The location is good, but the staff are short on information.

Very large, many employees, many brands and great products or items.

The video game department has developed very negatively over the last two years. I used to go and buy a few indie games or Mal Collectors Edition. The PC games selection has become poor, deals scarce.

Loading top, still ... Staff available, even quite sociable, not common .. In most shops runs similar to bad hardware stores, staff available, but must be searched because invisible .. stays that way! Let's see how it goes with Saturn / Media Markt, should be kind of "showroom stores", you believe the investors .. Saturn Berlin Alexanderplatz is as it is now, to be recommended!

A dream come.true for any tech nerd, has liturally everything you need, I was in complete shock, it was very clean and very well presented.

Well equipped but shopping experience here is terrible. Very understaffed. Customer service trends to be rude and inpatient.

There is a lot of technology here on three floors. Have almost everything there to test! The staff are friendly and helpful and if you meet the right sense, you can have a good conversation about technical issues. I always enjoy coming back to Saturn

Very cool place for computers, phones and home equipments.

The market itself looks good and tidy. However, I wanted to present myself today after Christmas with nem S7 Edge and ner Gear S3. It was just the Polar Watch man, the Vodafone man, and the man for the Samsung VR glasses. I still have to wait for the Samsung mobile phone man. After 25 minutes of waiting we were asked to wait maybe another 5 minutes, which we did not want anymore. A pity, because although we were ready to invest a good 1,000 euros, no Saturn employee was able to hand us the watch and the phone. It could apparently only 1 employee, but he was neither to find nor to reach. Maybe you should give the gentleman for mobile phones and waerables a cell phone. Then got the two things at the surprisingly accommodating Media Markt, where we were addressed directly and sold the watch at the price advertised at Saturn. That was customer service. In the end both belong to the Saturn-Media group, but this Saturn should think about customer service.

A bit more expensive for some particular products (compared to buying online), but it is a good and relatively big physical store for many items.

My favorite place to get electronics. I never go wrong with Saturn. It's abit costly buying from here but Worth it.

The shop is big enough that you can get in without queuing even under Covid-19 conditions I found all the CD's I was looking for and even more. OH YOU MERRY

Access denied !!! Despite mouth and
Nose cover (face shield) I was granted access on November 5th, 2020
denied. My reference to the illegality (mMn) was answered with the call for reinforcements. Then I compelled to leave the shop. Saturn has lost a loyal customer.

With focus on vinyl: The "record shop" beautiful weather music, which I rated very critically, likes to scare away visitors with the words that one should better go to Media Markt or something similar. So I went there. And lo and behold. Saturn on Alex has a wide and very well-stocked vinyl department. This branch also has some checkers among the employees who are very knowledgeable. Atmospheric, of course, not to be compared with a record store. Also listening through the listening stations is completely inadequate. But if you are not afraid of an electric giant and you know what you want, you can find it most easily in this Berlin branch. Thanks for the tip beautiful weather music ....

Friendly staff and helpful for those who aren't fluent. Abit pricey, so you may be better off checking out Amazon if you haven't got any time constraints.

I've never seen a Saturn on 3 floors. Well manageable distribution.

Giant branch over several floors, you will find everything your heart desires

Everything regarding electronic under one roof you name it, except dell laptops.

A typical electronics store. Where specialized market is perhaps synonymous exaggerated, with so many "expertise" of employees there. The pick up service is recommended, but otherwise it was.

Great Selection of electronics, and they often have great specials that cannot be found at other Saturn stores. However, there are some products that are slightly overpriced and you might have to check online for better deals.

As everywhere at Saturn, you have to look for the staff here with a magnifying glass. Too bad.
