After a quick look around, a really friendly salesman approached me and helped us with all my problems. It was a really great advice and as it turned out, it was just right for my husband.

The staff there is incredibly outrageous and not at all accommodating. The customer is king? Certainly not here! Was due to a product error (!) My Apple Accessories there. Since I found out that Apple has a warranty on accessory items, I wanted to get the broken product replaced, or it may be sent for repair. But the EMPLOYEE (Mr. T ... / mobile department) acted as if he owned the shop and portrayed me as a liar when I described the problem to him. Wackelkontakt after three months with a charging cable, which is only in the socket and there it should be my own fault that something happens? It is widely known at Apple that the accessories are processed fairly cheap and it can quickly come to loose contacts or the like. But the Lord did not want to hear that. Instead, I got to hear that it was my fault, that the product is broken and I should not continue to discuss. I will also report this to the center and file a complaint. And at Saturn I will definitely stop shopping. If multimedia is just a media market, even if it's all from a corporation, the staff there is a thousand times more pleasant to the customer than in this business! Had until now really only ever good experiences at Mediamarkt. There the customer is king!
Update !!! This goes to the Lord, who has titled me as a liar. Dear wannabe Employee of the month Mr. T ... (I have forwarded the full name to the head office) of the mobile phone department: I brought the defective charging cable to another Saturn store and described my problem (again). The colleague has given me directly after checking the cash register (date etc) a new charging cable! No one has played or titled me as a liar. My suggestion s.besten times cut a slice of other colleagues or best directly cancel.
Original boxed and unopened TV returned for exchange for 24 days as too big for birthday child, Saturn has declined because only 14 days exchange. That is the reason why the stationary trade will not exist soon :-( Poverty certificate for service of an industry leader ... I will stay with Amazon in the future
From the point of view of items, you can not complain. Three floors of pure fun. But the service sucks. Sellers are always busy and often do not know to direct to the correct location. Avoid busy times and days, minimize the issue of service.
Great market with extensive offer. The vinyl department is well sorted and leaves nothing to be desired. Better could be the range of high-end products.

Nice big Saturn market with long opening hours and really very friendly condition. The condition here is really fantastic better than in other Saturn markets. Really super helpful.
The employees in the cellphone / smartphone department are really a disaster! It is loudly talking to customers in a completely inappropriate way "old weekend was awesome age, I swear thicker ..." It is more like being in assisted living facilities than in the sales area of an electro market. Customers are sometimes ignored, prefer to talk with acquaintances and customers have to wait. While customers are "looked after", they talk to other employees about private matters, often in foreign languages, the focus is not on the customer, but the customer is handled practically incidentally, so that processes take longer. When I hear what unsuspecting customers are being told to sell smartphones, any customer who does not know how to do it myself is sorry. In other departments, however, this is different, sometimes very nice, helpful and focused on the customer staff.
SATURN AM ALEX - one of the relevant addresses in Berlin. On five floors you get (almost) everything you need for entertainment, TV, PC, XBox, games, DVD, Bluetooth, BluRay player, 4K TV, etc., etc. So ask for the top range if you have special requests. This is one of the best and recommendable electronic product retail chains in Germany, where you will find almost all kind of electronics, computer, mobile and camera products.
The worst service ever...in fact/ knowledge as well as in beahvior....I definitely will never by there again... The one star is only for the building itself...
Classic saturn store. Very crowded. Not enough staff ar some times. But when you get a staff help it is nice and expert. Especially so the older lady helping with washdryers buying.
Huge store over 3 floors, lots of choice Everywhere sellers who help you. Great. Plus there are plenty of cash registers so that you don't have to queue there either.
Scrap shop. Today I wanted to dive the charger that I bought 1.5 years ago. Unfortunately I no longer had the invoice and printed sales from my bank. You should find the bill and easily exchange it. Unfortunately you can not find the invoice and they also say that I am so cheeky because I have lost the receipts! Then she said to me "You didn't buy the device here, go where you bought it!". It is on the sales printout the debit date and where what was bought. After that, she just ran away. Sorry but I prove with my bank details that I bought it there and wanted to have my invoice printed out and the device exchanged. Unfortunately they threw me out !!!
Alexanderplatz branch of the store. Very complete on 3 large floors. The prices are adequate (very similar to Amazon.de). The attention is good. As an anecdote, at the cell phone repair window they changed my phone's SIM card as a courtesy. In the photography part there are a variety of mid-range cameras (reflex and others) that are turned on to make comparisons. You can carry an SD card and take photos to view later. In the audio part there is a great variety of equipment from mid-range to high-end equipment.
Without a doubt one of the biggest electronics stores you'll find in Berlin. Perhaps for this very reason, prices will not be the best if you are looking to economize; however, it will be the right move if you want to compare possibilities and the internet will not satisfy your immediate need.
This Saturn has a huge selection in many, many areas. Particularly noteworthy here is the film department, in which I have found many films that I would have found nowhere else. The staff is friendly and reliable on feedback. Top!

Very good electronic store in Alexanderplatz , its has all varieties of electronic items from Home Electrics to wide range of Headphones to a small adapters.
They sell sim cards as well but my experience was quite bad . I was in line to activate a simcard and the service agent was already engaged with a girl ( he asked her are you a muslim and she nodded yes and more preference , he started showing all plans , tarrifs and more suggestions ) .
Then I was next he looked at me ( my bad I am an Asian ) , he hardly replied for any of my questions. With great disappoint I have to leave the store and bought a good sim from handy shops around ( trust me they serve better). Not to say but it's a kind of racism I would say. Other than that all good. ( I know the guys name but don't want to spoil it )

I'm speechless. I ordered 2 things in the market two weeks ago. First of all, I was notified in neither of the two goods that the goods have long since arrived. Did not even know it until after I called the service, and the person on the phone was already very rude! I'm coming the extra way with the car to pick up my goods, because I'm told we did not call you why did you come. Wow. Many Thanks. In any case, I then only received 1 product. I waited another week for the second product and was NOT called again. The goods arrived naturally, without my knowledge. Now comes the blast. I'm here, I waited for 1 hour to be given my MY merchandise, as I'm actually told it was just sold to someone else. An impudence. ONCE AND NEVER AGAIN. NOT CONTINUE TO RECOMMEND.
