Amazing service I got from Laura at the Armani/prive counter and the girls at the bobby brown make up section

It's Bloomingdale's, what else can I say. Upscale shopping in NYC.

NYC Bloomingdales was fantastic with at least 9 floors of marvelous goodies! The staff was incredibly eager to help and tons of staff cleaning to make sure your experience was first class. The juice bar was delicious and so was the restaurant. The decor was Whimsical and fun with much delight at every corner. Whether a child or adult this store aims to please. It's been refurbished and highly upgraded for everybody's enjoyment.

The official Bloomingdale's . Wish i had more time to explore need a full day just to see everything.

Used to be a great department store. I can t say that anymore

It is beautiful but only for the RCIA people, not for working people, people of medium level and before I liked it more, they changed all the clothes and shoes I do not like anymore.

Been shopping there for over 30 years. Now Mostly online. Their return policy is fabulous.

The bloomingdale's in midtown is a maze of a store. It will satisfy most of your clothing and accessory needs, but be prepared to spend hours in order to get through the entire collection. Moreover, the personnel are accommodating and willing to help

A department store, famous for its Big Brown Bag. To see if you want to see a fashionable department store - luxury, with high-end fashion brands. If you like 5 star purchases then you are at the right point. To be seen.

Great place to go dress shopping for special occasions.

It's a legend. Rainy Sunday afternoon tradition is to go get forty carrots and wander around the shop. Don't miss the home section. Skip the shoe dept - poor selection and it's a mess. Your time is better spent with the clothes :)

With my wife followed her round store might as well stayed out side but she loved (i do not like going round these type off stores) but give me a Dollar shop happy

It's a very nice store but is too crazy when it's under remodeling. I love forty carrots, and Tumi luggage department at 7 floor. It's good to go there with family to enjoy.

I spent several hundred dollars in Eileen Fisher and ask for my items to be shipped. They arrived stuffed into a box, no tissue, unfolded and thoroughly wrinkled. Shame on you Bloomies. You should know better.

Love this store. So neat n classy. The associates can't do enough for you. My experience at Bloomingdales was great. They will definitely see me again.

Great once in Bloomingdales but once you get past the gauntlet of pesty counter staff working for make up, perfume brands, etc.

What else is there to say. You know what to expect here.

Bought perfume from Natoly (this is not the correct spelling and I mean NO disrespect) from LE LABO. She was ever so pleasant and patient, and she gets to know what works for you. Rather than just selling for the sake of a sale.
Stopped by the Baracat fragrance counter and made an equally lovely purchase. Great team and great vibes.

Went to Magnolias Bakery -
Try their banana pudding. It's delicious!!
(I recommend adding fresh strawberries to it when you get home... if you can wait that long).

It feels like they are turning into a Macy's though with less selection. Go to saks 5th ave. They will take care of you every step of the way. Larger selection, better service, EOS

Landmark NYC Bloomingdales. Come here for the experience, leave with a few brown bags.

This is a great Bloomingdales! I can always find great clothes here, and there are also places to relax and eat after I've done my shopping. I recommend people visiting this place when they are in the city!

Clothing store chain, very famous. Prices are good, location is great.

I was there on a walk-through. The staff were helpfull and inquisitive. I liked the salesperson in the Men's Fragrance department. He was non judgemental and self-aware.

Amazing store!!! Found good selection for kids as well. A little but on the pricier side.

Went in to buy a ring holder and Marc the associate in Glass wear was excellent and gave options to choose from. Great service.

All the bad reviews are BS. Came in with dirty construction clothes on, said to the guy I'm looking for a suit and I was treated like a customer should be treated.

Food was OK but in a department store setting left things a little non romantic! Food was generous but slow.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I had SA ship a dress that is not in stock at the store to my apartment. I explicitly asked for XS but was shipped S. I was also told that delivery fee will be charged first and then credited back once the item is shipped as I am a loyalist. But NO, I was charged shipping + tax on shipping. Will have to return the dress as either NOBODY answers the call or customer service just transfers me from one department to another for an hour. If I could give negative star, bloomingdales's dress department definitely wins negative star!

My favorite place to shop. I can spend hours here looking at the latest styles. The make up department is amazing.

The store is wonderful, worth the visit, but the values are too high for my pocket.

I have now tried seven times to reach an associate in the correct department at this location. There will not be an eighth time.

Really expensive department store. Cool place to go looking and window shopping but it's a bit too pricey for me.

Take my wife to this store on special occasions. She never gets tired of it great staff very helpful.
