Guys in service are awesome bought a 17 street glide a couple weeks ago and was having different bars put on on let me know about a week later the parts were in and i set up a Thursday appointment to have them installed. Dropped the bike off they told me it might be done that day or maybe Friday. Called me Thursday afternoon to inform me the wrong cables were ordered and that would have the correct ond over nighted and try to get it done Friday it was fine with me because I figured it wouldn't be done till the following Monday. Rob called me Friday afternoon to let me know that they had rushed to get the job done in the bike was ready for the weekend not only did they do a great job but they exceeded my expectations the bars are wonderful I could not be more pleased. And if you're in the market to buy a new bike or a pre-owned bike I would definitely sea Peyton he did a great job for me easy to work with no pressure great job outlaw

The worst experience I've ever had with ANY purchase I've done. Traded in my 16 for a new 17 heritage.. was told I would be refunded all warranty and VIP that I purchased.. which totalled close to 3,000. The refund ended up being 400 and the 2500 for the VIP was lost.. because it was purchased at gails. After a long battle with both dealerships.. it ended up costing me another 625 dollars to transfer my VIP.. crooks.. made my 1000 mile service appt.. for today at outlaw..was told my VIP is no good there and it will cost me 400 to get it serviced.unbelievable.... Will never step one foot into outlaw for ANYTHING.

If you are looking for overall customer satisfaction in every step of the process then Outlaw is the place to go! This is our third purchase in less than 2 years and will continue to deal with them again. Such a genuine and truly great group of people there!

It was really nice inside. The salesman was very aggressive and annoying. Wouldn't give my wife and i space or time to look around. He made me my wife feel really uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I wouldn't back a second time.

Chris at the desk, thanked me for my business as well as making me feel very welcome. A very large part of business today is graded on reviews even if the information is not accurate. I will say these guys are top notch in every aspect !!!!!

Stopped by last week with a friend and was pleasantly surprised at how attentive and nice the staff was. The store is beautiful. I had no intention on getting anything, only there to look, but found myself shopping in no time. Large variety of apparel. The sales girl, Trina?, was the best! She was so sweet, made me laugh and was quick to help me with sizes I needed.
Definitely would recommend you stop in. Great experience, I will be back!!

Great bikes, friendly service. They aren't overly pushy with trying to sell you. They all help with any questions or recommendations on quality Harley Davidson motorcycles.

When I bought my Bike, it was a very nice experience. It didn't seem to matter that I was a female and that meant alot to me due to the fact that not all Harley Davidson shops treat women as equals. I would buy another bike from Blue Springs Harley Davidson.
