Excellent staff. They know their products, are polite and helpful and the place is a legit electronics store with smart staff. Trustable employees won't sell you crap. The cellphone department can lazy, make sure if you get a sim card to have them activate it in store and don't leave until it works, no matter what they say.

The store was packed and so the attendees were very busy, but I found good products. I bought a charger and a cell phone at competitive prices.

Huge shop with several levels, you should be able to find anything you need in there. Also, super friendly and helpful staff - gave me directions immediately after noticing me staring at the plan of the place for a bit too long!

I bought a samsung galaxy fit watch last month while I was on vacation. Sadly, I didn't realize until I was back home that the packet was not properly sealed. It had been opened and the charger that comes with the watch was missing. I don't live in Berlin and on the phone they told me they could only help if I came to the store. So I spend 100 euros for a watch that I can't charge.
TLDR: Be super careful when you buy stuff and always CHECK the seal on the packaging, if the seal is not intact don't buy it, specially if you are a tourist.

Giant market with a large selection and sometimes reasonable prices

Good, but was followed by the shop detectives for 30 minutes.

In addition to many electronics articles, this Saturn (right on Alexanderplatz) accommodates a groooo vinyl record department! Also CDs and DVDs in abundance. It's hard not to buy anything here. Music selection for really every taste. Today had to exchange something - and it went smoothly without any trepidation. So shopping is nice. Thanks, Saturn.

I received great advice in the television department without feeling rushed to do anything. There is now a new Philips device in my apartment and I am satisfied. Thanks!

This buying experience was really fun!

Goods ordered for collection in 2-3 days. It lasted 14 days, had to be reordered. No notification as to when the item can be expected. Contacted customer service twice, succinct answer was "patience please", while the item was still available online with 2-3 days availability.
I don't understand the concept of pickup if I can't pick up the item in 2-3 days as stated. Let alone within a few hours, which would mean an added value compared to the delivery. And even less so if the customer has to run after the information in the event of irregularities.

We wanted to buy a high-quality Bluetooth speaker and heard the JBL and the Soundbooks2 speaker sample (at a low level). A salesperson from the TV department came immediately and said that would make it immediately.

The speakers are in the price segment up to 800 euros and are prepared for trial listening.

So Saturn, that's why it's hard to say what quantity. What you can say is that, thankfully, many more people are friendly and helpful than a couple you'd rather kick out! If you do not mind to work, you should just leave it. And at a cash register, it is now a prerequisite that you at least smile! Since somebody should take care of the older staff at the time to bring instead of the young and new people jobs! Nevertheless, the purchased goods are top! (is certainly the manufacturer and not the saturn staff)

Several employees were extremely unfriendly and even the way of communication was aggressive. I was just looking for some stuff and asked them where it is. But they didn't want to help me maybe because I speak English? One guy on the first floor even ignored my a few asks and I asked why you ignore me, then he said ''Just a moment!!'' with super angry face. So it was simply no results, just wasted of my time. Its not necessary to be super professional or super kind, friendly but why can't be just ''normal''..
