I bought a high quality camera plus the 400 Saturn insurance, because as a photographer I have to rely on the fact that my equipment is always ready for use. Now that I had damage to the camera, I took it to Saturn Alexanderplatz for repair. That was 3 months ago. So far I still haven't got the camera back and for weeks I've been put off saying that it will definitely be ready next week and that it has already been dispatched and will definitely arrive in two days. I've been hearing this old lyre for weeks now. The brazen thing about it is that Saturn has not even contacted me or informed me of the status, although the camera has been in your repair for 3 months. If I hadn't always asked for it and put pressure on it, nothing would have happened to this day. And in response to the question of whether there is at least a goodwill or voucher as compensation, the employee only smiled tiredly and said that it is not their fault that Allianz takes so long. Can't do anything for. So that's the service you get when you take out the 400 extra for repair and service insurance at Saturn. For me as a long-time Saturn customer, it was probably the last time I bought in the shop. The service is simply out of date and bad.

Although the employees are helpful, one or the other tries to exploit the ignorance of the customer and to sell additional "offers".
Occasionally there are autograph sessions, performances or other specials.

Although, or maybe because of my reluctance to go to electronics stores, I feel well cared for here. The signage is understandable, the hallways are designed so that you can move around and employees are quickly found or they found me and my question marks first . Here also the staff dares to say if it can not answer the question and it will find a suitable colleague. Again and again I go out here as a happy customer, because both assortment and the team are incredibly good!

One such thing which lot of expats don't know is they have broadband offers also. For instance they gave me a good deal for vodafone. Also they will provide a gift voucher from saturn for your other electronic needs. It is really useful when people like me come from another country.

Very nice shop with wide corridors. Clear assortment. Whether for household media Hifi PC consoles TV, etc. Competent staff who take the time to ask questions for the customer. The choice is huge. Where the shopping and rummaging fun.

Very helpful service. They know English so you can get along. The store is a giant, huge selection of products. Different prices - some of the more expensive products and some cheaper than in Polish Saturns, but there are many products that will not get in Poland.

Return original article = first went down to the service counter. Waited there for 5min. Then in the department 3 floors up. Had expected that I have a completely ovp article not yet checked by the department ... In the department 15min desperately looking for someone who can accept the problem. After 15min, someone stirred up. He received the article. So then back down to the service counter. Because again 10min waited because queuing in front of me.
Then the whole thing took another 10 min until the return was settled and behind me again a giant snake. Glaub insg spent 40min in Saturn to bring back an article

The store is a bit confusing, but if you take your time, you will find your way around quickly. At the online counter, the employees are very nice and endeavor to act in the customer's desire. But what I have personally never experienced so was the natural friendliness of the goods issue. Both staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was even helped with the professional loading. It would be nice if they pass this on to the employees, because they do their job perfectly and we are very happy with our dishwasher started. We were there yesterday 16.03.19 at 17 o'clock.
