New ownership is making this H-D dealership worth visiting. Service department has communication problems, but management was quick to look into it. Great customer appreciation events.

I really like the people @ BSHD, they will always go out of their way to help you get the correct part or accessory for your bike. I'm sure most of us have bought something we just had to have, and after riding around w/ it a while decided it was not what we really wanted and then the part comes off and it sits in the garage till it goes to a swap meet, we give it to a riding buddy, or some other fate. Good info from the parts guys really help me get what I want the 1st time out, and I seem to get that input @ BSHD.We all spend enough on our bikes, I don't like to throw money away by buying something twice!

I purchased my new 2014 Street Glide from Blue Springs HD and couldn't be happier! The fact they gave me a GREAT discount for my prior military service was just icing on the cake. Don did a fantastic job and got me a great deal!! I will definitely be recommending Blue Springs HD to all my friends and will be telling them to ask for Don!! Semper Fi!!

Best little dealership around. People there are always friendly. Good selection and bikes and merchandise. We love attending Harleys and Hashbrowns on the first Saturday every month.

I would give them a 0 if i could! this is by far the worst place I have ever seen, pushy sales staff,horrible parts department, don't have a clue what they're selling!won't take anything back,I do not recommend this place for anything not even Harley clothes, this place is a complete joke. I wish I had never walked in that door.

I want to thank everyone at Outlaw Harley Davidson for going above and beyond taking care of us in our time of need. My wife and I were stuck on Hwy 13 with a flat. I ended up going to the hospital from the heat. Shawn picked up my bike and most importantly took care of my wife. Clay was helpful in getting my wife squared away in a hotel until I was released from the hospital. I can't thank everyone enough. Outstanding!!!

Had the worst experience today. The sales team very rude not forth coming on the price all he wanted to know was what we had to put down on the bike. Very sad I would never go back to buy from this place ever. The apparel was the only part that was nice the young lady there was very nice. That was the only reason I gave one star. So sad.

The guys in the parts department are great and extremely helpful.

Kenny in service was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Had my bike ready to go when promised.

We always work with Ashley when we come in. She is always pleasant, helpful and knowledgable of all the products. If she does not have it in stock she goes the extra mile and orders it for us. If it is not something your store carries somehow she always finds it and orders it for us even if it is discontinued she always finds it.

I've been to a lot of Harley Dealerships, Blue Springs H-D is a great one with exceptional people working there. I will definitely do business with them in the future when I'm in the area.

The staff is amazing! We drove over on a day trip and stopped in. We felt so welcomed. There were no high pressure sales tactics which for me is a HUGE plus. We will be going back after the first of the year to buy my hubby a bike.

I will never buy another Harley from any where else other than Blue Springs Harley Davidson. They are an all around excellent full service dealer ship to work with, from the sales and service to clothing and parts!! All of their staff is very knowledgeable, nice and extremely helpful. Their sales team is not "pushy" and also they do not give you a cold shoulder or treat you any different if you dont buy something right away. I have to been to all of the other dealers here in the KC metro area, and not a single one is better than BSHD!!! They have a great selection of new and used bikes, motor clothes, parts, accessories, and anything else you may need to get you on the road. In my honest opinion there is not a better Harley dealer in the country that i would rather give my business to or work with! Stop in and see them, i promise you, you will not be disappointed!!!

Trina in motorclothes is awesome! She is very helpful and her fun personality makes it a joy to shop there. She is also very knowledgeable when it comes to the merchandise. Such a great experience!

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, fast and goes above and beyond everytime I walk through the doors. Outlaw is the prime example of how your experience should be!

Pushy sales staff,
Will not give you the price of the damn bike unless you go inside and do paperwork.
Salesmen will hover over you when you are just trying to look.
They say they will answer any questions, but I guess "how much is this motorcycle?" Is not one you can ask.

I assume they want to know how much you make first.

Don't go here

It was a fun day they had a band playing hot dogs and cold beer got a great deal on a couple of shirts o recall had a really good time

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I tried to ride a bike during their recent "Demo Days" oh we don't have that bike (that bike was on their advertisement for demo days) will you try this one? Yeah let me test ride a motorcycle that I'm not interested in. Total BS should be zero stars side note I have purchased two bikes from here previously the last one being brand new.

First off i had an appointment with the salesman to finish the deal today at 1300 and he never showed up. Then the slaes manager took over. I had a deal for a bike at 7000 and have to have cash down. I was good with that, but the manager then comes back with we cant take less the 7894 after i went through the haggling on this deal on Thursday of last week. So I told I felt disrespected due to the sales man not showing up as well as being told we had a deal and then being blindsided by the sales manager being rude. Anyways Ill never go back there and never will do any business with this company. I will be sending this out to all of my motorcycle friends. Hope everyone who reads this will find it helpful.

This this is the place to be. The staff is very very friendly they let you try stuff on even wear it out the door. There's a very large selection motorcycles in a vast array of colors.

Can t speak highly enough of Outlaw and the staff! I drive right past my dealership in Springfield, Mo. to do business with these guys, Bought 2 bikes off outlaw in the past year and Dylan and the staff have been awesome to me, highly recommend them to anyone. Just had a good friend of mine buy a 2020 RGS last Saturday and he was very impressed with the way they treated him as well.

Drove the 16 hours round trip from another dealer in Memphis TN that shall remain unnamed that didn't seem to want to sell motorcycles to Outlaw Harley Davidson, and I'm so glad I did. Despite the distance I will continue to do so in the future. Great place, packed showroom floor, great sales team, finance, cashier's , basically every person in the building that works there checked on me and my experience. Again I can't speak highly enough about Outlaw and the people that work there, they really made the experience first rate for me.

I needed a voltage regulator and they had one in stock, so I made the trip.

I had an appointment, but still think that was very acceptable.

I shop at your store frequently and I also attend Bike night :) You have a great staff that is friendly all of the time and very helpful when I need something. All of the guys say hello when I walk in the door and pretty much everyone says Thank you and goodbye when I am leaving. I have needed numerous items for my 01 FLSTF, including wheels, a windshield, and other items. I have checked in the past and your parts department almost always has the item needed in stock, and the guys in the parts department are always most willing to help with any item that i want or need. In fact, you not only have the parts and accessories but your parts people will assist with finding the item and will also find help in installing the parts/accessories. Good Job Guys!!!!!
