I was introduced to LaserCycle when I was trying to revive an old laser printer. The tech came by the house, determined that all it needed was a new print cartridge, went back to the store for one, and then refused to charge me for the service call. Who offers service like that!? I have a very old HP LaserJet printer and for years, I've bought recycled toner cartridges wherever I could get them, at a premium price.
