My family and I had the pleasure of purchasing our new X5 (which we picked up today) from the wonderful team at BMW Melbourne Kings Way. The buying experience from start to finish exceeded our expectations with a very relaxed and welcoming 'no pressure' atmosphere, friendly professional staff, prompt service and excellent communication. Thanks to Tim and Michelle for all their help and an extra special callout to Ben who is an absolute superstar! Ben was amazing from the beginning, an outstanding professional who consistently went well above and beyond to ensure my family had a pleasurable purchasing experience. Ben ensured that all our questions were answered and that the car we chose had all the features necessary to meet my family s needs. Ben looked after our kids very well, always making them feel welcome and content with 'hot chocolates' and cookies! Ben consistently went out of his way to look after our every need, clearly explaining all the features of the car and he ensured we got competitive pricing for the accessories we needed. Ben was a joy to deal with, I m confident he will own his own dealership one day!
