Very good condition and a large selection. Always go to Saturn when I'm in Berlin.

Relatively expensive there is a lot of nice technological algae, recommend to walk around on all floors

Have bought in this Saturn for my mobile phone a Hate armored glass for proud 30 euros. After only a month went the glass cracks. An exchange for a new protective glass of the same model took place without much discussion. But after less than two months, the new protective glass was broken. This time they refused to exchange under the ridiculous pretense that I did not show an original receipt but a copy. Simple sellers would have been willing to trade the thing, but the head of department named Postnikov got stuck. Although I am a longtime customer there. An extremely unfriendly guy who completely spoiled my mood!

Moderate expertise of the seller. Seemed rather bored

Endkundenverarsche, bought me a RTX 2070 in the expectation to get the 2 praised keys, BF V and CoD bla. Only as an online customer / order online, which was nowhere. Looking for a stove set in the upper price range, we visited both MediaMarkt and Saturn on Alexanderplatz two weeks ago. Both times with the same result: we examined the exhibition equipment for 30 minutes each time, undisturbed by salespeople standing next door. Our questions have remained unanswered, but we are fully up to date, especially in MediaMarkt, with regard to the private life of the seller. And the retail industry is wondering why customers stay away ... What a shame, the will was there.

Bad experience.
The cashier at the time of payment took my credit card out of my hands to do so saying a check. She asked me for my identity card while for all previous customers she asked for nothing. Especially for a payment of 10 euros ... It must surely be because I did not have the right face.

I visited it to buy a few things but it said 10 at the label and at the end they wanted to charge me 30 because the label was partially wrong!!! Even the staff they couldn't speak basic english in order to explain me. It's lost of time to visit this store....

In a big way, this is a shop that includes the bug, Electric Rises and electrical stores and several times larger. Here one can find all the electrical appliances, cameras, headphones and more, and computer game consoles and peripherals Merchandise.

Ivh came because of the rings of Saturn. Unfortunately not to be seen. But for a large selection of electronics items.

Wrong contests - which the customer has to take care of himself ??? Sry but that doesn't work! After the cashier went off with the goods herself to find out the right price, I was then turned on stupidly. No wonder why these stores go bust! The stationary trade lives from service, but it is not worth a star here. Pity!

Wow! What a giant shop! Huge selection and metro same prices. Elevator and escalators very good for the disabled, fat and dormant; and handicapped, fat foot patient. Great advice.

Saturn holds only a little bit of choice regarding controllers

Huge department store with a huge selection of consumer electronics and everything else you can imagine. Also helpful staff and own service workshop! Laws while waiting.

Good choice. However, the market was very full of people when we visited. But think we were there at a rush hour.

Whenever we buy electronics and compare goods or prices, we end up at this Saturn. Not because it is the cheapest, but because we have always been treated well there, which is no longer standard today. The Saturn in Eastgate, however, will not see us again.

The cell phone repair service is good. The employees looked competent and the repair was ready on time. The result also looked good.

I am French vietnamese living in Berlin.
I ordered on Saturn online a cover for my camera body. I picked it up on Wednesday the 10th of October 2019 at around 20.00 o' clock.

I know that we are in Germany but I deserve the same respect or at least the same services than any german people from the point I respect the laws and paid my article like any citizen/customers.

I did not understand what they said each other, but after couples minutes of discussion and the insistence of her colleague from information point, she finally does her job which is giving my article.
I am very angry and sad that happens in a big store located in the heart of the city like Berlin. This kind of situation should never happen to anyone whatever the skincolor, origin, language...

The staff is rude and do not even know what assortment you have there.

Massive electronic store set over 3 storeys. Almost everything you can ask for EXCEPT a fan in winter. But I put that down to me being weird not the store lol

A Saturn just. Well built and you will find everything.

Totally overcrowded. I had difficulty finding an operator for a consultation. The ones I found was then also quite short tailed. At least I did not find the service so great!

Saturn specialty store with a huge range, where I keep asking myself, do people really need everything? But if you are looking for something with a plug or battery compartment for your own home, you will likely find it there.

Too much mainstream and that stacked up on several floors. If you are looking for something out of the ordinary, you are certainly well advised here, but those who come here with their own ideas are in the wrong place. Luckily for people with taste and the demand for quality, there is the Internet and so you get to the not only high-priced quality approach. Still ... quality does not have to be expensive, but unfortunately this game is played here. And that on all floors !!!
Sit down in front of your PC to your phones and seek what you want and not what it suggests you need it!

Large sarturn - but found everything over several floors. Good for little things and bargains. But it's worth comparing.

A very big business with a lot of choice!
Staff are always there and very friendly.
There are even K-Pop albums that I can hardly find anywhere else.

Although it was very, very busy, the staff gave me super friendly and professional advice and were able to answer all of my questions. Unfortunately, the desired product was no longer available on site, but I got tips on where to find it.

Huge Saturn. Everything is well sorted. Even VR glasses can be tested. Am thrilled.

Gross, good location, therefore always well visited and sufficiently organized. They try hard and you can not expect anything more.

The biggest store in Berlin. Great place for picking up electronics and even they do have special offers all the time which attracts customers to come and buy all the time. However some products are slightly overpriced but you might have to check online for best deals.

Saturn is my favorite among the electronics markets ...
