes Suglarland, Star Motors, Bayway Lincoln, Audi West and Mercedes North in the past and I must say my purchase from Advantage was the worst luxury car dealer purchase I have made... I felt like I was at Shephard Street used car lot... Not happy at all, but I did get the car I wanted at a good price.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end, ask for Luis V. he will answer all your questions and help you to choose from their good selection of vehicles if you are unsure like me :)
Also the Finance department made a great job explaining and taking the time to listen and offering you the lowest interest, working with many banks.

This place is a joke..my car has been there 4 times this year..thousands of dollars later..and they tell me they now know what's wrong w my car.literally kept changing the diagnoses...they don't return calls...the asst to the general manger took 8 days to call me back..when I returned her call,left a message..2 months later..she still hasn't called me back...a joke!!!

Great selling you a car - can't get them to call you back if you want your car serviced. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They literally told me everyone was busy and that the service manager's voicemail was full - "maybe I should try coming in".

My service advisor, Branden Kelsoe, was an excellent example of the professional service and friendliness I have come to expect when dealing with this company. Wonderful service experience! The amenities within the facility are admirable. I was granted an opportunity to connect to Wifi and complete work related tasks within a comfortable kiosk workspace. Extremely helpful and seamless process of buying and maintaining my X3. Anything G. helped me and made sure my car received TLC. There was none of that car-sales feeling at all. My experience here was as if I was a family never of one of the employees. I'd recommend to anyone.

Having tried other BMW service departments, Advantage downtown is the only one I'll take my car to. Kiara Powell is exceptional, very friendly, communicative, and provides updates and service with a smile. I recommend this service department above all others.

Its difficult to give any car dealership an overly positive review, because fundamentally both sides of the negotiation sit on polar opposites. What I look for is service and did the overall dealership team try to make the experience somewhat pleasant.
The whole process was a disaster till I sat with the finance manager to finalize the paperwork. I would have walked out nearly right away, but Advantage did have the car type I wanted.
This car buying experience left me feeling used and taken advantage of. Even my wife mentioned the sales experience seems cold. "How can the dealership not have two car keys."
Based on my experience, I would most likely not recommend the dealership to others, but its location and selection will drive business anyway.

If you re in the market for a BMW, then you should come visit Advantage Midtown and ask for Justin McGaughey. I ve worked with him on new BMW deals since 2005. He s my only sales contact because of his integrity and professionalism. I have yet to meet anyone else in sales that is as hard-working and honest and as Justin. He makes sure you re completely comfortable before the sale and makes sure you have a great ownership experience after the sale which is why I think he earns everyone s repeat business. He invests in his clients for the longterm and that s why I recommend him to all my friends and family.

Awful experience buying a car here. Flew from the East Coast to buy a car, not even 100 miles from the dealership the low oil light came one, had to take it back to the dealer after driving 1400 miles just to have the oil changed. After driving the car for another 1000 miles I had to pay $2800 for a repair that was declined under the third party warranty that they sold me. They never offered me an extended BMW Warranty even though the car qualified for one. They held back 1% point on the financing even though I asked them what the BUY RATE from the bank was! BEWARE make sure to ask what the BUY RATE is and hopefully they will be honest with you, they certainly weren't with me. Per the advice of BMW NA I called them to see if they would help with the repair of the car since I haven't really put any miles on it and they said no you're on your own! The car only has 27000 miles on it, it shouldn't need any type of major repairs! I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone! Terrible buying experience all around! No one returns phone calls, no one answer their phone!

I am a new BMW car owner and I had such a phenomenal experience. I believe they went above and beyond with the detail cleaning along with fixing my recall on my vehicle. My consultant was Eduardo and he kept open communication about every update with my vehicle. I have never had such GREAT service. I am glad that I came to this location and Eduardo gave me the best service I have experienced.
