When we went by it was closed would of love to get a pocker chip

Went to outlaw for a state inspection on our 99 Harley, leaving with a 2020 Harley soft tail. The sales team was amazing and super friendly! They will make you feel super welcomed and find you exactly what you were looking for. Dylan helped us with finance and was really great! Would highly recommend, even if you re just thinking about buying a bike.

Trina Chadwick was amazing, she was very helpful and knowledg about the merchandise. Definitely will be back at I will recommend her to everyone i know.

I was driving through Blue Springs, stopped at Outlaw HD. Talked to Pat, Kevin and Ryan in parts. They are the epitome of professional, courtesy and helpful. The salesmen greeting me upon entering and leaving, with the same attitude. highly recommend this dealership. if I'm ever that way again I'll definitely stop by.

Went in to look at Sportsters and tried to get a rough pricing estimate on the new sportster. Sales guy was good and wanted to help. The sales manager got involved and wanted to push so hard that I purchase a bike that day, he actually started arguing with me about not giving a rough price on a new bike unless I was willing to say I would buy one today if he gave me a great price. All I wanted to start off with was a rough price. Other dealers put it right on the tags. I Told him it was for gift someone else and they have to come in to pick out the bike which is why I just want rough estimates and he continued to argue that he won't give pricing without a willingness to buy immediately.

Talk about the WORST used car salesman tactics. I purchased a $20k bike a few months ago and was willing to spend another $15k for this one but only for a dealer willing to be helpful instead of demanding.

You just lost yet another sale, degraded the HD image, and I will be certain to Never give my recommendation to this store.

Made a inquiry about bike Kyle called me back and we started the process of setting up a time to view the bike and get my finances started. He stayed in contact with me everyday as it was a 6 hour drive to get there and helped me locate a hotel to stay at!! Kyle was great I got there checked bike out signed paperwork that was all ready just needed my signature! It was the most painfree and easiest purchase I've ever made!!!! Thankyou Outlaw Harley!!!

Great cust service, awesome selection of bikes and accessories

I used to go there all the time to meet up with other bikers. I bought two bikes from them in the past but under the new ownership/management I find this place deplorable. I stay away and for good reason. But I'm from the old school of thinking/service and someone just getting into Harley's might just like the place. Hopeful thinking on my part.

I was looking for a new holdover 2018 Road Glide Special, I called around to all the KC Harley dealers and couldn't get a price out of any except Outlaw HD. I ended up at Rawhide first and it was the absolute biggest joke I have ever witnessed, they said they had 3 of them and could beat any deal in KC. When I got there they had no 2018 holdovers and tried to sell me a 2019 at a sky high price, with a sky high interest rate and wanted $8500 down plus $1899 in fixed fees and and they told me that was thru my current Credit Union, Lies! So I walked out and called my credit union, secured the financing and interest rate with $0 down I knew I could get, drove to Outlaw in Blue Springs and bought my new 2018 Road Glide Special at the agreed on price with $199 in fixed fees and the deal took 30 minutes. Needless to say Outlaw is my forever Harley dealer.

The staff was very nice but they are trying to charge an insane amount for a bike and give you nothing for your trade in. I do not trust them.

I visited with my girlfriend today and we talked with Jerry. Although we didn't leave with a bike Jerry was awesome, treated us extremely well and with a lot of respect. Everyone was friendly and made us feel welcome. 100% recommended for the epic motorcycles and even more so for the incredible staff and wicked cool store.

My husband just got a bike here and the person who was his sale guy his name is Jerry. Jerry's coustmer service is amazing he knows how to get things done. And it is not just him everyone here was so so nice. I would come back for sure. Jerry L thank you you all so much for everything.

If you have a chance to go to the dealership you will not be disappointed. I have worked with these guys on several occasions and they just never seem to disappoint. Does not matter if it is good or bad with your bike they will always take great care of you. Make sure to see Chance in the sales area. He is a great guy and is very up fron and t honest in the selling his product. Two thumbs up with the A OK.

I had my 2011 FLHTK in for 20K service recently. Previously I had been getting regular service at Rawhide because that's where I purchased the bike. After checking pricing for the service and a front tire, I found that Rawhide quoted a little less but Aaron said he would match their quote. I was impressed with the personnel who I found to be friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Jake was there when I picked the bike up and he was also very helpful. The service was completed at the time and price that was quoted. Thanks for a great service experience! I have also been very happy with the parts personnel on the several occasioons I have gotten pricing and made purchases. You have a loyal customer in me. I am looking forward to making some modicfications to the bike this winter and will be doing all parts and service with Blue Springs Harley.

We went in the store just to visit. We are from Charlotte, NC traveling/moving to Wyoming. We ended up buying a 2020 CVO Screamin'Eagle which is going to be shipped out to Wyoming in the latter part of May. Our experience there was great. They REALLY took care of us. We enjoyed our experience!

We are on day 3 of a 21 day ride. Stopped in just to get some pins and a poker chip...we were there for an hour. Just swapping stories with the staff. Nice guys.

Take your business elsewhere. Not a good company what so ever. Don't waste your time, breath or money. Leadership is joke and really don't care about employees growth. On top of it all, they belittle women into making them feel small and useless to the company. They ignore the issues that really effect people. Very much a lack of integrity and respect. I ll never recommend this place to anyone I know.

AJ is a great sales men. He worked with me to find the right motorcycle. I'm very happy with MY Harley Davidson.

Very helpful and knowledgable on the parts and offered to order any that they didn t have in stock and ship them to me for no additional cost.

Service department is stand up group friendly knowledgeable and the service manager rates high as a man of his word and goes to the extra effort to make things correct for customers - there still is issues with the parts department but the new manager is workung to turn things around you just have to be patient with them right now

First time visit. I passed another HD store on I-49 (previously vowed never to return to) to get to this location. The difference between day and night in customer service and appreciation. I will continue to go out of my way to get to this location when I need HD service and supplies. Their clothing/apparel
department staff especially exceeded my expectations today.

Outlaw is my place to go for my bike needs, whether it's at the service dept, or parts counter. They have a great sales team that listen to your needs and don't pressure you, and very helpful after making that bike purchase. We love the Harley's and hash browns when they have them and look forward to going again in the future. Go see AJ if you want to make a bike purchase, he will take care of you. Took a new touring SGS out for a spin. Was fun. Good display and helpful staff.

My motorcycle was stolen off their property and out of their trailer 30 days after I bought it. I got screwed on the deal I m out the motorcycle and all the money I had into to walk away with not even half my investment and no bike. When I asked them to put me on something else I was offered a bike 5 years older then mine and a model I said I hated from day one. I rode it 5 times I could of rented one cheaper go somewhere else.

Recently bought a used bike from outlaw, check engine light came on so I took it back (light wouldn't come back on ride to dealer) they recorded the codes and checked everything out for free being that I just bought it. Very quick and professional service.

Outlaw Harley-Davidson in Blue Springs MO is worth the extra driving time. I have HD dealership closer but chose to purchase from Outlaw HD. Glad I did. The entire staff was great to work with while we were there.

I greatly appreciate them. Today I went for an inspection, it didn't pass first go, but they were able to get me fixed and back out in a short amount of time. Thank you.

We were there just to look around and a couple of the sales staff made me feel like they didn't like the fact we were just looking at the bikes... One dude had a booger in his nose and when I told him about it he picked before going to the bathroom. Lol

Service department guys Rob, Jerry and Tech Garry should be nominated employee of the year. These guys are very knowledgeable, friendly, and show great concern for customer satisfaction.

Stopped by after developing a front tire leak on a cross country trip. They fit me in and got me two tires in short order for a good price. Definitely recommend

If zero was an option it would be a zero. Up selling false and misleading maintenance packages are a specialty. No accountability for the training of their team. If you are flat out lied to, to get the sale they will. Zero Integrity.

I have always had great service when my husband and I come in there. Everyone is always very helpful!!

Small place but packed with bikes,clothing and parts. Staff is a little pushy and prices are fairly high but it's still a good shopping experience if you like Harleys.

We love coming here. The customer service from the ladies up front to the sales staff to the service staff is always above and beyond any other place we go. Your team always makes us feel like we are the only ones there.

Got my first h-d here and won't be going anywhere else from now on.

Blue Springs Harley-Davidson's Service department is amazing. First off, I used the service scheduler on every Kansas City Harley dealers web site to request a quote for installing a set of new handlebars I got off of Amazon (to see the price differences). Blue Springs Harley called me back the same day with a quote over the phone (sub three hundred dollars). Two days later Gail's called me and quoted over seven hundred and complained saying they do not like to install parts that were not bought there. ($$ price-gouge). Worth and Rawhide have yet to call... I guess they are too busy for my money? I picked my bike up today at Blue Springs and they had her all washed and detailed. Take your bike there and you will be happy. They also pick up and deliver. They treat you right and their service department rocks!! I also bought a bike from them in the past and it was the best sales process I have ever experienced hands down.

The customer service by sam the sales manager is amazing.. these guys go above and beyond and out of their way to get you in your dream bike with the best deal around..the first time.

The best customer service EVER!! As first time Harley owners we were a little unsure going into the dealership as we were clueless. But everybody at Outlaw made us feel very welcome and very much a part of the family. Trina, Carson, Jenny and all of the support staff are always amazing. We sometimes take rides where Outlaw IS our destination just so we can say "hi" to our new friends. Thanks Trina, but girl...Ya gotta quit talking me into all of these cute clothes! These guys are great!!! Clay and Jake in service are sooooooooooooo awesome! They will treat you like family while your bikes in the shop and even after it leaves. Danny in parts is the man he will hook you up with all the right stuff every time! Definitely recommend these guys for all your Harley needs you wont leave disappointed that is for sure!!
