Great sales staff, help me get what I wanted at a price I could afford

Awesome staff very knowledgeable and we'll stocked.

I got my second Harley Davidson at this dealership, I recommended 100%.
Special thanks to Stephanie, Darren and the rest of the staff, I would do business with them again if i need to.
I drove over 200 miles away each way to make the deal, all worth it.

This dealer ship was called Blue Springs Harley Davidson. With Harley losing some of the their ground with other manufacturers. There all feeling the pinch.

After having a layover accident last august on I-470, I had to get a new helmet. I have a big noggin, and was having problems finding one. The associates at Cycle Gear were clueless, and the helmets they had on sale were too small. I went to BS Harley, as it's close to home, and not only did your people know what they were talking about, but they pointed me to a helmet that fit, and was on sale. I know that I will be back for more in the future!

You guys serve a great breakfast on the 1st Saturday of the month. I like that you mark the prices on your motorcycles. Staff is always friendly & helpful.

Traded my 2016 Road King for a 2017 version April 18th. Sales staff was great and no-game playing here. Straight and to the point which is exactly how I like it. James W. helped me get the best rates on financing, far better than I received negotiating the rates myself. A great place to buy or trade your bike.

I cannot say enough about these guys. I showed up at opening in a beautiful Saturday morning with a problem on my bike. Since I was traveling through, they quickly squeezed me in and got me fixed up and out in a flash.

No I did not appreciate being insulted, my husband kept asking for the price of the motorcycle and the salesmen said he's not sure of price but said he has to check with the manager....I know this to be untrue we've bought several bikes from Harley Davidson dealers in the KC metro area I when I asked to see a picture he showed me his computer and the first thing I saw before looking at the bike was the price the very I asked but he claims he wasn't sure of that did it for me I told my husband I'm going to the car we're leaving, I am also I insulted by the offer for our 2006 Softail Deluxe we just got in February for just over 9,000 dollars and to be offered just 5,000 for the same motorcycle is a slap in the face....my husband liked the 2003 Road King with over 61,000 miles on it our insurance company Emails me saying that older motorcycle is worth under 5,000 dollars help me understand how you can get a higher price for a motorcycle 3 yrs older and 45,000 miles more than ours and tell us it's not worth what you price an older motorcycle?

On a recent Vegas/Pittsburgh jaunt my 14 FLHTK experienced a shifter failure in Concordia Mo. I called HOGS. They got the address of my breakdown, made sure I was safe, had a wrecker there inside a half hour. The wrecker took me, and my ride, to Blue Springs Harley where they were waiting outside for us. Several guys not only helped unload my bike, while I spoke with the service dude, they sorrounded it like a NASCAR pit crew. By the time I made a brief personal pit stop then signed some paperwork my bike was ready to go. I laterally, left the lot before the Wrecker. Two thumbs up to all involved. You turned what could have been a bummer into a decent road story.

I have enjoyed my visits to Blue Springs H-D. To All Departments From New Sales to Clothing everyone has always been attentive and make the experience worthwhile. Looking forward to my next visit. Live to Ride, Ride to Live

Keith and Dan in parts (and all the guys really) have always been great to work with when I upgrade my bikes and add accessories. Tina and Tammy both are always friendly and helpful. All the girls in Motorclothes go out of their way to be helpful and order what I need if it is not in stock, especially Vickie. Of course, I've known Tim Martin for years and he has always made sure my bikes are done up right from the start. Oh, can't forget Gary in Service. He is a great tuner and makes my bikes run strong.

Was in there a month or so ago to pick out my sister a bell for her first Harley. The bi**h at the counter was getting very rude because it was talking a white for me to pick one, as my sister is 58 and I am 68, so I wanted a special one for her. I told her I might be awhile because she was making smart remarks. She popped up out of nowhere and said to me, oh just pick one, it shouldn't take that long. I wanted to punch her in the throat right there. I said ok I have picked it. Finally was her response. And I said the one I pick will be at Gail's Harley Davidson and I did just that. They were so nice, given me all the time I needed, got the best bell and have been going there every sense. Outlaws is not for me or our friends anymore.

Small showroom and limited parts and accessories make showroom underwhelming. Staff is polite and service has always been helpful.
On a side note- I am disappointed with the style direction Harley is taking... fenders n such.

Dave was our salesman & did a terrific job. However, Tim from parts & service put the icing on the cake! In the end it's a great team effort & we're looking forward to working with the service dept, We're proud to say we got ours at Blue Springs Harley Davidson!

Loved this place! Our group of lady riders saw the sign from the interstate on our way to Topeka! We went back and was in here for hours! They gave us free tee shirts for no good reason! Best sales people ever!

People are always friendly when you come into the store and even when your outside. If your a regular customer most everyone knows your first name. I find the parts department very knowledgable as well as the maintenance personall. I do wish that the clothing department would select some more colorful selections in their women and T-shirt section. With more women riding bikes we like to be seen and not just for our behinds! The events that this dealership does are fun safe and family friendly; in short I love having this business in my town of Blue Springs, MO., it is not as large as their competators but they have everything you need or want and with the smaller shop there are more customer friendly considerations.

New to the area and needed a fuel regulator so went to outlaw since they are like 15 minutes away. This is what hd dealerships should strive to be. I usually avoid hd dealerships as they are only looking for ther guys buying new bikes or paying someone to work on their bike. Not guys like me who do everything themselves. The guys in parts were great, helpful and nice. Went back to get some shirts for friends back home and the lady in clothes was just as nice. Think i finally found a dealership i will actually want to go back to. Thanks for the experience.

On a recent road trip of 4300 miles, I pulled into Outlaw Harley Davidson to have a 5000 mile service. Though the Service Department was full of bikes and the employees were scrambling to get caught up, they found time to squeeze my 2015 Ultra Limited in for the service.
I was treated fairly and like a member of their family. While waiting for my bike, I shopped in clothing and experienced the same professionalism as in service.
Being treated like I was is why I choose to ride Harley Davidson. It is a lifestyle not an experience. Well done Outlaw Team, I will stop in on my next trip.

Extremely pushy salesmen that are not very knowledgeable about the mechanics of the bike. I go in and ask for a price on a particular bike and salesmen couldn t not give me a straight answer. Instead proceeded to tell me about how it had led blinker lights and ABS brakes on it. (Someone should tell him that every bike made since 1987 has had ABS)

Would definitely refer anyone looking for a Harley. My wife and I appreciated the quick service/assistance that we received looking for the right bike for the price that we wanted.

wow what a huge let down thought that new management would improve this place...not...... if possible it's worse and lost several hundred dollars in points.. same family but won't take points from before hows that work now is my warranty still good ????.. This guy will not do any buss. with any worth store unless I'm at a loss to get parts for my bikes somewhere else.. sad very poor service . I'm sorry that I got my ultra from this family urgggg

I have been a customer of Blue Springs Harley since 2007, and have always been impressed with them. The parts and service people know their stuff, and go above and beyond to make sure the customer got the right part, and the best wrench work. Every employee I've met from the salespeople to the kid who washes the bikes have always been courteous and knowledgeable. More often than not, I've learned something new when I've ridden out of there. I rode to Sturgis and Daytona and back with confidence after having my bike serviced there. It made it all the more enjoyable not having to worry about the bike. You should be proud!! Thanks, Scott

My father went here today to buy a part for his bike. The bike he bought from them less than 4 years ago. The part was over $200, after paying he began looking around the store. The Salesman was very rude. After trying to convince my dad to buy a new bike and realizing he was not interested he basically pushed my dad out the door. Rather he bought the bike from there or not I would sure think ANYONE is welcome to browse the store. On top of that the bike was purchased from them less than 4 years ago and from that exact store. We will not be giving them anymore of our business. Since the name changed so has the employees & they are rude to say the least.
